Abstract

Purpose Effect of Motivation and Work Environment Performance of Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan South Sumatera Province. This type of research used in this research is associative research that is a research statement that is asking the relationship between two or more variables. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, the results of this study can be concluded, first, Simultaneous Testing at a confidence level of 95% shows there is a significant influence between motivation and work environment on employee performance in the Department of Industry and Trade of South Sumatra Province. Second, partial testing at 95% confidence level shows that there is a significant influence of motivation on employee performance at the Industry and Trade Office of South Sumatra Province. Third, partial testing at the 95% confidence level shows that there is a significant influence of the work environment on the performance of employees in the Department of Industry and Trade of South Sumatra Province. Researchers provide recommendations to the Department of Industry and Trade of South Sumatra Province, namely first, leaders must increase their motivation through work environment conditions. Second, the leader gives adequate compensation. Third, the status and responsibilities so that employees are willing to improve performance voluntarily without coercion. Fourth, we must pay attention to the work environment of employees, especially through air temperature, noise and employee relations so that employees are willing to obey the rules and norms that apply in the company, so that employee performance also improves.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment and work motivation both together and partially on the performance of employees at the Musi Banyuasin District Office. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data from the answers of 111 respondents. The analytical model used is multiple linear regression analysis and through testing of validity and reliability instruments. Data tests are normality test and linearity test and multicollinearity test model and heteroscedasticity test. The results of the F-Test show that there is a positive and significant influence of discipline, environment and work motivation together on employee performance. The results of the T-test show that there is a positive and significant influence on discipline, environment and work motivation partially on employee performance. Increasing and decreasing discipline, work environment and work motivation influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study is entitled Implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Against Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty at PT. Indonesia Port Corporation Container Terminal (PT. IPC TPK) in SUMBAGSEL. This research method uses descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, with the path analysis model. The results of the study answer the problem formulation which is also the purpose of this study. First, the customer / focusing on key customers has a significant effect on Customer loyalty. Second, customer / focusing on key customers has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Third, Organizing around CRM has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Fourth, Organizing around CRM has a significant effect on Customer loyalty. Fifth, Managing knowledge has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Sixth, Managing knowledge has a significant effect on Customer loyalty. Seventh, incorporating CRM-based technology has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Eighth, incorporating CRM-based technology has a significant effect on Customer loyalty. Ninth, Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on PT. Indonesia Port Corporation Container Terminal (PT. IPC TPK) Sumbagsel. Through the path analysis it is concluded that the path for the four independent variables and the two more effective dependent variables is the direct influence pathway, this can be seen from all the values ​​of the direct pathway value is higher if compared to the path of indirect influence. Researchers provide recommendations, first carry out new investments to replace equipment facilities that are old and often suffer damage according to customer needs. Second, make service service agreement (SLA) contract agreements and commit according to customer wishes. Third, make communication via social media be it Whatsapp, Facebook and so on as the customer wishes. Fourth, provide special training for officers who deal directly with CRM activities.
