Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and conclusions about the influence of the three independent variables (leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline) on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia. The method used by the Associative method. The sample used was 150 respondents. Data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows: There is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia. There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia. There is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership on employee performance, the effect of motivation on employee performance and leadership and motivation simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Global Quality Information. This research uses quantitative research with sampling using simple random sampling technique. Based on the analysis that has been done, there is a significant influence of leadership on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.127. There is a significant effect of motivation on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.682. There is a significant influence of leadership and motivation on performance with a contribution of 47.2%. This finding firmly confirms the fact that at work, it is very necessary to have a good leader who is able to bring positive changes to employees and the company. In addition, the existence of self-motivation or the desire to work with enthusiasm is a factor that also determines how productivity and performance increase.

Abstract

Performing means achieving the expected work results and the work process is in accordance with applicable procedures. The positive side of why performance needs to be strived for is because performance has an impact on organizational maturity in achieving its goals. Based on this background, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance at the PHD South Tangerang Branch, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and the sample in this study was 74 respondents. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial t test and simultaneous F test. The results of the study suggest that the environment and motivation are factors that have a positive influence on employee performance. Because these two factors can encourage the birth of work enthusiasm, which has implications for the implementation of good work and the achievement of satisfactory work results.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze leadership style in improving employee performance at PT. Sumbermulia Hasilguna Jakarta Branch. This research uses a qualitative method using SWOT analysis. This research was conducted at PT. Sumbermulia Hasilguna, South Jakarta. The data used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The leadership style used at PT Sumbermulia Hasilguna Jakarta is a democratic leadership style. It can be seen from several indicators that support this, namely that decision making is carried out through deliberation which involves other employees, and can accept suggestions and feelings from other employees so that they can make decisions more widely, are very responsible for their positions and there is no gap between leaders and employees. and the cooperation at PT Sumbermulia Hasilguna Jakarta branch is considered good and the impact of these results can be seen from the performance indicators, namely quality, quantity, use of time and cooperation, initiative from these four indicators, many employees complain about the lack of motivation for employees.
