Abstract

Background. The practice of corruption in Indonesia is like an “illegal inheritance” without a will. Law enforcement and its enforcement are constantly evolving and adapting the actions, or types of corruption crimes that exist in society. The majority of corruptors are Muslims. Calculatively, Muslims are bigger than non-Muslims who are involved in corruption. Aim. This study aims to reflect eclectically on the problem of corruption in Indonesia from the perspective of Islam and legal culture. Methods. This research is a literature study (library research). Research data comes from books, scientific articles, journals, magazines and other sources relevant to the object of discussion. The research data were analyzed and conclusions were drawn descriptively-analytically. Results. Islam expressly condemns and curses thieves and looters of other people's property, except for the corrupt. The legal culture shows that corruption is influenced by individual and collective needs and demands, and is also supported by the socio-cultural environment that inherits the tradition of corruption. The government prioritizes the social, economic and political economic status of corruptors. The internal legal culture of law enforcement does not support resolving corruption in court proceedings.

Abstract

Background. The digital era is the historical period characterized by the existence of digital technology, including communication and social interaction. The unrealized discoveries in the field of technology will also affect social change greatly, and will also have a very serious impact on education indirectly.Aim. This paper will elaborate how the theory of symbolic interaction and the theory of social change as a collaborative approach in carrying-out social research and solutions in dealing with the current digital era. the qualitative approach is used in this research with a critical-analytic method to a social case.Methods. Library research was conducted to analyze the theory of this social change as the data took from many kinds of literature that contained this theory.Results. Explained in this paper the theory of symbolic interaction initiated by George Herbert Mead and later completed by Herbert Blumer. This symbolic interaction theory has three main key concepts: mind, self, society where the symbols of attitudes, behavior, ways of speaking are seen in the interactions that take place. Meanwhile, the theory of social change initiated by Auguste Comte and Herbert Spencer is a theory about changes in the structure of society that can affect the patterns of social interaction and something that can build human character towards a better process or vice versa.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan proses pendidikan holistic-integratif yang memadukan dimensi moral dengan dimensi sosial kehidupan peserta didik sebagai dasar untuk membentuk generasi yang berkualitas, Dalam prakteknya, pembentukan karakter tidak hanya membutuhkan teori atau konsep saja. Melainkan dengan mengaplikasikan pendidikan karakter yang telah digambarkan dalam hadist Rasulullah SAW. atas dasar keteladanan sehingga menuai kebaikan bagi dirinya sendiri dan orang lain. Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di sekolah lebih tepat menggunakan metode modeling yang dilaksanakan oleh guru. Keteladanan guru harus diciptakan karena guru merupakan figur sentral yang selalu menjadi perhatian siswa di sekolah. yang menjadi teladan dalam menambah ilmu pengetahuan dan membentuk kepribadian berbudi luhur yang bertujuan untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keteladanan guru dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik perspektif KH. Jamaluddin Ahmad secara ilmiyah-amaliyah dalam proses pendidikan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literer dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, observasi, reduksi, kemudian dianalisa untuk sebuah kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, menurut KH. Jamaluddin Ahmad, pembentukan karakter peserta didik bermula dari keteladanan guru secara praktis dan sederhana. Membangun karakter secara praktis dapat dimulai dari stimulus keteladanan guru atau ulama-ulama sunni terdahulu, yang meruncing pada unsur praktik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga menjadikan tuntunan dalam beretika. Dengan demikian, KH. Jamaluddin Ahmad menempatkan jiwa seorang guru sebagai sosok sentral dalam pembentukan karakter.

Abstract

Implementasi Metode Muhafdhoh adalah suatu cara dimana seorang guru menyuruh murid untuk berusaha meresapkan ilmu atau materi yang berbentuk bait-bait kedalampikiran agar selalu ingat. Dalam bahasa arab tata bahasa biasa disebut Qowa’id Nahwiyah merupakan bahasa Semitik dan tata bahasanya banyak kesamaan dengan tata bahasaSemitik lain. Berdasarkan Konteks Penelitian di atas, maka permasalahan yang timbul adalah (1) Bagaimana Implementasi Metode Muhafadhoh Nadhom dalam Pembelajaran Qowa’idNahwiyah di Pondok Pesantren At-Tahdzib. (2) Apa Problematika Penerapan Metode Muhafadhoh Nadhom dalam Pembelajaran Qowa’id Nahwiyah di Pondok PesantrenAt-Tahdzib (3) Apa saja yang diambil dalam penanganan masalah ini. Menurut jenisnya penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, interview, dokumentasi dan analisis datanya adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Problematika Metode Muhafadhoh Qowa’id Nahwiyah dikarenakan beberapa faktorbaik intern atau ekstern, intern seperti kurang adanya tekad yang kuat dan optimis, malas, kurang diulang-ulang, kurang lancer dalam membaca tulisan arab, sering menunda-nunda dan tidak bias mengatur waktu dengan baik. Ekstern seperti tidak ada guru pembimbing, kurang adanya perhatian dan motivasi, lingkungan kurang mendukung, terpengaruh oleh teman, banyak lafadz-lafadz yang mirip dan sulit untuk dihafalkan

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out clearly about the management of madrasah heads in developing human resources at Madrasah Diniyah Fathul Ulum Diwek Jombang. The data collection methods used were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out throughout the data collection process and after all the data has been collected, the data validity test is carried out by testing the credibility of the data. As for the results of this research, it can be concluded that madrasa heads in developing human resources have concepts and strategies as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for these activities. The concept has been implemented as well as the madrasa head's strategy by holding teacher development training and comparative studies to schools or Other madrasas and madrasa heads provide special seminars to teaching staff, while the supporting factors are the emergence of a sense of concern for one another, while the inhibiting factors are discommunication and lack of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The emergence of the term religious moderation in Indonesia in recent times is closely related to various phenomena of intolerance, radicalism, and terrorism that occur in Indonesia. Moderation is a life view that always prioritizes the attitude of tolerance and always takes the middle road from two opposing attitudes. Islamic boarding schools are an integral part of the institutions that exist in Indonesia which instill religious values and practices in their students for the advancement of national development. As a subculture rooted in Islamic culture in Indonesia, Education in boarding schools, not only provides educational facilities and practices, but also instills a number of values or norms. One of them is the Islamic boarding school At-Tahdzib Rejoagung in Ngoro district. The Islamic boarding school At-Tahdzib as an educational institution has proven to be quite excellent in producing generations of the nation who have good character. One of the proofs is the large number of alumni of At-Tahdzib pesantren who are trusted by the community to become educators in various formal and non-formal educational institutions. This is certainly inseparable from the role of kiai leadership who are also teachers in the educational process. The role of leadership is an attitude and behavior in influencing human resources, so that they are willing to carry out their duties to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. This study aims to examine the leadership of kiai in instilling the values of religious moderation in Islamic boarding schools. More specifically, this article intends to identify strategies and analyze the influence of kiai leadership in instilling the values of religious moderation at the Islamic boarding school At Tahdzib Ngoro Jombang
