Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti peran moderasi pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)  dan mekanisme good corporate governance (GCG) pada pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari 87 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar dalam Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) selama periode 2010 sampai dengan 2015. Data  panel diolah dengan menggunakan Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pengungkapan CSR mampu memoderasi hubungan antara kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan, namun kepemilikan manajerial sebagai mekanisme GCG tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara kinerja terhadap nilai perusahaan. CSR dapat membangun citra positif perusahaan dimata investor maupun masyarakat, karena dengan mengungkapkan informasi sosialnya akan menarik investor dan berdampak pada meningkatnya nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The step of accelerating and expanding economic development is one of the government's steps in connecting between the interests of the center and the regions that must synergize and aspire to be stated in the 1945 Constitution. Policies in the area of developing regional governance or relating to national level RTRW and supervision. Regarding the problems that occur from the regional level to the central level or more familiarly the urban level is a crucial problem that is difficult to solve with a very short time.Keywords: Development, Policy and Spatial Planning

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Oppo smartphones, empirical studies; Pesona Square Mall Depok, Depok Town Square, Margo City Depok, ITC Depok and Depok Mall. The number of respondents who were sampled was 100 people, with the sample criteria; (i). Oppo smartphone users, and (ii). ever been to Pesona Square Depok Mall, Depok Town Square, Margo City Depok, ITC Depok or Depok Mall. Sampling using nonprobability sampling technique. The method uses purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique with certain considerations, so the samples selected are people who meet the criteria mentioned above. By using the Roa Purba formula, the methods used in it include; Analysis of the validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination (SPSS Version 22). The result is that Product Quality (X1) does not have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y), meaning that the quality of Oppo smartphone products is not a determining factor in purchasing decisions. While the price variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y), meaning that the higher the price of the Oppo smartphone, the more it will increase the purchasing decision. Abstract

This study analyzes the Effect of the Human Development Index on the Unemployment Rate in DKI Jakarta. The problems in this research are (i) How is the development of the unemployment rate in DKI Jakarta; (ii) How is the development of the Human Development Index (HDI) in DKI Jakarta; (iii) How does the Human Development Index (HDI) affect the unemployment rate in DKI Jakarta. This research was conducted in three stages. The first stage is the preparatory stage of the research, including identifying problems and inventory data. The second stage is the stage of how to analyze the data obtained, and the third stage is the stage of testing the hypothesis and drawing conclusions. From this research, it can be seen that the correlation between improving the quality of human resources and reducing the unemployment rate in Jakarta

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship and influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable, namely investment on economic growth from 2012 to 2016. The data used in this study are data from BPS (Statistics Indonesia). In this study using simple linear regression analysis. The result is that investment is positively related to economic growth. This shows that investment is an important factor in driving economic growth in Jepara Regency

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in the Jakarta MRT transportation service business. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling of 100 people who have used or routinely used the MRT as a research sample. The data analysis method used is a quantitative analysis of the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, linear regression analysis, t test and F test and the coefficient of determination. Based on data analysis, the results of the study indicate that the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test that the data is normally distributed, there is no heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. The results obtained from SPSS data processing, it can be concluded that Service Quality has a positive influence on the MRT Jakarta Customer Satisfaction. These results show empirical evidence that the better the quality of service, the MRT customer satisfaction will increase.

Abstract

The concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is now not only developing conventional economics, but also in the Islamic economy. The concept of CSR in Islam is Islamic Social Reporting, which is a special framework for reporting social responsibility in accordance with Islamic principles. The framework is not only useful for Muslim decision makers, but also useful for helping Islamic companies in fulfilling obligations towards Allah SWT and society. This writing method used literature review through various literature with the aim of informing the reader (informative research) about the themes in social responsibility disclosure in sharia-based companies.

Abstract

Development is a very important activity in efforts to increase economic growth for Indonesia. Thus, the economic policies taken by the Government must be able to encourage, be sustainable and interrelated between one economic sector with the other sectors in order to achieve the expected goals. The regional autonomy policy is expected to be able to reduce this for the sake of shared prosperity, between the center and the respective regions. This study examines that the determination of the RTRW (Spatial and Regional Plan) is a matter that must be mutually agreed upon in order to formulate national economic development.
