Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of promotion, price, location and service quality on customer buying interest either partially or simultaneously on Pandawa Sumber Plastik, PD. Berkah and PD. Utama. The object of study was Pandawa Sumber Plastik, PD. Berkah and PD. Utama customers. The research method used is path analysis. Data collection was obtained through observation, questionnaires and literature study. The population in this study was 226 customers. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the variable promotion, price, location and service quality have a significant influence on the purchase interest of Pandawa Sumber Plastik, PD. Berkah and PD. Utama customers.

Abstract

This activity is a community service carried out in Tamansari District, Tasikmalaya City for several Kelom Geulis Micro Enterprises (MSMEs). As a result of the impact of the pandemic, several Kelom Geulis SMEs have not only closed galleries but have also stopped production. The purpose of this service is to analyze the problems of MSMEs caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and provide assistance and solutions related to the resilience of their businesses so that they can get up and run their businesses again. The service method used is a qualitative research method by conducting interviews with 4 (four) Kelom Geulis entrepreneurs affected by Covid-19 and providing assistance in terms of product innovation, financial planning, communication with partners (community leaders and the Tasikmalaya City Office of Cooperatives and UKM, assistance regarding the marketing of kelom geulis and opening new market networks for marketing these products. As a result of this service, MSME actors who are the subject of service can open up opportunities to return to running their business.  ---  Kegiatan ini merupakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan di Kecamatan Tamansari Kota Tasikmalaya terhadap beberapa Usaha Mikro (UMKM) Kelom Geulis Saat ini, kegiatan apapun terutama kegiatan perekonomian di Indonesia bahkan negara lainnya nyaris terhenti akibat menyebar luasnya virus corona atau biasa disebut Covid-19. Akibat dampak pandemi, beberapa UMKM Kelom Geulis tidak hanya menutup galeri, tapi juga menghentikan produksi. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk menganalisis permasalahan para UMKM yang disebabkan oleh pandemik Covid-19 dan memberikan pendampingan dan solusi terkait resiliensi usahanya agar mereka mampu bangkit dan menjalankan usahanya lagi. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara kepada 4 (empat) pengusaha Kelom Geulis yang terkena dampak Covid-19 serta memberikan pendampingan dari segi inovasi produk, perencanaan keuangan, komunikasi dengan mitra (tokoh masyarakat dan Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Tasikmalaya), pendampingan mengenai pemasaran kelom geulis dan membuka jaringan pasar baru untuk pemasaran produk tersebut. Hasil dari pengabdian ini, para pelaku UMKM yang dijadikan subjek pengabdian dapat membuka peluang untuk kembali menjalankan usahanya.
