Abstract

Synthesis of Zn doped Barium M-Hexaferrite (BaFe12−xZnxO19) has been performed by coprecipitation method. The purified iron sand from Tulungagung is used as a precursor of Fe3O4. Synthesis of Zn doped Barium M-Hexaferrite with variations of x = 0.3, 0.5, and 0.7 has been calcined at temperatures of 1000Cfor 5 hours. Ion Zn2+ (with 0 x 0.7 wt %) does not change the crystal structure of Barium M-Hexaferrite (BaM), but give a slight displacement of the peak position of the diffraction pattern. SEMfigures showed that Zn doped Barium M-Hexaferrite have a hexagonal structure, similar to BaM structure. Doping of Zn has changed the magnetic properties of Barium M-Hexaferrit (BaM), from hard magnetic become soft magnetic. Barium M-Hexaferrit (BaM) has a value of Coercivity Field (Hc) and Remanence Magnetization (Mr) is 0.03734 T and 8.334 emu/g. At variation x = 0.3, the Remanence Magnetization (Mr) reaches the highest value. At this point, a value of Coercivity Field (Hc) and Remanence Magnetization (Mr) is 0.0506 T and 14.782 emu/gram respectively.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat intrinsik seperti personality motivation, self-efficacy dan career adaptability terhadap komitmen karir. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi Universitas Negeri Semarang Tahun Angkatan 2018. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi Mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi adalah 119 mahasiswa. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu proportional random sampling. Diperoleh sebanyak 80 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner google form secara online. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan alat IBM SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan personality motivation, self-efficacy dan career adaptability secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap dalam kategori cukup. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis penelitian ini, dari keempat hipotesis yang diajukan terdapat tiga hipotesis diterima dan satu hipotesis ditolak. Personality motivation dan career adaptability masing-masing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen karir profesi guru akuntansi pada mahasiswa pendidikan akuntansi. Sedangkan, self-efficacy tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen karir profesi guru akuntansi pada mahasiswa pendidikan akuntansi. Penelitian ini memiliki jangkauan wilayah penelitian yang kecil. Sehingga, Penelitian belum dapat secara maksimal mengukur komitmen karir Pendidikan di Universitas Negeri Semarang untuk setiap tahun angkatan yang ada.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce learning media products to develop the pedagogic competence of undergraduate accounting education students as prospective teachers. E-Modif (Flipbook-Based E-Modul) is a digital book that combines text, images, video, and audio for accounting lesson planning courses. The design of this study used the research design and development of the ADDIE model. The results of this study indicate that students not only find it easier to understand the concept of learning planning, but also can know E-Modif as a real example of 21st century learning media, so they can understand the material in a real context. E-Modif is an alternative choice of effective and attractive learning media, in accordance with 21st century learning, which can be applied in online learning. Students can access E-Modif through smartphones which makes it easier for them to study anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

Educators are continually faced with new challenges to keep up with rapid technological changes in order to help students prepare for their futures. The 21st-century learning involves students in the learning process that could develop their knowledge and skills in terms of Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) literacy. This study aimed to measure students’ ICT literacy of using Augmented Reality (AR) in the accounting learning process. The result of this study found that students could develop their ICT literacy through the application of Android-based AR technology. This study showed that the use of AR holds the potential to be innovative multimedia in 21st-century learning.

Abstract

Penyediaan pakan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan manajemen nutrisi bagi ternak merupakan salah satu komponen yang perlu diperhatikan dalam bidang peternakan. Dalam memenuhi komponen tersebut pada permasalahan mitra, kelompok ternak Bulusari Farm, dirancang suatu teknologi mesin cetak hidrolik untuk pembuatan pakan ternak dengan menyesuaikan ukuran/dimensi mulut kambing, lebar 150 mm. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu tahapan identifikasi masalah, perancangan dan pembuatan mesin, serta tahapan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan mesin yang telah dibuat. Kegiatan berlangsung pada bulan Februari hingga agustus dengan diikuti seluruh anggota kelompok Bulusari Farm yang berjumlah 20 orang, Tim dosen/pengabdian, serta peternak di desa sekitar. Prinsip hidrolik pada mesin difungsikan untuk memudahkan dan mengurangi tenaga pada saat proses penekanan. Inovasi ini memberikan respon positif dari seluruh peserta pelatihan baik dari mitra maupun peternak di desa sekitar.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe development of information and communication technology requires an educator to be able to understand and apply technology in the learning process in the classroom. This is done in order to face the industrial era 4.0 which can be interpreted as the digital era. Technology integration can be in the form of teaching materialsd development and technology based learning media. The training held aims to provide knowledge for educators in providing variations in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. This activity uses training method where the teacher is given material on the preparation of teaching materials and technology-based learning media and followed by direct practice. The training is explain about the importance of preparing teaching materials for teachers to enlighten students on the material delivered in the classroom and the practice of using the Ncsoft Flipbook Maker application. The training also presented how to use of the O-matic Screencast application, where the teacher makes recordings containing learning material which can later be stored in the form of videos with MP4 format. Hal ini dilakukan dalam rangka menghadapi era industri 4.0 yang dapat dimaknai sebagai era digital. Integrasi teknologi dapat berupa pengembangan bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Pelatihan yang diadakan bertujuan untuk memberikan bekal pengetahuan bagi tenaga pendidik dalam memberikan variasi dalam proses belajar mengajar di kelas. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pelatihan, dimana guru diberikan materi tentang penyusunan bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan dilanjutkan dengan praktik langsung. Pelatihan tersebut menjelaskan tentang pentingnya menyusun bahan ajar bagi guru untuk memberikan pencerahan bagi siswa terhadap materi yang disampaikan di dalam kelas serta praktik menggunakan aplikasi Ncsoft Flipbook Maker. Pada pelatihan ini disampaikan juga bagaimana menggunkan aplikasi Screencast O-matic, dimana guru membuat rekaman yang berisi materi pembelajaran yang nantinya dapat disimpan di dalam bentuk video dengan format MP4. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas fisik dan kimia keju mozzarella dengan penggunaan jenis rennet yang berbeda yaitu rennet nabati dan hewani. Keju yang dibuat dalam penelitian ini bersal dari bahan baku susu sapi yang difermentasi dengan menggunakan enzim rennet dan asam asetat. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 perlakuan yaitu rennet nabati (P1) dan rennet hewani (P2) dan 5 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan rennet nabati berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap hasil uji kualitas fisik dan kimia. Penggunaan rennet nabati pada proses pembuatan keju mozzarella menunjukkan hasil yang meningkat terhadap kualitas fisik meliputi pH, rendemen dan kemuluran serta kualitas kimia meliputi kadar protein dan kadar air dibandingkan dengan penggunaan rennet hewani.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) requires a teacher to be able to understand and apply technology in the learning process in the classroom as a form of increasing pedagogic competence. There are various forms of ICT that can be integrated in the process of improving pedagogic abilities. This is done to face the digital era. By understanding the integration of ICT, it can be in the form of developing ICT-based learning media to improve the pedadoic competence of teachers. This training aims to assist teachers in developing ICT-based learning media so that they can also increase pedagogic competence. The method of community service activities is training at SMK Negeri 1 Rejotangan, where teachers are given material about ICT-based learning media and continued with direct practice. The training explained the importance of developing ICT-based learning media to teachers to provide enlightenment for students on the material presented in class and the practice of using applications that support the creation of learning media. From this training, teachers became very interested in ICT-based media as a medium for their learning. It is hoped that further training can use more diverse applications for ICT-based learning media training.

Abstract

Extraction and study of the optical properties of natural dyes from several plant parts such as leaves, flowers, tubers, and fruits have been carried out using a simple maceration method and UV-Vis absorption characterization. The samples were divided into several groups in this study, namely the flower group (Tagetes sp., Paeonia sp., Centaure sp., Chrysanthemum sp., Carthamus tinctorius, Gomphrena globosa, Myosotis sylvatica, Lavandula sp., Clitoria ternatea, Matricaria chamomilla, Hibiscus sabdariffa, and Rosa sp.); the leaf group (Mangifera indica, Moringa oleifera, Graptophyllum pictum, Spinacia oleracea, Citrus hystrix, and Terminalia sp.); and the tuber and fruit group (Solanum lycopersicum, Cucurbita moschata, Garcinia mangostana, Curcuma longa, Beta vulgaris, and Caessapina sp.).  The extract of natural dyes was successfully produced using a low-cost and simple extraction approach via dehydration, immersion for 2×24 hours in ethanol, and followed by filtration. The optical properties of the dyes in UV and visible light range were observed using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer in the wavelength of 400-700 nm. The absorption behaviour showed dominant peaks at different wavelengths for each group. Potentially, to do a combination of dyes (co-sensitization: using more than a dye with different absorption spectra to achieve a panchromatic response) to widen the wavelength absorption for dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) applications.

Abstract

The problem faced by Vocational High Schools Accounting teachers in Tulungagung Regency is that the concept of higher order thinking skills has not been implemented optimally in compiling accounting questions. The purpose of holding this community service is to increase understanding of by Vocational High Schools Accounting teachers in compiling accounting questions based on higher order thinking skills. The method of community service activities is in the form of training for members of the Vocational High Schools Accounting Teachers Organization in Tulungagung Regency. This activity consists of the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the monitoring and evaluation stage. The results of the evaluation of this activity showed that vocational Accounting teachers in Tulungagung Regency had a better understanding of the concept of higher order thinking skills and their application in compiling accounting questions.
