Abstract

Kabupaten Jember merupakan kabupaten agraris dengan mata pencaharian utama dari pertanian agroindustri yang mencakup industri pengolahan hasil pertanian tanaman pangan. Komoditas tanaman pangan tertinggi di Kabupaten Jember adalah padi. Padi adalah komoditi penting yang merupakan makanan pokok sebagian besar penduduk Indonesia. Sampai saat ini ketergantungan pangan padi masih sangat besar. Dari total kalori yang dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat, hampir 60% dicukupi oleh beras. Meski komoditas tanaman pangan tertinggi di Kabupaten Jember adalah padi, tetapi masyarakat masih saja membutuhkan beras bulog sekitar 43.000 ton/tahun. Hal ini semakin tidak menguntungkan petani, maupun Negara Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu, perlunya peningkatan produktivitas tanaman pangan dengan pengoptimalan penggunaan lahan pertanian yang tersedia. Pengoptimalan lahan yang dimaksud adalah dengan pemilihan lahan terbaik yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman pangan. Pemilihan lahan terbaik tersebut dinilai berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditetapkan antara lain curah hujan, suhu, ketinggian tanah, dan ph tanah. Keberadaan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam bidang pertanian dapat membantu Dinas Pertanian untuk membuat keputusan melalui perencanaan yang baik dan tepat dalam memaksimalkan penggunaan lahan untuk pencapaian sasaran dan hasil yang diharapkan yaitu meningkatnya produktivitas tanaman pangan.

Abstract

Determination of the academic calendar is a very important process in an educational institution. Because with the academic calendar and schedule of activities will be organized and on time and on target. Academic calendar can also be used as a plan for future educational activities. On the Tools COBIT 4.1 or Control objectives for Information and related Technology there are several domains related to support the creation of Business Goal (BG) improving the efficiency of the academic activities of the students are PO8 and PO10. In this study conducted a measurement or measure the maturity of a prose IT support business processes for alignment between BG Process Efficiency and IT Activity Goal Submission of draft and Quality Standards and expense budget. After the measurement of maturity (Maturity) before and after the SPO added IT to support business processes and are also into the two domains COBIT as guidelines. The results of the comparison measure for domain PO8 maturity and PO10 significant increase of maturity is up 1 level so that the use of IT to support SOP Business Process indeed very important role.

Abstract

Human beings are creatures intact holistic or combination of elements of biological, psychological, social and spiritual. As biological beings, humans are composed of organ systems that are used to maintain life. As psychological beings, humans have personality structure, behavior as a manifestation of mental and thinking skills and intelligence. Personality is any pattern of behavior and human nature which is unique both hereditary emerged as a response and how adaptation to any kind of stimulation that comes from the environment or from within yourself. The uniqueness depending on the type of personality. We humans do not fully know what and how our personality characteristics. The problem that arises is that we as humans do not fully know what and how the characteristics of our personality. We as a unique individual, which means that human beings are different from one another and are not exactly the type of personality, that's why we need to know our personalities. The next problem that arises is the media to find out what and how our personalities are very difficult and rare to be found, unless we come to a psychologist to conduct a series of psychological tests to determine the process of our personality. Therefore, based on the above problems can be made an application to determine the type of personality that is an expert system-based human personality tests android.

Abstract

Menopause merupakan kejadian yang normal pada seorang wanita dan setiap wanita pasti akan mengalami masa menopause. Secara dunia medis, kata menopause mengacu pada tanggal menstruasi terakhir atau sering disebut sebagai berakhirnya masa periode menstruasi secara permanen dan juga berakhirnya masa kesuburan. Untuk memasuki masa menopause perubahan fisik pada wanita akan nampak seperti lebih mudah gemuk, kulit kering dan keriput. Hal tersebut akan membuat kecemasan pada wanita, dikarenakan kurangnya rasa percaya diri serta memicu kekhawatiran yang berlebihan. Terkadang wanita salah dalam mengambil kesimpulan untuk mendiagnosa menopause karena tidak mengetahui perbedaan antara pra menopause dengan menopause. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan desain sistem yang lebih memudahkan masyarakat dalam mendiagnosa jenis menopause layaknya seperti kemampuan dokter tanpa harus mengeluarkan biaya serta dapat dilakukan dimanapun dan kapanpun. Desain sistem tersebut adalah sistem pakar yang berusaha menggantikan pengetahuan manusia kedalam sistem agar dapat memecahkan atau menyelesaikan masalah

Abstract

Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is an infectious disease. One of the performance indicators of infectious disease control and handling programs is disease discovery. However, the problem that often occurs is the limited number of medical analysts, the number of patients, and the experience of medical analysts in identifying bacterial processes so that the examination is relatively longer. Based on these problems, an automatic and accurate classification system of bacteria that causes Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) was created. The research process is preprocessing images (color conversion and contrast stretching), segmentation, feature extraction, and KNN classification. The parameters used are bacterial count, area, perimeter, and shape factor. The best training data and test data comparison is 90%: 10% of 480 data. The KNN classification method is very good for classifying bacteria. The highest level of accuracy is 91.67%, precision is 92.4%, and recall is 91.7% with three variations of K values, namely K = 3, K = 5, and K = 7.

Abstract

Essential Thrombocythemia is one of the Myeloproliferative Neoplasms Syndrome where the mutation of the JAK2V617F gene causes the bone marrow to produce excessive platelets. For early detection of Essential Thrombocythemia disease using a full blood count and peripheral blood smear examination. The main characteristic is that giant platelets are found as large as young lymphocytes with a number of more than 21 cells in one field of view. The purpose of this research is to detect Essential Thrombocythemia by counting the number of platelets in the peripheral blood smear image. This research utilizes computer vision technique where the research stages consist of peripheral blood smear image, color conversion, image enhancement, segmentation, labeling process, feature extraction and K-Nearest Neighbor classification. There are three features used, namely the number of platelet cells, area and perimeter. The K-Nearest Neighbor method is able to classify 215 training data with an accuracy of 98.13% and classify 40 testing data with an accuracy of 100% based on the value of K = 3.
