Abstract

Sejarah penulisan hadis dan ilmu hadis telah melewati serangkaian fase historis yang sangat panjang. Tulisan ini mengkaji secara khusus alah satu kitab Hadis yaitu kitab hadis al-Jamî’ al-Azhâr fî Hadîts an-Nabi al-Anwâr Karya Imam al-Manawi. Tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa Imam al-Manawi sebagai seorang ulama terkemuka mengumpulkan hadis-hadis nabi dalam hadis al-Jamî’ al-Azhâr fî Hadîts an-Nabi al-Anwâr dan menulisnya dengan menggunakan metode dan sistematika susunan hadis berdasarkan susunan abjad hijaiyah. Hal ini bisa dilihat pada fuhras/indeks kitab setiap juz dari kitab hadis al-Jamî’ al-Azhâr fî Hadîts an-Nabi al-Anwâr. Temanya pun beragam, seperti tauhid, ibadah, akhlak dan hukum. Dalam kitab ini pula al-Imam al-Manawi memuat semua jenis kualitas hadis, baik hadis shahih, hadis hasan, maupun hadis dhaif.  -----------------The history of writing and science of hadith have passed a series of very long phase. This paper examines one of the hadith books, i.e. Hadith al-Jami al-Azhar Hadith an-Nabi by the Imam Anwar al-Manawi. This paper shows that al-Manawi is an eminent scholar who collected the prophet Muhammad’s tradition in his book al-Jami fi al-Azhar al-Hadith al-Nabi al-Anwar and wrote by using various methods and systematical arrangement of traditions based on alphabetical arrangement. This can be seen in indexes (fuhras) book chapters from each book al-Jami fi al-al-hadits al-Anwar of the Prophet. The theme also varied, such as monotheism, worship, morals and law. In this book al Manawi also mentioned about quality of the Prophet’s traditions, both valid hadith, good (hasan) hadith, or false traditions (dhaif).

Abstract

Muhammad Talbi adalah seorang pemikir muslim Afrika Utara. Pendekatan Talbi dalam memahami al-Qurandengan metode penafsirannya didasarkan pada pemahaman atas teks melalui konteks historisnya. Talbikadang-kadang mengacu pada metodenya sebagai sebuah metodologi sejarah atau pembacaan sejarah(qiraah tarikhiyah): ayat-ayat al-Quran seyogyanya ditafsirkan di dalam konteks di mana ayat-ayat ituditurunkan, dan bukan dalam isolasi abstrak dari konteks tersebut. Beberapa contoh yang sebagaimana telahdijelaskan di atas diantaranya masalah pemerintahan dalam Islam, hak-hak perempuan, sanksi terhadap istrioleh seorang suami dan perbudakan bisa membawa kita bagaimana membaca pemikiran Muhammad Talbidalam memahami pesan-pesan al-Quran.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an adalah kalam Allah yang merupakan Mu’jizat yang diturunkan kepada Nabi akhir jaman Muhammad SAW. Tidak ada yang menandingi keindahan bahasa Al qur’an dan keindahan ketika kita melantunkan Al qur’an. Banyak orang yang hatinya tergetar jika di bacakan ayat-ayat Al qur’an, sehingga kemudian dia mendapatkan risalah kebenaran. Al qur’an adalah satu-satunya kitab yang terjaga keasliannya walau telah diturunkan kurang lebih 14 abad yang lalu akan tetapi tetap terjaga dalam satu Bahasa dan satu huruf yang terangkai didalamnya, kosa kata yang indah, Nada dan Langgamnya, Singkat dan padat, Memuaskan Para Pemikir dan Orang kebanyakan, Memuaskan akal dan Jiwa, dan ketepatan maknanya.

Abstract

This paper analyzed the human concept according to Marxism in the view of Muslim thinkers. This paper was made because of the reading of material-based Marxist concepts and out from the transcendent elements, including in view of human beings. For this reason Marxism is very necessary to be seen from the perspective of human concepts according to Muslim thinkers who are represented by groups of Muslim philosophers and groups of mufassir. The results of this result showed that the main different and criticism of Marxism is his thinking that humanity is the result of his own creation based on materials. This refers to the idea of man-centered, autonomous, physical-biological man, without sou. Human life depends on maerials,it does not depend on things which are supernatural like God so that man must be united with nature. Marxs view of man is very different from the concept of man according to Muslim thinkers. According to them, man was created by his Lord and deeply connected with God. Besides they have physical elements, humans also have elements of the soul or nafs which very dependent on God. Humans made the Khalifah to control nature as a medium of worship to God.

Abstract

This paper examines one of Nusantara commentary books entitled Tafsîr al-Azhâr that is written by Hamka. By analyzing the contents of the commentary and tracing the historical roots of the birth of the work, this study shows that Hamka contextualises his interpretation as a criticism against the Sukarno regime. Among the critiques that he poses in his commentary suggest that Sukarno aligns to Communism and the political policies of his administration resonate to the interest of Communist while at the same time are detrimental to that of Muslims. From the historical perspective, there was, in fact, a conflict between Hamka and Sukarno concerning the issue of Communism. In other words, there is a close relationship between Sukarno’s affinity to Communism and Muslim’s conflict with Communists in Indonesia. In the development of tafsîr studies so far, tracing the interpretation material in the context of social criticism is considerably understatement. This is the reason why this study takes this approach. This study suggests that tafsîr (Quranic exegesis) is not just a task of understanding the divine message, but can also be a social critic.
