Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the social condition (education and health) and to analyze the economic condition (income and income gap) of the community around the company, with the presence of oil palm plantation company PT. Kresna Duta Agroindo (PT. KDA) at Tanah Abang Village, Pamenang Sub-District, Merangin Regency, Jambi Province. The basic method in this study was descriptive and the application used survey technique. With purposive sampling, a village was selected, Tanah Abang Village because it's the closest village to Kresna Duta Agroindo company (PT. KDA) and is the largest village and has the biggest population of farmer around the company. Total sample in this study was 60 respondents. The result of the study showed that the presence of PT. Kresna Duta Agroinda increased the quality of education and health and increased the income of the community, however, the high income leads to inequality. Keywords theimpact, oil palm plantation, community, social, economy.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the level of work stress, work conflict, work environment, compensation, and employee performance as well as to analyze the effect of work stress, work conflict, and work environment on the employee performance in Bakpia Pathok 25 Yogyakarta by using compensation as a moderator variable. The method used in this research was a case study. The selection of respondents used census methods with a total of 81 permanent employees. Data were collected by observation, documentary, and interview. Methods of data analysis were descriptive analysis, tabulation, and moderated regression analysis (MRA) with multiple linear models. The results showed that there was moderate level of workstress, high workconflictlevel, moderate work environmentlevel, hig compensation level, and high employee performance level. It was concluded that work stress and work environment affected the employee performance while with compensation, work conflict affected the employee performance. Keywords: workstress, work conflict, work environment, compensation, moderatorvariable, employeeperformance

Abstract

This study aims to at analysing the success rates and developing strategy toward the Prau Mount Agrotourism development through hiking route via Patak Banteng Village Kejajar Distric Wonosobo Regency. This study employed descriptive approach. The result of the study is aimed at confirming an approximate relatively-high success rates of Mount Prau agrotourism via Patak Banteng Village. The method of determining the research object of this study is the pusposive method which employed the respondents such as the developer of the tourism, owners of the culinary, owners of the souvenir outlets, and hiking stuffs rent's owners. Methods of gaining the developer respondents is in amount of 30 respondents, while the respondents from owners of the culinary, souvenir outlets, and g stuffs using kuota sampling technique which is in amount of 30 respondents. The technique of collecting data in this study were observation, questionaire, and documentation for finding the primary and secondary data. Then the analysis technique that were emploved in this study were one sample t test, External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFI), Internal-External Matrix (1-E), and SWOT matrix. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuanmenganalisis kelayakan usaha dari aspek finansial dan menganalisis sensitivitas kenaikan harga bahan baku.Metode dasar yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitis, metode pelaksanaan penelitian yaitu studi kasus dengan kasus pertanian organik dan terintegrasi, teknik pengambilan responden yaitu denganPurposive Sampling, jenis dan sumber data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis untuk menganalisiskelayakan usaha dari aspek finansialmenggunakan metode Discount Payback Period (DPP), Net present Value (NPV), Modified Internal Rate Of Return (MIRR), sedangkan teknik analisis untuk menganalisis sensitivitas kenaikan harga bahan baku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, dari aspek Finansial usaha pupuk kompos dihitung dengan metode Discount Payback Period (DPP), Net present Value (NPV), dan Modified Internal Rate Of Return (MIRR) menunjukkan hasil layak untuk diusahakan. Analisis sensitivitas Kelayakan finansial usaha pupuk di CV. Pendawa Kencana Multi Farm, tidak sensitif terhadap perubahan harga bahan baku kotoran sapi sebesar 20% karena perubahan hasil analisis yang terjadi di bawah 20%. Saran menambah jumlah sapi yang dipelihara agar mampu memenuhi kebutuhan bahan baku secara menyeluruh pada pembuatan pupuk kompos. Dalam hal ini perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan tentang kelayakan usaha pupuk kompos di CV. Pendawa Kencana Multi Farm. Kata Kunci : Kelayakan Usaha, Analisis Sensitivitas, Pupuk Kompos.

Abstract

The study aims to: (1) assess the understanding of CSR by PT Tambi, (2) assessimg the Implementations of CSR and, (3) assess the benefits of CSR program PT Tambi for society. The study is qualitative research, practice using case studies, making informant purposive and snow ball sampling. The collection of data technique used observation, documentation and interview. Qualitative descriptive analysis technique using data obtained, analyzed qualitatively and presented descriptively. Result of the research (1) The undersatanding of CSR by PT Tambi included in the category of compliance and only implement CSR general as set forth in the Company Law and not prioritize yet the environment surrounding the company, (2) CSR implementation by PT Tambi majority of (93%) as charity and 7% partial, (3) CSR PT Tambi benefit of 74% tangible and intangible, while 26% are intangible. Although the programs is given PT Tambi benefit society but the program still less can benefit increased economy of the community and it given the dependence of society with PT Tambi. Keyword: Corporate Social Responsibility, Comprehension, Implementation and Benefit
