Abstract

Publikasi di jurnal ternama saat ini membutuhkan software pengelolaan referensi, namun masih banyak dosen yang mengalami kesulitan dalam penggunaannya. Hal yang sama juga dirasakan siswa dalam mempersiapkan tugas akhir; siswa masih mengalami kesulitan dalam membuat kutipan dan daftar referensi. Hal tersebut dinilai kurang efektif, sehingga membutuhkan software pengelolaan referensi, seperti Mendeley. Pelatihan ini diusulkan berdasarkan kendala-kendala yang dialami dosen dan mahasiswa dalam pembuatan daftar referensi dan penulisan sitasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah ceramah, praktik, dan tanya jawab. Survei dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Dari rangkaian kegiatan yang dilaksanakan, hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas peserta, dimana seluruh peserta sudah mampu membuat kutipan dan daftar pustaka. Tanggapannya positif; peserta berkomitmen untuk segera mendapatkan ilmu baru dalam artikel ilmiah atau tugas akhir mereka. Hasil dari pelatihan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas peningkatan kegiatan di lingkungan perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

The rapid growth of accounting literature in the digital age is a challenge in studying accounting literature. Mastery of scientific literature is an ability that every student wants to have. Responding to the rapid development of accounting literacy, optimizing the use of reference management software should become a habit for students to answer the challenges of the rapid growth of the accounting literature. This article describes a combination method of utilizing a reference management program Mendeley into student lecture courses to help students master the rapidly evolving accounting literature using digital resources. The use of Mendeley software also helps students form annotation skills in compiling citation entries that are comprehensive and effective

Abstract

Community Service Activity itself aims to provide insight and knowledge about financial planning, as follows; a. Investment Understanding; b. Personal financial planning; c. MSME financial planning. The targets in this Community Service Program are residents of Cijantung Village, East Jakarta, especially Millennials. In addition, with this program, it is hoped that a more intensive friendship will be established between millennials in the Cijantung village and the Faculty of Economics and Business, YARSI University. In carrying out this community service program, the stages of the planned activities are; first, make an approach with the Karang Taruna Cijantung Village. Second, Implementation of training activities. Third, the final stage of this activity is evaluation and reflection on the success of the activities carried out. Based on the evaluation results, in general, millennials in Cijantung have been able to have good financial behavior. It can be seen that the understanding of millennials has increased after the training was carried out. From this activity, it is hoped that there will be an increase in the understanding of millennials in Cijantung Village regarding financial planning and ways to invest profitably

Abstract

Pelatihan Pembuatan, Dan Produksi Masker Kain 3 Lapis Bagi Ibu Rumah Tangga merupakan program yang digagas oleh Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas YARSI dalam rangka mengimplementasikan salah satu fungsi Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM). Program tersebut merupakan program tentang bagaimana menciptakan masyarakat sehat dan tangguh melawan covid 19, dalam rangka membantu ibu – ibu rumah tangga, remaja putri dan kader masyarakat di kelurahan johar baru untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai bagaimana membuat dan memproduksi masker kain, dalam rangka meningkatkan kesehatan keluarga. Program ini berangkat dari masih tingginya ancaman covid 19 dan kurangnya kemampuan ibu – ibu rumah tangga, remaja putri, dan kader masyarakat untuk bisa melindungi diri dan keluarga melawan ancaman covid 19, dengan pemanfaatan kemampuan yang telah dimiliki (menjahit limbah kain dalam kehidupan sehari –hari, sehingga bisa meningkatkan produktivitas melalui kesehatan keluarga. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan memberikan Pelatihan Pembuatan masker kain (3 lapis). Program tersebut akan dilaksanakan secara konsisten sehingga dapat dimaksimalkan pembuatan dan pemanfaatan masker kain dari ibu – ibu rumah tangga, remaja putri serta kader PKK sehingga yang mereka lakukan bisa membantu menjaga kesehatan dan produktivitas keluarga dan masyarakat di lingkungan tempat tinggal mereka dalam menghadapi covid 19.

Abstract

Komoditas batu bara di Indonesia memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung ketahanan energi sekaligus menopang perekonomian negara, terutama pendapatan devisa dan ekspor sehingga pertambangan menjadi daya tarik tersendiri dalam dunia bisnis. Harga saham pertambangan yang cenderung mengalami fluktuasi dikalangan pembisnis menjadi issue yang mesti diperhatikan, oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor internal dari harga saham pada Industri pertambangan sub sektor Batu Bara dengan periode pengamatan 2016 sampai dengan 2020. Faktor Internal yang digunakan Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hanya variabel Profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return On Assets (ROA) yang berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

The purpose of this program is Community Service (PKM) which is a socialization program on how to create an entrepreneurial spirit to help housewives, young women, and the community increase their understanding of how to make, produce, and market patchwork waste decorations. in order to improve the family economy, is to carry out one of the functions of the Tridharma of Higher Education. Workshops and technical instructions in the manufacture of patchwork decorations are the methods used. 80% of the partners who attended were able to make decorative products from patchwork waste, according to the results of the pre and post tests that had been carried out. So with this training, it is hoped that housewives and young women in RW 03 Johar Baru Village will gain more knowledge about making simple businesses and being able to choose and sort patchwork materials and prepare tools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the influence of good corporate governance on disclosure of internet financial reporting (IFR). Good corporate governance in this study is proxied by the ownership structure (managerial ownership and public ownership), the characteristics of the board of commissioners (number of members of the board of commissioners and number of board meetings), and characteristics of the audit committee (number of members of the audit committee and number of audit committee meetings). The population in this study were all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the purposive sampling method, the number of samples in this study were 392 companies. Testing the research hypothesis using multiple regression analysis. The test results show that the  managerial ownership have a positive effect on disclosure of internet financial reporting. Meanwhile, the public ownership, the number of members of the board of commissioners, the number of board meetings, the number of members of the audit committee, and the number of audit committee meetings do not affect the disclosure of internet financial reporting.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of regional own-source revenue and general allocation funds on local government financial performance with personnel expenditure as an intervening variable in district and city governments in Bangka Belitung province. The sample was determined using saturated sampling, with a total of 6 districts and 1 city so that the total observations of this study were 35 observations. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and Sobel test. Testing the hypothesis used the t test with the Eviews Software test tool version 12. The conclusion in this research is partially, local revenue has a significant negative effect on personnel spending. While general allocation funds have no effect on personnel spending. Furthermore, partially local revenue has a significant negative effect on local government financial performance. Partially, general allocation funds have a significant negative effect on local government financial performance and partially personnel spending has a significant positive effect on local government financial performance. Regional original income has a significant negative effect on local government financial performance through personnel spending. General allocation funds have no effect on local government financial performance through personnel spending.

Abstract

The level of compliance in making tax payments is still low in Indonesia. However, the tax potential that can be generated by MSMEs needs to be a concern. Because the tax contribution of MSMEs is still low. Many MSME actors do not yet have an understanding and knowledge of tax obligations. This community service activity aims to socialize and provide tax training regarding MSME tax obligations and the practice of filling out MSME individual tax returns. Based on the objectives that have been set, training is carried out in February and March online. The training participants were MSMEs under the guidance of the Kawis Foundation. The results of the training have been able to provide knowledge about tax obligations and how to fill out and report tax returns. In addition, this training also encourages participants to obey and comply with applicable tax provisions in Indonesia
