Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of financial literacy level, to determine whether financial behavior variables influence financial literacy to determine whether financial management variables influence financial literacy and to find out whether Behavior variables and financial management have a simultaneous influence on hamzanwadi university student financial literacy rates. The methodology used in this study is the Research Descriptive Survey and Explanatory Survey. The subject of this study was students of Hamzanwadi University. Analytical techniques used with descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression with t-test. The results showed that the level of student financial literacy is at a low level, namely the results of the descriptive statistics average of 36.93 or the value is in the low category because the value is less than 60. The results showed that financial behavior variables did not affect financial literacy, variables financial management has an effect on financial literacy and behavioral and financial management variables have a simultant effect on student financial literacy. The importance of the results of this study as a form of recommendation that to improve financial literacy among students, it is time to encourage socialization of personal finance education programs into the academic as part of the education system at the University to increase the level of student financial literacy.

Abstract

The pandemic Covid-19 has been changing tourist behavior to visit a tourism destination. This study aims to investigate tourist’ visit intention after Covid-19 pandemic period in Indonesia by addressing the Covid-19 phenomenon, health consciousness and theory planned behavior framework. To answer hypotheses in this study, Confirmatory Factor Analysis-Structure Equation Model is used with quantitative approach. The research model is examined by SEM-PLS, using SmartPLS-3 software to analyze research framework. The results show that Covid-19 perception had not significantly impacted attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and intention. However, the perception of Covid-19 has a significant impact on non-pharmaceutical intervention, which in turn delivers a significant impact on attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control and visit intention. The hypothesis presumes that attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control all have significant impact on intention to visit. In contrast, variable of health consciousness works less impact on intention to visit. This study makes significant contribution to the tourism literature by considering health issue and tourist visit behavior after Covid-19 period in Indonesia. Doi: 10.28991/esj-2021-SPER-15 Full Text: PDF

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of direct pedagogical, personal, professional and social economics teachers to the learning outcomes of students in high schools in East Lombok district in the academic year 2015/2016. 2) To determine the effect of indirect pedagogical, personality and social skills through professional competence of teachers on student learning outcomes SMA economy in East Lombok district in the academic year 2015/2016. This study is a descriptive survey denganjenis. This study uses a study population with the number 32 economics teachers in high schools in East Lombok. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires and documentation, and then analyzed using path analysis (path analysis) using SPSS Vesi 19 Results showed that the pedagogical competence of teachers direct positive effect on learning outcomes economy by 18.7%, personal competence directly influence the results of the economic study was 26%, the professional competence of teachers directly influence student learning outcomes by 30.8%, social competence of teachers direct effect on student learning outcomes by 28.8%, pedagogical competence indirect effect on student learning outcomes through professional competence of 0.074, personal competence indirect effect on student learning outcomes through professional competence of 0.082, and social competence indirect effect on results student learning through professional competence of 0.158.
