Abstract

Article 97 paragraph (1) of the Company Law requires each member of the Board of Directors to be required in good faith and full responsibility to undertake the supervision of the company for the interests and business of the company. This implies the Board of Directors is liablefor each management and representation of the company in the company’s framework in pursuing its purposes and objectives.This researchexaminesthe responsibilities of the board of Directors in the bankruptcy of the Limited Liability Company based on Law No. 40 of 2007. This research was conducted through a normative juridical approach.The data source of this research was gained from the library study. Then it was analyzed using the qualitative analysis which depicts and dissects the significant information.The conclusion of this research is thatthe responsibilities of the Board of Directors in Bankruptcy Limited Liability Company based on Law No. 40 of 2007 comprises 2 (two) aspects, in particular; civil liability and criminal liability.

Abstract

Implementation of Legal Protection of Tourists, will not be separated who is responsible for an act to whom the act can be accounted for and whether anyone who commits an act where the consequences of the act can cause harm to people, can be accounted for by the maker. This research examines the implementation of legal protection of tourist in following whitewater rafting package at KNB Holiday Medan. This research was conducted through anempirical legal approach. The data source of this research was gained from the field study. Then analyzed using the qualitative analysis which depicts and dissects the significant information.The conclusion of this research wasthat the implementation of KNB Holiday’s responsibility towards tourists in the event of things that are detrimental to consumers in practice is responsible for the extent of their profession or agreements that have been agreed with consumers of service users, namely strict liability against strict professional liability. Abstract

Cemara Indah GosongTelaga beach is one of the attractions located in the village of GosongTelaga, North Singkil sub-district, Aceh Singkil Regency, the potential of this beach is its natural beauty, a fairly wide stretch of white sand. However, the management of this beach is not well managed. The purpose of this study was to find out how the management efforts at Natural Tourism Objects and Attractions of Pantai Cemara Indah Gosong Telaga In North Singkil Sub-District,Aceh Singkil Regency. The research method carried out by the researchers is descriptive qualitative by direct research to the field (field research) and literature research (library research), namely reading books related to the researchers' writings. The conclusions of the research carried out by researchers: (1) The potential and attractiveness of Cemara Indah GosongTelagabeach in North SingkilSub-district, Aceh Singkil Regency is that it has beautiful natural potential and is still natural. (2) The management of Cemara Indah GosongTelaga beach has problems or obstacles faced in developing Cemara Indah GosongTelaga beach due to the lack of procurement and development of the required facilities, and infrastructure. (3) Efforts in the development of Cemara Indah GosongTelagabeach include increasing physical development, facilities and infrastructure as well as tourist facilities such as hotels or accommodations, restaurants, clean water, prayer rooms, electricity, telecommunications, roads, bridges, parking lots, security posts, health clinics, and others. The researchers’ suggestion from the research results is that the government and other related parties (stakeholders)try to develop both facilities and infrastructure in the tourist area of ​​​​Cemara Indah GosongTelaga beach.

Abstract

Abstract Preliminary studies reveal that music's element is not the primary motivation for religious tourism. However, it is a valuable component of the experience itself. This study examines several dimensions of pilgrimage tourism related to the soundscape, satisfaction, tourist sensory experience, economy, and religion based on experience and the role of gospel music in developing religious tourism packages. This research method uses a literature study approach by studying various books, journals, magazines, and others relevant to the problem and research objectives. This study shows that faith can be a culture. It can be a medium for religious experience, bridging the relationship between tourism, religion, and knowledge. For example, a visit to a sacred tourist attraction, one of which is experiencing gospel music. Thus, it can deepen the faith of believers, and for other visitors, it is an opportunity to meet different cultures and stories. Keywords: The Role of Gospel Music, Religious Tourism, Apulia. Abstrak Kajian awal mengungkapkan bahwa meskipun unsur musik bukan menjadi motivasi utama bagi wisata religi. Namun, hal ini sebenarnya merupakan sebuah komponen berharga dari pengalaman itu sendiri. Studi ini mengkaji beberapa dimensi wisata ziarah yang berhubungan dengan pemandangan suara (soundscape), kepuasan wisatawan, pengalaman sensorik wisatawan, ekonomi dan agama berdasarkan pengalaman serta peran musik gerejawi dalam mengembangkan paket wisata religi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dengan mempelajari berbagai buku, jurnal, majalah dan lain-lain yang masih ada relevansinya dengan rumusan masalah dan tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa iman dapat menjadi budaya dan budaya dapat menjadi sebuah medium terhadap pengalaman beragama. Kaitannya dengan hubungan antara pariwisata, agama dan pengetahuan. Hal ini dapat dipahami bagaimana suatu kunjungan ke daya tarik wisata religi salah satunya mengalami musik gerejawi dapat memperdalam iman orang percaya (believers), dan bagi pengunjung lain, ini merupakan kesempatan untuk bertemu dengan budaya yang berbeda. Kata kunci: Peran Musik Gerejawi, Wisata Religi, Apulia.

Abstract

Musik selalu memiliki tempat penting dalam ibadah umat Allah. Dari bab pertama Alkitab sampai dalam ibadah Israel, dan gereja dalam Perjanjian Baru telah menggunakan musik dalam ibadah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran musik gerejawi dalam ibadah di GBI Avia Setia Budi English Service Medan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil tempat di GBI Avia Setia Budi English Service Medan. Kesimpulan Penelitian ini adalah bahwa peran musik gerejawi dalam ibadah di GBI Avia Setia Budi English Service Medan adalah; (1) sebagai sarana untuk memuji dan menyembah Allah (praise and worship), (2) sebagai sarana untuk bersekutu (fellowship), (3) sebagai sarana untuk pembinaan (nurture), (4) sebagai sarana untuk pengajaran (education).

Abstract

Metaverse adalah ekspresi budaya teknologi yang memiliki dampak global. Dampak tersebut akan terjadi melalui pengetahuan, sosial, dan geo-spasial. Artificial intelligent (AI) atau kecerdasan buatan akan menghubungkan semua entitas di bumi melalui sarana internet, sehingga menciptakan informasi berlapis dan pengalaman dunia virtual tiga dimensi yang dikenal dengan sebutan Metaverse. Metaverse ini memiliki empat karakteristik: Pertama, Augmented Reality (AR), yaitu teknologi yang dapat digunakan oleh manusia untuk menyatukan benda dua dimensi (2D), dan atau tiga dimensi (3D) ke dalam dunia virtual. Kedua, Life Logging adalah teknologi augmentatif yang merekam dan membuat laporan kegiatan objek dan pengguna. Ketiga, Mirror Worlds, yaitu refleksi dari dunia fisik/nyata ke dunia virtual. Kempat, Virtual Reality, di sini orang-orang digambarkan sebagai pribadi yang serupa dengan aslinya melalui avatar 3D. Dari perspektif Kekristenan, Metaverse dalam studi ini akan dikaji dengan pendekatan teologi kontekstual melalui kombinasi kontekstualisasi dan keutuhan aspek pascamanusia (posthumanism) dan mistisisme (mysticism). Studi ini berfokus pada keutuhan evolusioner sebagaimana diidentifikasi oleh Teilhard melalui karya Delio. Sedangkan model kontekstualisasi merujuk pada pandangan Bevans. Metode keutuhan kontekstual memungkinkan cara-cara baru untuk melihat, merangkul, berkomunikasi, mengkomplekskan, dan menciptakan empat bidang Metaverse.

Abstract

The Religious Tourism Park (Taman Wisata Iman or TWI) in Sitinjo Dairi is one of the growing religious tourist destinations in North Sumatra. TWI offers various religious and tourist activities that combine the beauty of nature and spiritual values. The purpose of this study is to analyze the opportunities and challenges in the development of religious tourism in TWI. The method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and literature study. The results show that the opportunities for the development of religious tourism in TWI are due to the potential of a beautiful place, a conducive environment, and a spiritual experience that can provide satisfaction for visitors. The challenges of developing religious tourism in TWI include a lack of support from the government, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and a lack of skilled and experienced human resources in tourism and religion. Therefore, there is a need for government support, better infrastructure development, and human resource development for religious tourism in TWI to develop well. Abstract

Strategi peningkatan mutu berbasis TQM (Total Quality Management) adalah salah satu strategi peningkatan mutu yang memiliki aspek-aspek penekanan antara lain: kepuasan pelanggan, perbaikan secara berkesinambungan, obsesi yang tinggi terhadap kualitas, pendekatan ilmiah dalam pengambilan keputusan, pemecahan masalah, serta kerjasama tim dan kepemimpinan. Pentingnya TQM dikarenakan dunia yang cepat berubah dan hadirnya kompetitor baik dari lembaga sejenis maupun yang berbeda. Salah satu produk yang ditawarkan gereja adalah berbasis pengajaran, khususnya doktrin dasar iman Kristen. Hal ini jarang dilakukan gereja, terlihat dari belum adanya tulisan yang mengangkat bahasan peng-ajaran doktrin merupakan bagian dari manajemen mutu gereja serta sebagai adaptasi gereja dalam menghadapi kompetitor. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode grounded research; alasannya, karena belum ditemukan sebuah tulisan yang menyajikan pengajaran doktrin dasar iman Kristen merupakan bagian dari implementasi TQM di dalam Gereja. Hasil yang ditemukan bahwa, pengajaran doktrin dasar iman Kristen telah membuat Gereja secara umum dapat bertahan selama ribuan tahun di tengah berbagai serangan pengajaran baik dari internal dan eksternal Gereja. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah, pengajaran doktrin iman Kristen merupakan produk yang utama dari Gereja dalam memuaskan jemaat untuk menjamin jemaat tetap menjadi bagian dari persekutuan kudus yaitu Gereja, selain juga merupakan bagian penting untuk menujukkan kualitas Gereja itu

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the demonstration method on student learning outcomes in the subject of Christian Religious Education in grade X of Karya Agung Vocational High School in Bagan Batu Sinembah, Rokan Hilir, Riau, in the academic year 2022, and to determine the effect of conventional teaching methods on student learning outcomes in the subject of Christian Religious Education in grade X of Karya Agung Vocational High School in Bagan Batu Sinembah, Rokan Hilir, Riau, in the academic year 2022. This type of research is an experiment. The population in this study was all grade X students of Karya Agung Vocational High School in Bagan Batu Sinembah, Rokan Hilir, Riau, in the academic year 2022, consisting of 60 students in 2 parallel classes. The sample in this study consisted of two classes, namely class X-1 as the experimental class taught with the demonstration method and class X-2 as the control class taught with conventional teaching methods. From the results of the study, it was concluded that there is a significant influence of the demonstration method on student learning outcomes in grade X of Karya Agung Vocational High School in Bagan Batu Sinembah, Rokan Hilir, Riau, in the academic year 2022. This is based on the hypothesis test, where the obtained result is tcount of 3.90, while the ttable is 1.67, which means that tcount > ttable (3.90 > 1.67). If tcount is greater than ttable, then the demonstration method has a significant influence on student learning outcomes.
