Abstract

The research aims to identify factors that became a tourist attraction in the city ofBogor, Indonesia (supply side) and discussed the international tourists who visited this city(demand side). In addition to the enhancements described with the support of the localgovernment that serves as a facilitator for the development of tourism in terms of the BogorCity’s policies and planning. A regional area of the city’s tourist development is veryimportant to promote development and improve the interconnected regional economy,including the development of the city as international tourist destination. The study wasconducted by survey techniques (questionnaire surveys, interviews and observation andstudy of literature to support the research) using the approach of demand and supply in theBogor City tourism development as an international tourist destination. The study'sfindings can be considered for Bogor City tourism development as an internationaldestination. Furthermore, the government together with other tourism stakeholders mustcoordinate and cooperate in realizing the Bogor City tourism development that better inthe future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada faktor-faktor komunikasi pemasaran yang mencerahkan, kredibel, terarah yang dapat memandu masyarakat, terutama para pelaku usaha untuk dapat kembali bangkit dengan meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku dalam keberlanjutan usaha wisata kuliner kopi melalui kolaborasi dan inovasi di tengah dinamika perubahan dan kondisi pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Mendeskripsikan tingkat faktor internal dan eksternal, ketersediaan sarana prasarana, komunikasi pemasaran dan kapasitas pelaku wisata kuliner kopi di Bogor; (2) Menganalisis pengaruh faktor internal dan eksternal, ketersediaan sarana prasarna, komunikasi pemasaran terhadap kapasitas pelaku wisata kuliner kopi di tengah pandemi Covid-19 di Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan multianalisis, yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji regresi sederhana, dan partial least square (PLS). Unit analisis adalah pengelola kedai kopi yang aktif dan terdampak pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Bogor. Hasil penelitian dengan kategori tinggi faktor internal, pemanfaatan media komunikasi, komunikasi pemasaran dan kapasitas pelaku usaha; dan faktor eksternal dan sarana dan prasarana temasuk kategori rendah. Terdapat pengaruh dari Faktor Eksternal (FE) dan media komunikasi terhadap Komunikasi Pemasaran (KP), selain itu Sarana dan Prasarana (SP) berpengaruh terhadap Media Komunikasi (MK), sedangkan Komunikasi Pemasaran (KP) berpengaruh terhadap Kapasitas Pelaku Usaha (KPU). Untuk rekomendasi penelitian perlu kajian mendalam terkait pengunjung wisata kuliner kopi, respon dan fasilitasi pemerintah terhadap pengembangan dan pembangunan pariwisata kuliner kopi di Bogor (kebijakan, peraturan, insentif pelaku hospitality industry dan yang lainnya), dengan stakeholders dalam mendukung pengembangan dan pembangunan pariwisata Kota Bogor.

Abstract

The success of urban ecotourism in tourism villages requires community participation, both in developing tourism activities and businesses and in tourism management. The research aims to analyze three aspects, namely natural and cultural potential, the obstacles faced by the community in managing tourism villages, and the potential for community participation in managing tourism villages. The research was conducted in two tourism villages located in the center of Bogor City, namely Pulo Geulis Village and Labirin Village. Primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires to community respondents and analyzed descriptively using the Kruskal Wallis test. The study shows that cultural potential is more likely to be utilized in an effort to improve the community's economy and attract tourist visits. Community participation is still limited to Kompepar membership and food and beverages providers. The low participation is strongly suspected because the income derived from the tourism business is still unable to meet daily needs. Continuous coaching and increasing synergy between communities in tourism villages is an important thing to do to increase community participation in tourism development.
