Abstract

Latar Belakang Emesis gravidarum ringan merupakan keluhan umum (fisiologis) yang di sampaikan pada kehamilan muda, Emesis gravidarum ringan lebih sering terjadi pada usia kehamilan 6-12 minggu. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Gambaran perilaku ibu hamil berdasarkan karakteristik ibu dalam mengatasi emesis gravidarum di BPM A kecamatan Warung Kondang Kabupaten Cianjur Tahun 2018. Metode penelitian adalah jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif.Populasi dalam penelitian ini ibu yang mengalami emesis gravidarum trimester 1 dengan teknik total sampling berjumlah 30 responden Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil perilaku ibu hamil dalam mengatasi emesis gravidarum lebih banyak ada pada kriteria prilaku positif dengan 16 responden (53,3%), berdasarkan umur lebih banyak ada pada umur 26-30 tahun sebanyak 13 responden (43,3%),berdasarkan pendidikan lebih banyak berpendidikan SMA sebanyak 19 responden (63,3%), berdasarkan pekerjaan lebih banyak yang tidak bekerja sebanyak 20 responden (66,7%).

Abstract

Immunization is a way that is done to cause or increase the immunity of the individual to the disease. Since Indonesia reported the first case of coronavirus 19 (Covid-19) in March 2020, routine immunization coverage to prevent childhood diseases has decreased. This study aims to find out how the relationship of knowledge, maternal attitudes and family support regarding immunization visits during the covid-19 pandemic. The population of 100 mothers who have children 0-24 months and the sample of 80 people is determined by the slovin formula. Sampling techniques used are accidental sampling. Research instruments using questionnaires containing questions and statements. The data was analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The mother's knowledge of immunization visits is good which is as many as 67 people (83.8%), and there is no relationship between knowledge of immunization visits (p-value = 0.313). The attitude of mothers about immunization visits is positive and negative as many as 40 people (50%), and there is no relationship between the mother's attitude towards immunization visits (p-value = 0.496). Family support on immunization visits is supporting as many as 42 people (52.5%), and there is a link between family support to immunization visits (p-value = 0.000). So it can be concluded that the knowledge, attitude of the mother and family support in immunization visits during the covid-19 pandemic should be improved because immunization can lower the death rate of toddlers.

Abstract

Anemia is a body condition in which the number and size of red blood cells or hemoglobin (Hb) levels are lower than normal, with the WHO classification of anemia in pregnant women, namely, not anemia: 11gr%, mild anemia: 9-10gr%, moderate anemia: 7-8gr%, severe anemia: <7gr%. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research with a population of 30 and a sample of 30 using the accidental sampling technique. From the results of the study, it was found that based on the frequency distribution table the level of knowledge of pregnant women about prevention & treatment of iron deficiency anemia before counseling 11 respondents (36.6%) Good, 19 respondents (63.3%) Enough, and none of the respondents had a low level of knowledge. , The level of knowledge of pregnant women about prevention & treatment of iron deficiency anemia after counseling 20 respondents (66.6%) Good, 10 respondents (33.3%) Enough, and no respondent whose level of knowledge is less Conclusion: Pregnant women are expected to have their pregnancy checked regularly to better understand the condition of their pregnancy, including checking HB, and pregnant women are able to understand how to prevent & treat iron deficiency anemia as early as possible.
