Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Di SMP Negeri 17 Kota Tangerang Selatan. Populasi dan sampel penelitian yaitu guru-guru SMPN 17 yang berjumlah sebanyak 36 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan analisa data meliputi: uji instrumen (validitas dan reliabilitas), uji normalitas, regresi linier sederhana, uji koefisien determinasi, uji statistik t. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang paling dominan di sekolah adalah gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. Hasil uji t diperoleh bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dalam peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian dan professional. Dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja kompetensi sosial guru. Konstribusi gaya kepemimpinan terhadap setiap kompetensi sebesar 33,4% terhadap kompetensi pedagogik, 36,2 % terhadap kompetensi kepribadian, 33,4 terhadap kompetensi professional dan 13% terhadap kompetensi sosial.Luaran yang ditargetkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terpublikasi di jurnal ilmiah nasional ber-ISSN, serta memberikan konstribusinya terhadap ilmu pengetahuan yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan tenaga pendidik/dosen dalam meningkatkan prestasi peserta didik/mahasiswanya. Community service activities. Scientific Manuscript Writing Training Journal of Educational Research at SMP Negeri 17 Tangerang Selatan aims to help elementary/junior/junior high school teachers in South Tangerang City in writing scientific manuscripts that will be published in ISSN journals. The training method is carried out using the method of mentoring, discussion, workshops and technical guidance (bimtek) of writing scientific manuscripts in accordance with journal manuscript standards. The results of the training were obtained as many as 11 elementary school teacher manuscripts (73%) and 4 junior high school teacher manuscripts (27%) published in the INVESTIGATION journal of SMP Negeri 17 Tangerang Selatan Volume 2 Number 2 Month September 2021 - December 2022. Publishing teacher scientific manuscripts in the INVESTIGATION journal is certainly very important. assisting teachers in fulfilling their obligations to journalize their scientific texts, so that they are not constrained in promotion of class or position. The targeted output in this community service activity is the publication of the results of community service activities in national scientific journals with ISSN.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Mata Kuliah Kewirausahaan Terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Berwirausaha (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Semester 3 Universitas Pamulang). Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 43 responden. Metode Analisa data yang digunakan meliputi: uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji regresi linier, koefisien korelasi dan determinasi serta uji t (uji hipotesis). Hasil uji regresi diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 14,154 + 0,385X, hasil uji t diperoleh hasil bahwa mata kuliah kewirausahaan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa berwirausaha dengan nilai thitung (1,349) < ttabel (1,994) dan taraf signifikansi 0,182 > 0,05. Adapun besarnya kontribusi yang diberikan mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 16,1%. Kunci: Mata Kuliah Kewirausahaan: Minat Berwirausaha

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh capital adequacy ratio dan non performing loan terhadap return on equity pada PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk periode 2011-2019. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan berupa laporan keuangan PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk dari tahun 2011-2019. Analisis data yang digunakan meliputi: rasio keuangan dengan CAR, NPL, dan ROE, uji deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasl uji t (parsial) diperoleh capital adequacy ratio (CAR) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap return on equity (ROE), sedangkan non performing loan (NPL) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return on equity (ROE). Hasil uji F (simultan), capital adequacy ratio dan non performing loan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap return on equity dengan konstribusi sebesar 98,4%. Hal ini juga diperkuat dengan hasil nilai Fhitung (189,555) > Ftabel (4,74) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Pandemi Virus Corona (Covid-19) pada Return On Equity, Current Ratio dan Debt To Equity Ratio terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Price Earning Ratio/PER) sektor Telekomunikasi dengan Sampel 5 (lima) perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018-2021. Dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan data analisis statistic melalui perangkat Amos SPSS 26. Hasil uji t (Parsial) menunjukkan bahwa ROE berpengaruh terhadap PER, CR tidak berpengaruh terhadap PER dan DER tidak berpengaruh terhadap PER dan secara Simultan (uji F) diperoleh nilai Fhitung 5.16 > Ftabel 2.85 dengan signifikan 0,742 > 0,05 sehingga variabel ROE, CR dan DER secara simultan bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PER). Koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,608 yang berarti Return On Equity, Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio mempengaruhi Nilai Perusahaan (PER) dengan konstribusi sebesar 60,8%.

Community service activities Scientific Manuscript Writing Training Journal Investigation Volume 3 Number 1 March-June 2022 For Teachers throughout South Tangerang City aims to help elementary / junior high school / junior high school / high school / vocational school teachers in South Tangerang City in writing scientific manuscripts that will be published in journals with ISSN. The training method is carried out using the method of assistance, discussion, workshop and technical guidance (bimtek) of writing scientific manuscripts in accordance with journal manuscript standards. The training results were obtained as many as 8 elementary school teacher manuscripts (62%), 3 junior high school teacher manuscripts (23%), and 2 high school / vocational school teacher manuscripts (15%) published in the journal INVESTIGATION Volume 3 Number 1 March-June 2022. The publication of teachers' scientific manuscripts in the journal INVESTIGATIVE is certainly very helpful for teachers in fulfilling the obligation to journalize their scientific manuscripts, so that they are not constrained in increasing classes or positions.

Community service activities Training for Scientific Manuscript Writing of Investigative Journals Volume 3 Number 2 September-February 2023 for Teachers throughout South Tangerang City aims to assist elementary / junior high school / junior high school / high school / vocational school teachers in South Tangerang City in writing scientific manuscripts that will be published in ISSN journals. The training method is carried out using the method of assistance, discussion, workshops and technical guidance (bimtek) for writing scientific manuscripts in accordance with journal manuscript standards. The results of the training were obtained as many as 8 elementary school teacher manuscripts (57%), 4 junior high school teacher manuscripts (29%), 1 high school / vocational teacher manuscript (7%), and the P& K 1 manuscript (7%) published in the journal INVESTIGATION Volume 3 Number 2 September 2 September 2023. The publication of teacher scientific manuscripts in the journal INVESTIGATION is certainly very helpful for teachers in fulfilling the obligation to journal their scientific manuscripts, so that they are not constrained in class or position promotion.

The training results obtained as many as 8 elementary school teacher manuscripts (67%) and 4 junior high school teacher manuscripts (33%). The publication of teacher scientific manuscripts in the Journal Investigative Volume 4 Number 1 March 2023, is very helpful for teachers in improving the quality of scientific manuscript writing and is very helpful in raising groups.

This study aims to determine the development and marketing strategy of MSMEs in South Tangerang City during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and document analysis. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Data validity is obtained through the degree of trust, transferability, dependability, and certainty. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data exposure, and data conclusion and verification. The results of the study show that the number of MSMEs in South Tangerang City in 2022 will be 90,128. The marketing strategy carried out by MSMEs in South Tangerang City during the Covid-19 Pandemic was grouped into four aspects, namely product, price, promotion, and distribution/place. From the product aspect, in addition to offering new products, innovations are also made to existing products to make them more attractive to consumers. From the price aspect, many MSME managers make adjustments to prices. From the promotion aspect, in addition to giving discounts, promotions are carried out through word of mouth, MSME community networking, and online. From the aspect of distribution/place, the system for distributing and selling products is more limited, where MSME managers use more facilities through the online system.
