Abstract

The Lamongan Great Mosque is a witness to the development of the Islamic symbol in Lamongan City, located west of the Lamongan City Square. This mosque gives a religious visual character to the area. This mosque was built in 1908 and experiences developments and changes along with the needs of the function, so it needs there is an effort to preserve architecture so that its historical value is maintained and becomes the regional identity. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze building characteristics and to identify and analyze the direction of the preservation of the Great Mosque of Lamongan. This study uses three kinds of descriptive methods, including descriptive analysis methods, evaluative methods, and development methods. Analysis of building characters in this study include spatial characters, visual characters, and structural characters. The three-character analyzes are used as sources for analyzing the preservation direction of the mosque. Potential directives for preservation can be divided into three, namely high potential with preservation and conservation preservation directives, moderate potential with conservation and rehabilitation preservation directives, and low potential with rehabilitation preservation directives.

Abstract

Water is a major and important resource in the process of life in the world because of every living creature whether human, animal, and plant needs water. The technology of artificial geomembrane reservoir or water tank is the small reservoir in the village land (TKD) which is built to collect the water in the rainy season by using waterproof material as the layer by utilizing the rainwater through the river around which is then used as an alternative source of clean water (water supply) in the dry season. As for the calculation methods used for this research include: analysis of rainfall area using algebra average method (arithmetic mean), the calculation of rainfall plan can be done by using disperse measurement, with the statistical parameter of the calculation result of Sd= 23.884 Cs= 1.933 Ck= 4.031 Cv= 0.233. The distribution analysis is done using the Gumbel 1 method for 10 years plan amounted to 146.601 mm/day. Rainfall intensity analysis is done by using the Mononobe method for 10 years rainfall intensity plan amounted to 6.108 mm/hour. For the next 10 years, population projection is done using a calculation of the Arithmetic method of 2.795 populations. The conclusion of this research indicates that the clean water need in the dry season at Tanggung Prigel Village, Glagah District in 2026 is approximately 0.001941 m3/sec. While the plan for reservoir debit of 0.003254 m3/sec so it is considered sufficient to fulfill the clean water need in the Tanggung Prigel Village, Glagah District.

Abstract

Pasar Babat adalah salah satu pasar tradisional di Kabupaten Lamongan yang sangat sibuk. Pada jam-jam tertentu, banyak kendaraan sulit menemukan tempat parkir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakteristik dan kebutuhan ruang parkir. Dari analisis karakteristik parkir, hasilnya adalah sebagai berikut: untuk parkir off street, volume parkir terendah dari pengamatan 9 jam adalah 270 sepeda motor di tempat parkir utara dan tertinggi mencapai 540 sepeda motor di D stand. Durasi rata-rata area parkir terendah di area parkir D stand adalah 1.295 jam / kendaraan. Yang tertinggi terletak di area parkir melengkung, mencapai 2.340 jam / kendaraan. Akumulasi parkir motor terendah adalah 60 kendaraan / jam dan tertinggi 143 kendaraan / jam yang terjadi antara 08.15-08.30 A.M. Kapasitas parkir sepeda motor terendah adalah 20, tertinggi 106 kendaraan / jam. Indeks parkir sepeda motor terendah adalah 1,3 dan tertinggi 2,3. Jumlah tempat parkir yang diperlukan di Pasar Babat untuk sepeda motor di area parkir utara adalah 24 plot, di area parkir melengkung adalah 14 plot, di area parkir adalah 15 plot, di area parkir B stand adalah 16 plot, inC stand 20 plot, dan di D stand adalah 22 plot.

Abstract

This research aims to see the potential and strategic development of religious ecotourism in the Drajat village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency. The method used in this study was seen from three main points of observation, interviews and documentation which were summarized using qualitative descriptive analysis with the SWOT method approach. The results of this study are as follows: first, the strength of religious tourism in Sunan Drajat’s grave is a very strong and hereditary religious culture that occurs in pilgrims. Secondly, the weakness in this research is that tourism objects are less extensive and management is still sectoral ego on certain parties. Third, the threat in this study occurs in pilgrims who are reduced in the melenial generation or productive age due to the erosion of technology. Fourth, the opportunity in this study is the amount of regional government contribution in the development of the tourism sector.

Abstract

Infrastructure development is one of the important aspects of the progress of a country where most of the constituents of infrastructure are concrete. The most important constituent of concrete is cement because its function is to bind other concrete materials so that it can form a hard mass. The large number of developments using cement as a building material will leave quite a lot of cement bags.In this study, the authors conducted research on the effect of adding cement waste to the compressive strength of concrete. This study used an experimental method with a total of 24 test objects. The test object is in the form of a concrete cylinder with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm and uses variations in the composition of the addition of cement waste cement as a substitute for fine aggregate, namely 0%, 2%, 4% and 6%. K200). The compressive strength test was carried out at the age of 7 days and 28 days.The test results show that the use of waste as a partial substitute for fine aggregate results in a decrease in the compressive strength of each mixture. at the age of 7 days the variation of 2% is 16.84 MPa, 4% is 11.32 MPa and for a mixture of 6% is 6.68 MPa. Meanwhile, the compressive strength test value of 28 days old concrete in each mixture decreased by ± 6 MPa. So the conclusion is cement cement waste cannot be used as a substitute for fine aggregate in fc 16.6 (K200) quality concrete because the value is lower than the specified minimum of 16.6 MPa.

Abstract

Lamongan is a developing city, as well as its development sector. Either simple or high technology development cannot avoid the workplace accidents risk. Therefor, implementing safety and health management is very important because it can create a good and safe working environment. However,it will not work if there is no commitment from all parties involved in the project. The purpose of this study is to assess the application of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) management system.This study uses questionnaire data. The respondents are from the employers of Lamongan District Office building project. This study uses SPSS program and uses validity and reliability test.The result of this research is that the project has implemented K3 well, although there are still some obstacles to its implementation. From the questionnaire result, it proves that more than 50% of the respondents choose to agree with the statement in the questionnaire submitted by the researcher. The test questionnaire is valid and reliable with Cronbach Alpha ranging from 0.617-0.867 which means greater than 0.60.

Abstract

Settlement is a human living environment that has distinctive characteristics and serves as a place,  space,  and  container  for  the  growth  and  development  of  human  culture  as  part  of  the residential  community.  If  in  a  permukinman  community  has  undergone  changes,  growth  and development, it will certainly have an impact on the human being that is part of the community. The elements of settlement include the spatial pattern formed on the micro scale to the macro scale (village) is strongly influenced socio-cultural factors of society.

Abstract

Aloon-aloon of Lamongan area is the area that became the center of the crowd in Lamongan. This area is very strategic because it can be reached by all walks of life from various parts of the city. Pedestrian in Aloon-aloon of Lamongan experienced a change of function at night that is as a center of street hawkers, thus making pedestrian rights become reduced. The existence of various kinds of problems make the function of the pedestrian and the convenience of pedestrian activity is not running properly. from this research is to know the pattern of pedestrian behavior in Area of Aloon-Aloon of Lamongan based on existing rules and regulations. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis which is used to explain the result of survey which conducted in Area of Aloon-aloon of Lamongan about public response to pedestrian. The results of this study are expected to provide future input on the development of pedestrian both in terms of function and comfort so that the pedestrian line functions properly as an open space that should be used for pedestrian activity so that the creation of comfort for users, and impact on the image of a pedestrian-friendly City.

Abstract

Housing is a very important requirement for the community. The need for housing is increasing. The choice of housing is influenced by many factors, one of which is housing location. In this case, the influence of the location of housing on the Developer is analyzed. Housing location factors have the greatest influence in terms of property project development. This study conducted by a survey as well as distributing questionnaires to respondents registered in Public Housing and Settlements. The data analysis used is the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. The results of this study indicate that the most important indicator land prices, environmental atmosphere or environmental conditions that are in the location of the housing, licensing and homeownership loans. Then from the dominant factors that influence the decision of the developer, namely from the aspect of land prices of 100%, from the aspect of the environmental atmosphere by 80%, from the licensing aspect by 50%, and from the aspect of KPR (Public housing loans), by 40%, then from the aspect of road conditions, trade and services by 20% and in terms of aspects of the market segment at 10%.Keyword : Housing Factor, Determination, AHP Method, Location of Housing

Abstract

AbstractInvestment is an attempt to invest capital in a certain time to obtain profits in the future.Housing is a group of houses that functions as a residential environment or human dwellingthat is equipped with environmental infrastructure that is basic equipment such as the physicalenvironment, such as the provision of drinking water, landfills, availability of electricityresources, etc., which allows the residential environment to function as it should be. While thehouse is a place to let go of fatigue, a place to live for the family, a place for family protection,and also a place as a social status. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility ofInsani Regency Lamongan housing investment. The method used to analyze the investmentfeasibility is the Net Present Value Method. From the results of this research, the LamonganRegency Insani Housing showed that it was feasible because it produced a NPV of Rp234,992,925.
