Abstract

Anticipating the era of Society 5.0, communities and organizations are required to have integrated and comprehensive information access, including the management of mosques in Indonesia. This study aims at providing a strategic planning in the form of a portfolio for future application of mosques management information system services. This study was conducted with reference to Ward and Peppard’s strategic plan for information systems, which included SWOT analysis, critical success factor method and McFarlan’s strategic grid. The results showed the mosque management must have several applications, mapped into 4 quadrants (strategic, high potential, key operation, and support). It is expected that this application portfolio can help managers of mosques in Indonesia provide faster, more accurate, and more accountable information.

Abstract

Dalam era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0 peran dan posisi Teknologi Informasi menjadi sangat vital bagi setiap organisasi dimana teknologi informasi menjadi strategi bisnis yang dapat menjada eksistensi sebuah organisasi, tak terkecuali Perguruan Tinggi Swasta. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh teknologi informasi terhadap iklim organisasi perguruan tinggi swasta di Kabupaten Garut serta dampaknya terhadap komitmen organisasi pada lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Selain itu penelitian ini memiliki urgensi untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peranan teknologi informasi ditengah-tengah organisasi yang belum optimal menerapkan Teknologi tersebut sebagai alat pendukung dalam proses bisnis di perguruan tinggi swasta. Metodologi Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian desrkiptif dan verifikatif. Penelitian deskriptif bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran atau karakteristik dari suatu variabel, dalam hal ini variabel teknologi informasi, iklim organisasi perguruan tinggi dan komitmen organisasi perguruan tinggi. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara teknologi informasi pada iklim organisasi di perguruan tinggi swasta, selain itu juga terdapat dampak yang signifikan terhap komitmen yang dibangun oleh perguruan tinggi swasta di Kabupaten Garut. Kata Kunci: Teknologi informasi, Iklim organisasi, Komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

The research was conducted in an effort to find out the differences between students who were taught by using Flip book and those who were taught without using the Flip book in mastery of low level of cognitive aspects. This research design was a quasi-experimental using two groups. In the experimental group was applied the learning process of learning media flipbook while the control group it was not applied the learning media flipbook. The Subjects in this study were 35 students of XII IPA 5 class as an experimental class and 35 students of XII IPA 4 as the control class in SMAN 16 Garut. The research Result showed that: (1) The Mastery of the cognitive aspects of low-level concept of tenses in English Language Learning in SMAN 16 Garut before it was given the study treatment by applying the learning media flipbook in the learning process are at low qualifying on aspects of knowledge, understanding and aspects of the application, (2) The mastery of Cognitive low-level Aspects of tenses in English Language Learning in SMAN 16 Garut after applying research treatment increased. Classes that implement instructional media flipbook increased on aspects of knowledge into high qualifications, aspects of the understanding and application increased into medium qualification, whereas classes that did not implement instructional media flipbook, aspect of knowledge and understanding increased into medium qualification and low qualifying for aspects of the application , (3) There were significant different increase in the cognitive aspects of low-level in mastery of the concept of tenses between students who learn by applying the learning media flipbook with students who learnt without implementing instructional media flipbook in English learning at XII IPA class at SMAN 16 Garut. Keywords: Flipbook, Cognitive Aspects of Learning Outcomes, tenses, English Language Learning.

Abstract

Abstract Through the New Covid-19 Thematic KKN 2020, we are required to increase awareness and resilience of the community in facing the Covid-19 outbreak in an effort to create a healthy, advanced and prosperous society. We are expected to become motivators and facilitators for the local community. The community can share existing problems and find solutions with the participation of KKN participants. The goals or targets that are expected to be achieved are: (a) fostering a sense of mutual cooperation among residents; (b) training on the application of teaching or covid-19 prevention guidance; (c) teach the public the introduction of personal protective equipment. The method of implementing the New Covid-19 Thematic KKN 2020 activity is carried out in the form of socialization and training by involving the government and the community directly and also online Abstrak Melalui kegiatan New KKN Tematik Covid-19 Tahun 2020 kita dituntut untuk meningkatkan kepedulian, kesadaran, dan ketahanan masyarakat menghadapi wabah covid-19 dalam upaya mewujudkan masyarakat sehat, maju, dan sejahtera. Kita diharapkan menjadi motivator dan fasilitator bagi masyarakat setempat. Masyarakat dapat berbagi permasalahan yang ada dan mencari solusi dengan partisipasi peserta KKN. Adapun tujuan atau target yang diharapkan dapat tercapai adalah: (a) menumbuhkan rasa solidaritas gotong royong antarwarga; (b) pelatihan penerapan pengajaran atau pembimbingan pencegahan covid-19; (c) mengajarkan masyarakat pengenalan alat pelindung diri. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan New KKN Tematik Covid-19 Tahun 2020 dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan pelatihan-pelatihan dengan melibatkan pemerintah dan masyarakat secara langsung dan juga daring.
