Abstract

ABSTRAK Seks adalah wacana tabu. Seks hanya dibicarakan dalam ruang-ruang tertentu; bahkan seks hanya ekslusif milik orang-orang yang telah menikah. Padahal remaja tidak dapat disangkal lagi dekat dengan perilaku seks pranikah. Perilaku seks pranikah ini membuat banyak remaja menanggung resiko-resiko yang membahayakan masa depannya seperti kehamilan, penyakit menular seksual dan pernikahan dini. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan sebuah pendidikan seksual yang bersifat komprehensif; sebuah pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengetahuan tentang seksualitas bagi remaja laki-laki dan remaja perempuan. Pendidikan seksual komprehensif ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Abepura dengan metode penyuluhan dan diskusi. Indikator keberhasilan dari pengabdian ini diukur dari hasil pre-test sebelum pendidikan seksual disampaikan dan hasil post-test setelah pendidikan dilaksanakan. Hasilnya adalah pengetahuan remaja tentang setidaknya delapan topik seksualitas mengalami peningkatan. Kata Kunci: Remaja, Pendidikan Seksual Komprehensif, Seksualitas

Abstract

Dating is a popular relationship among college students. In our expectation, dating becomespopular because it is fun. However, in reality, dating is tend to be unpleasure relationship.This can be occured because of violence. The existence of violence in dating has a strongrelation with the understanding of love. Love is often misunderstood by people who aredating as a ownership and control. Therefore, the topic about how violence’s manifest indating relationships is important question. This research aims to look the relationshipbetween college students in Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) ofCenderawasih University, Jayapura, Papua. The results of this study are the concept of loveare important to building (consciously or unconsciously) violent acts in dating relation.Then the culture and experience from both the victims and the perpretators are important toperpetuating violence. Furthermore, the general form of violence at least exists in 5 formslike psychological violence, physical violence, verbal violence, digital violence and financialviolence.

Abstract

Bencana Sentani yang baru saja terjadi mengakibatkan banyak kerusakan infrastruktur dan terdapat banyak korban luka, meninggal dan hilang. Namun, bencana tidak hanya soal kerusakan, kerugian dan kehilangan. Bencana juga tentang para penyintas yang harus berjuang melanjutkan hidup di daerah Sentani dengan segala kerentanan yang dialami akibat bencana tersebut. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini mengkaji kerentanan sosial yang muncul pasca bencana terkhusus pada masyarakat Nelayan Kampung Nendali yang terkena luapan air Danau Sentani. Penelitian ini dikaji menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi untuk menggali informasi berdasarkan pengalaman penyintas bencana luapan air Danau Sentani. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa informan penyintas bencana luapan air Danau Sentani secara aspek dari dalam diri menunjukkan kerentanan yang rendah karena telah memiliki kesadaran dan kemampuan dalam menghadapi bencana dengan karakter yang sama. Sedangkan dari aspek dari luar diri terutama dari level institusi jaringan politik dan sosial menujukkan kerentanan yang sangat tinggi karena kesadaran dari pihak institusi dan dinas terkait masih rendah dalam menyiapkan masyarakat Kampung Nendali menghadapi bencana serta lambat dalam melakukan pemulihan pasca bencana.

Abstract

The non-natural disaster status of the COVID-19 Pandemic in Papua Province has been raised from Emergency Alert to Emergency Response. People in Papua, especially those in Jayapura, are required to quarantine and practice Social Distancing and Physical Distancing. But what are the knowledge, attitudes and skills of the Jayapura people to prevent the transmission of this virus? This study was designed to look at the efforts of the Jayapura community in preventing the transmission of COVID-19 through descriptive quantitative methods. With the Google Form questionnaire data collection tool which was distributed online to the people of Jayapura, there were 117 residents of Jayapura City who became respondents in this study. The results obtained are the knowledge, attitudes and skills of Jayapura residents in preventing Covid-19 above 50%. This is because the local government is responsive and there is a national event in Jayapura that encourages a fairly fast and significant process of behavior change.

Abstract

The pattern of people moving from villages to cities has become a pattern in various places, including in Paniai Regency. This pattern makes the village 'abandoned', while the city becomes congested. Therefore, the Paniai Regency Government issued a Return to Kampung policy so that the Paniai community returned and built a village. This policy has a derivative program for Coffee Farmers, all of which are funded by the Regency government. Therefore, this study looks at the implementation of these policies from the government's perspective. This study used qualitative research methods. The data was taken using the Literature Study Technique sourced from the news media that wrote about this activity, the Paniai district government website and social media channels. The result of this research is that the coffee planting program is able to make the Paniai community return to their village and empower the Paniai community
