Abstract

The responsibility of Directors of the Company's debt in case of Ultra Vires exonerated from his liability if the company's debt arising from the actions of Directors had exceeded its authority as may of Directors gai as stipulated in Law No. 40 of 2007 and Articles of Association of the Company are concerned. The reasons and legal basis proposed by the Company in the principal case as contained in Decision No. 1914 K / Pdt / 2009, ie in the form of excuse the absence of consent of Commissioners to the Board of Directors in making a financing agreement with a third party, not the basis for consideration of the legal panel of judges in deciding the case in question. Thus, in the principal case, the actions of Directors, acting for and on behalf of the Company, although it did not get approval from the Commissioner did not abort their tanggungawab Company to the party entitled, so that the Company and the Board of Directors has the responsibility jointly and severally on the company's debt repayment.Keywords: Director, Corporation, Ultra Vires

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know about the implementation of the Drill Method in memorizing the short letter of Qur’an in Sekolah Dasar Islam (the Islamic Elementary School) Ibn Hajar Bantar Gebang Bekasi. By this qualitative study can be concluded that the implementation of the Drill Method in memorizing a Qur’anic short letter was done through the following steps : (1) The teacher makes an example firstly by reading one verse in front of the class with a clear voice and reading; (2) The teacher reads the passage back and all the students are required to follow the the teacher’s readings ; (3) If the readings have been sounded eloquent, fluent and correct, the the teacher asks all the male students to recite the exemplified verses then continued by the female students. These steps should continuously be repeated until the goal can be achieved. The obstacles of application of the method is that the provision of Drill Method repetitively often make students become bored or fed. The results of the study explained that the Drill Method in memorizing the Qur’anic short letter proven to provide training and increasing in memorizing Qur’anic short letter in a day a student can be able to produce two short verses and for as much as one long paragraph. In one school year or 141 times of the effective meetings can generate as many as 16 letters or memorizing 97 verses

Abstract

Playing is an activity that is very important for children's growth and development. Playing must be carried out on the child's own initiative, playing in a fun way provides a learning process for the child. Playing can also stimulate various things in children's development, such as physical movement, cognitive, mathematical logic, language, moral-religious, socio-emotional and artistic. Through play, children's creativity will awaken and develop optimally. Child and socio-emotional development: In principle, children learn through social interactions, both with adults and peers. Social development has a positive impact on children's growth and development. Social development supports communication skills, academic success and school adjustment, strengthens peer relationships, and creates a positive learning environment. Therefore, this skill must be developed optimally from an early age. Playing is one way to develop social-emotional skills in childhood. Play can be used as an alternative means to improve social and emotional development in children.

Abstract

Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian True- Experimental Design dengan populasi semua siswa kelas IV SDN 101729 Kampung Lalang berjumlah 46 orang, yaitu kelas eksperimen 25 orang dan kelas kontrol 21 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan adalah tes unjuk kerja yang telah diuji cobakan sebelumnya menggunakan uji reliabilitas rater dan uji validasi isi. Sedangkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t (independent sampel t-test). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa data pradata kelas eksperimen dan kontrol berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Harga t- hitung pradata lebih kecil dari t-tabel (-0,30956 < 1,684), artinya Ho diterima. Ho diterima artinya antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol mempunyai varians yang sama pada saat pradata. Hasil posttest menunjukkan bahwa data kedua kelasa berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Harga t-hitung posttest lebih besar dibandingkan harga t-tabel (2,072 > 1,684), artinya Ha diterima. Ha diterima artinya Media Audio Visual lebih berpengaruh bila dibandingkan dengan konvensional terhadap terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 101729 Kampung Lalang. Media Audio Visual diharapkan menjadi pertimbangan bagi guru kelas IV SDN 101729 Kampung Lalang untuk menerapkan media Audio Visual dengan aspek atau materi yang lain. Pemanfaatan Audio Visual diharapkan dapat menjadikan pembelajaran menarik dan minat siswa dalam pembelajaran akan meningkat.
