The research has aims (1) to analyze selection assessment and performace evaluation of broiler chicken farmers in supply chain partnership collaboration and (2) to analyze the best partners and the most influential criteria in partner selection. The study held at CV. Anugerah Sentosa Abadi (ARSA), Bogor. We applied Analytical Hierarchi Process to develop model of partner selection and performance evaluation. The results showed that farmer personality is the highest priority criteria for partner recruitment selection with the importance weight 0.698 while Feed Convertion Ratio (FCR) is the highest priority for performance evaluation weighted 0.413. The personality criteria is mainly determined by honesty and integrity with weighted 0.433. We found that The best farmers are ranked as follows Suherman (0.454), Supendi (0.310), Makmur Bersama (0.166) dan Ebet (0.070). The results can be used by CV ARSA to review selection policy of new partner farmers and reward-punishment policy of existing partner farmers.

Laju pertumbuhan industri terbesar selama tahun 2011-2015 yaitu 8,48 persen terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) mencerminkan perusahaan yang termasuk dalam industri makanan dan minuman memiliki kinerja bisnis yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi harga saham dan profitabilitas pada tahun 2011-2015, mengetahui peramalan harga saham dan profitabilitas pada tahun 2016 dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap harga saham pada tahun 2011-2016. Analisis profitabilitas dipresentasikan oleh beberapa rasio keuangan yaitu Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Earning Per Share (EPS). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder. Peramalan menggunakan metode moving averages, weighted moving average, dan exponential smoothing dengan nilai MAD terkecil menggunakan aplikasi POM-QM for windows-3. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 18. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Delta Djakarta, Tbk (DLTA) memiliki kondisi harga saham, ROE, ROA, dan EPS dengan rata-rata tertinggi selama 2011-2015. PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food, Tbk (AISA) memiliki rata-rata NPM tertinggi selama 2011-2015. PT Delta Djakarta, Tbk (DLTA) dan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk (INDF) menunjukkan peramalan tahun 2016 terhadap harga saham dan profitabilitas mengalami peningkatan dari tahun sebelumnya. Profitabilitas berpengaruh simultan dan signifikan terhadap harga saham dan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa ROE dan EPS berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap harga saham.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This type of research is explanatory research. The samples in this study were 112 customers of De'Pans Pancake and Waffle Malang. Sampling technique use sistematic random sampling. Method of data collection is questionaire. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and path analysis (path analysis). The results showed that a significant difference between the quality of products to customer satisfaction, service quality on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty, with a p-value (p <0.05), where as the effect of product quality on customer loyalty and influence the quality services to customer loyalty is not significant, with a p-value (p> 0,05). Keywords: product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyaltyAbstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 112 orang pelanggan De’Pans Pancake and Waffle Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sistematic random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dengan nilai p-value (p<0,05), sedangkan pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan tidak signifikan, dengan nilai p-value (p>0,05). Laju pertumbuhan penduduk Kota Malang sejak tahun 2001 semakin meningkat seiring dengan perkembangan perekonomian, pemukiman, pendidikan, dan budaya. Peningkatan laju pembangunan mengakibatkan peningkatan alih fungsi lahan, khususnya area RTH. Selain itu, peranan ecological services terus mengalami gradasi sehingga menyebabkan penurunan kenyamanan warga. Penelitian komparasional ini dilakukan pada tiga kelurahan, yaitu Kelurahan Jatimulyo, Kelurahan Mojolangu, dan Kelurahan Mergosono. Penentuan titik lokasi penelitian dan titik koordinat dengan memanfaatkan program Google Maps. Berdasarkan pada penghitungan naturalness index dan indeks kualitas biodiversitas kelurahan dengan nilai kealamian (naturalness) dan kualitas biodiversitas tertinggi adalah Kelurahan Jatimulyo, sedangkan yang terendah adalah Kelurahan Mergosono. Kontribusi naturalness index dan indeks kualitas biodiversitas terhadap suhu adalah 67% dan 82,86% dengan persamaan regresi y=33,621– 3,6686x dan y=31,138-0,0054x. Kontribusi naturalness index dan indeks kualitas biodiversitas terhadap kelembaban adalah 42,26% dan 60,66% dengan persamaan regresi y=55,412+7,3164x dan y=60,195 +0,0166x. Perbedaan kontribusi dan persamaan regresi naturalness index dan indeks kualitas biodiversitas disebabkan karena karakteristik masing-masing indeks. Pada indeks kualitas biodiversitas hanya 4 dari total 29 karakter yang tersedia.

This study focused on the role of Arabic teaching in increasing academic writing skill of the students of 2009 who were studying at Arabic Teaching Program of STAIN Pekalongan. The result showed that most of them (60%) declared not ready to write their minithesis in Arabic. They were not enough well-prepared in Arabic academic writing. Their grades in overall Arabic subject were 68 in range 0 - 100: starting at General Arabic (Arabic I, II, and III); structure (nahwu and Sharf), pronounciation (QirÃ¢-ah), listening (IstimÃ¢â€™), speaking (KalÃ¢m), up to writing skill (kitÃ¢bah). It verified that student who had a good grade in a lingual subject, like Arabics, is not equal with his language skill, especially in writing skill.

Knowledge of Arabic is an absolute requirement for anyone who wanted to explore the law directly from the Qur'an and hadith. This article aims to reaffirm the importance of the knowledge of the Arabic language by taking a study on the Bidayat al Mujtahid written by Ibn Rushd. The book is not only to show dissent Mujtahid course, but he also explained the cause of such dissent, including that caused by language problems. The article concludes that linguistic terms contained in the book Bidayat al Mujtahid is Nahwu Sciences which includes: letters jarr, 'i'rab, athaf, istitsna', function of hurf al, definition of jamaâ€™ and marja' dlamir; Dalalah science and science-related Balaghah especially majaz (removal of the word and figurative meanings) and nature. Differences Mujtahids perspective to the problems this implies a law that they charge.

Abstract In the life of the Lamaholot tribe, customs and beliefs are still developing strongly. It is still found in the Lamaholot tribal community in East Flores, East Nusa Tenggara regarding "Belis" in the marriage process. "Belis" is a tradition of noble values and forms of respect for women. The purpose of "Belis" is the legal determinant of a marriage, as a sign that the girl has left her home family, and as a tool to raise the name / degree of the family There are various forms of "Belis" in East Nusa Tenggara that are used in the form of gold, silver, money, and animals such as buffalo, cows or horses. The uniqueness of the "Belis" lamaholot community is concrete in the form of value and size of elephant ivory that is difficult to obtain. Although elephant ivory is very difficult to obtain, this tradition still applies and is maintained by the Lamaholot community.The purpose of this study is 1) to find out how the traditional practice of "Belis" in the Lamaholot tribe community 2) to find out how the views of ulama, traditional leaders, and the viewpoint of Islamic law about the customs. The subjects of this research are the local community, community leaders and Ulama '. This research is a type of qualitative research using data collection methods and methods of observation, interviews, and documentation while the data processing is Editing, Classifying, Analizing and Concluding.The conclusions of this study are 1) that the tradition of "Belis" in the Lamaholot tribe is a legacy of ancestors and until now this tradition still exists 2) according to traditional leaders and different religious leaders, according to religious leaders that the tradition of "Belis" is contrary to the Shari'a Islam. And according to traditional leaders, adat belis does not contradict because adat has to be maintained. But to maintain the brotherhood between them, they are at peace and agree to improve the custom of "Belis". If viewed from the perspective of Islamic law that part of the traditional process of "Belis" is contrary to the basic method of Islamic law. Keywords: Belis, Tradition, Marriage

ABSTRACT The increasing number of population every year, the number of divorces increases. It was like what happened in Songkar Village. Songkar Village is part of the jurisdiction of the Sumbawa Besar Religious Court. The number of divorce cases in the Sumbawa Besar Religious Court in 2017 reached 705 cases in the Sumbawa Regency. In 2018, divorce cases increased to reach 818 cases. There has been an increase of 113 cases in one year.Therefore, researchers formulated two problems: What are the causes of divorce in the Songkar Village community ?, and what are the cousequences of divorce in the Songkar Village community ?.This study uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach in the field to examine the natural conditions of objects with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the causes of divorce in Songkar Village include infidelity, interference from the family of a married couple, one of the parties leaving the spouse by becoming Indonesia labor, and the economy. As a result of divorce raises community concerns, especially to children, and gossip by the community.Keywords: Causes of Divorce, Consequences of Divorce, Songkar Society

Abstract :Guardian is one of the pillars in a marriage, because the position of the guardian is a legal and whether a marriage determinant. However, some trustees understand that the position of guardians is only used as a formality. So that many trustees are still found to represent their guardianship rights to the Penghulu. This is the case, in Centini Village, Laren Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency, many marriage guardians choose someone else to be their guardian on the marriage covenant, although there is no obstacle for the representatives to marry off their daughter on the marriage covenant.From this background, the writer formulates the problem into 2, namely 1) How is the understanding of guardians in Centini Village, Laren Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency, regarding Tauki>l Waly nikah in a marriage covenant? 2) What are the reasons for the marriage guardian in doing Tauki>l Waly ?. This type of research is field research because researchers observe directly what is happening in the community. This research uses descriptive qualitative normative analysis method in presenting the results of research using words based on data obtained. The data collection method is obtained through observation, interviews and documentation.Centini Laren Subdistrict Lamongan Regency has an understanding that Tauki>l Waly nikah is allowed. Their understanding is only based on the many practices of Tauki>l Waly in Centini Village which are carried out by the marriage guardian in each marriage procession. Nevertheless, they agreed that the guardian was a harmonious marriage covenant and was a virtue for the guardian if he allowed his own child getting married. The factors that became the reason for the marriage guardian in doing Tauki>l Waly were 1) The assumption of the trustees that marriage is the duty of the Office of Religious Affairs officers, while the guardian is only looking for a partner for his child. 2) Fear that mistakes occur when Ijab in a marriage covenant. 3) Tauki>l Waly becomes a custom for marriage guardians. Pendidikan sebagai suatu hal utama dalam membangun peradaban manusia. Hal ini erat kaitannya dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi. Era smart society 5.0 menjadi fakta bahwa kedua hal tersebut telah melebur menjadi suatu sistem yang mengikat. Cara berpikir, sikap, dan keterampilan menjadi fokus utama pendidikan untuk menciptakan peserta didik yang mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan zaman. Penilaian sebagai salah satu tahap untuk mengetahui capaian peserta didik baik kognitif, afektif, maupun psikomotorik selalu terjadi selama evaluasi pendidikan masih dilakukan. Penilaian berbasis HOTS dalam kajian ini terbukti menghasilkan capaian yang diperlukan peserta dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman. Dalam mecapai HOTS sangat penting bagi pendidik pula dalam memahami konsep pengembangan penilaian instrumen tes, salah satunya yaitu penilaian berbasis HOTS
