Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat judul Analisis Pengaruh Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Multi Indo Artha Balung-Jember. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di Kantor Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Multi Indo Artha Balung-Jember yang berjumlah 30 orang, maka populasi dalam penelitian ini bertindak pula sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian populasi (sensus). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya Kerja (X) berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Multi Indo Artha Balung-Jember. Kepuasan Kerja (Z) berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Multi Indo Artha Balung-Jember. Budaya Kerja (X) secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Multi Indo Artha Balung-Jember melalui Kepuasan Kerja (Z).

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengangkat judul Analisis Pengaruh Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Pada  Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Multi Indo Artha Balung-Jember. The population of this research is all employees in the Savings and Loans Cooperative Multi-Indo Artha Balung Jember totaling 30 people, the population in this study acts as well as a sample. This study uses the study population (census). Research shows that the culture of Job (X) directly influence employee performance (Y) Credit Unions Multi-Indo Artha Balung Jember. Job Satisfaction (Z) directly influence employee performance (Y) Credit Unions Multi-Indo Artha Balung Jember. Work Culture (X) is an indirect effect on employee performance (Y) Credit Unions Multi-Indo Artha Balung Jember through Job Satisfaction (Z).Keywords: work culture, performance, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the extent to which the effect of the fingerprint attendance work system, work environment, and work motivation to work discipline. The hypothesis in this study is the fingerprint attendance work system, work environment, and work motivation partially influence work discipline. The object of this research is the employees of the Muhammadiyah University Jember which has a total population of 240 people using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. The analysis used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, autocorrelation test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the work attendance system was not significant for work discipline, work environment, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on work discipline.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi, persepsi harga dan keunggulan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian baja ringan Loyal Truss Rogojampi Banyuwangi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang pernah membeli baja ringan di Loyal Truss Rogojampi Banyuwnagi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, untuk sampel yang diolah menjadi data sebanyak 60 responden dan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel persepsi harga dan keunggulan produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan lokasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Indonesia gets a very large quota for Umrah pilgrims, making a lot of Umrah travel mushrooming and having intense competition in creating satisfaction for the pilgrims. The case of ignored pilgrims makes some people worry about choosing travel and having low trust in them. This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims of Arminareka Perdana Jember with a quantitative approach. Samples were taken of 238 respondents with a simple random sampling approach. Research data was obtained by distributing digital and printed questionnaires to pilgrims who had completed Umrah. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis technique. The results of the analysis show that there is a strong relationship between several research variables on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims, which are price perception, service quality and trust. Improvements in price perceptions, service quality and trust led to an increase in the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims.
