Abstract

This study will look further at how the effects or effects of career development and motivation on employee performance at the Dompet Dhuafa Free Health Institution (LKC). The problem that underlies why this research is conducted is because of employee dissatisfaction with the management of LKC Dompet Dhuafa related to the opportunity to get a job promotion so that it causes deviations in employee behaviour at his workplace. The method used in this research uses multiple linear analysis techniques. This multiple linear analysis is used to see or measure the extent of the influence of independent variables consisting of; career development and motivation, on the dependent variable represented by employee performance. In conducting its analysis, this study also uses SPSS 16.0 software with a total of 54 employees from the Dompet Dhuafa Free Health Institution (LKC). The results of this study indicate that career development has a significant influence on employee performance; this is indicated by the efficiency variable where career development has a positive influence of 0.383 and sig. 0,000 <0,10. Likewise important motivation for employee performance, this is indicated by efficiency variables where motivation has a positive effect of 0.212 and sig. 0.011 <0.10. This study also shows that the relationship between career development and motivation has a simultaneously significant influence on employee performance, based on the results of the test of determination of 0.573 or 57.3%, while other factors influence the remaining 42.7%. This also shows the results of the f test with the efficiency of career development and the motivation variable has a positive effect of 36,611 and a sig value of 0,000 <0,10.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa apakah manajemen sumber daya manusia di bank Islam mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan kontrak. Studi ini akan menginvestigasi dampak rekrutmen, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan kontrak di Bank Islam di Jakarta, secara simultan dan parsial. Respon berasal dari 74 responden, dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji deskriptif, kualitas data, dan regresi berganda dengan hasil menunjukkan variable rekrutmen, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan maupun parsial pada kinerja karyawan kontrak Bank Islam di Jakarta sebesar 66%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja guru. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari lapangan dan data pustaka. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 123 orang guru SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Kalideres. Dengan menggunakan metode sampel simple random sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional secara parsial maupun simultan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Kalideres.

Abstract

This research examines financial performance influence toward market performance with ERM Implementation as moderator variable. This research hypothesis that financial performance has positif significant influences toward market performance, the influence of financial performance toward market performance company with ERM is higher than company nonERM and market performance company with ERM is higher than company nonERM. The results of the study do not support the hyphotesis. Examined result shows that statiscally market performance is not influenced by financial performance achievement, although not significant financial performance influences over company with ERM has show higher positif relation than company nonERM toward market performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee engagement and self-efficacy on employee performance. The method used a survey questionnaire and used multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25, the sampling method used was the census method. The results of this study indicate the influence of employee engagement and self-efficacy has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Global heaterindo engineering. It can be said that the regression model used is good because almost all the variables used are able to explain the variation in the dependent variable used.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the influence of spiritual capital, motivation, organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction with Yayasan Sahabat Yatim Indonesia as its research object. Quantitative testing was used in this study, while the sample used was 82 respondents who were employees of the Yayasan Sahabat Yatim Indonesia. The sampling form used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression is used in analyzing the data. The results of multiple linear regression give the following results: 1. Spiritual Capital has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, 2. Motivation has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, 3. Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, 4. Organizational Commitment has a positive effect significantly on Job Satisfaction, and 5. Spiritual Capital, Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Commitment together have a simultaneous effect on Job Satisfaction of Indonesian Yatim Friends Foundation employees.
