Abstract

PT. BRI Syariah as a State-Owned Enterprise in the field of financial institutions, which owns the product of fund raising and fund distribution in the form of financing including the financing of Micro Small Medium Enterprises (UMKM). This study aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Micro Small Medium Business Financing (UMKM) Against Operating Profit At PT. BRI Syariah Branch Medan. Data collection techniques researchers do with field research (field research) is research directly to the company that became the object of research that aims to obtain the required data in connection with the material discussion. Data for the last 4 years, namely: (2011 - 2014) representing the population in this study. The method used is simple linear regression. The results showed that the financing can affect the profit, it is evident from the value of Fhitung shows the value of 133.097 and ftable obtained by 4.130 meaning is that the independent variable of UMKM financing together influence on the dependent variable that is operational profit. Based on the proposed hypothesis, the discussion obtained is the variable channeling of UMKM (X) has a positive and partially significant effect on the variable operating profit (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee performance at PT. Socfin Medan Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research, namely research that aims to determine the variable X (Independent) against variable Y (dependent). The population in this study were all permanent employees of PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan, totaling 190 employees from several divisions. The sampling in this study used random sampling with the Slovin technique with an error rate of 10% as many as 63 respondents. The techniques used to collect data in this study were documentation studies, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis, Classical Assumption Test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. From the results of this study, it was found that the t-test of the X1 variable against Y obtained tcount (2.225) > t table 1.670 with a significant level of 0.030 < 0.50. The t-test of the X2 variable against Y obtained t count 1.680 > t table 1.670 with a significant level of 0.048 <0.05, F test obtained 30.499 > 3.150, the value of 30.499 is greater than 3,150 tcount is greater than t table. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.504. This means that 50.4% of the variation in employee performance variables (Y) is influenced by the two independent variables, namely financial compensation (X1) and non-financial compensation (X2). So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on financial compensation. and Non-Financial Compensation on employee performance at PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahuipengaruh koordinasi kerja dan deskripsi pekerjaansecara parsial dan simultan terhadap efektivitas kerjapegawai di PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal. Penentuanjumlah sampel menggunakan metode Total Samplingyang menentukan sampel sebanyak 94 orang pegawaipada PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal. Adapun teknikpengumpulan data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitianini yaitu dengan penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkanteknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan teknikanalisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan ujiDeterminasi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa terdapat pengaruh koordinasi kerja terhadapefektivitas kerja pegawai di PT. Pelindo Multi Terminaldengan nilai thitung 5,242 > ttabel 1,66159. Terdapatpengaruh deskripsi pekerjaan terhadap efektivitas kerjapegawai di PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal dengan nilai thitung 17,609 > t tabel 1,66159. Berdasarkan Uji Fdiketahui terdapat pengaruh koordinasi kerja dandeskripsi pekerjaan secara simultan terhadap efektivitaskerja pegawai di PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal, hal inidiketahui dengan nilai Fhitung 263,266 > Ftabel 3,09 yangartinya variabel koordinasi kerja dan deskripsipekerjaan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yangsignifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai di PT.Pelindo Multi Terminal.
