Abstract

Provision of credit facilities have a level of risk that the possibility of credit can not be billed, then it is necessary the correct credit analysis by employee cooperatives. Referred to as problem loans because the debtor has a delay in returning the credit. Bad credit should be quickly resolved to avoid greater losses. The purpose of this study is to find out how the analysis of bad loans using the method 5c on the cooperative savings and loan "RIAS" P1 Mardiharjo. The method used in this research is observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis method used is qualitative method is a non-statistical analysis that helps in research. During 2011 up to 2015, the percentage of nonperforming loans in the "dressing and lending cooperatives" is 0.65% and 2.27%. When compared to the percentage of the maximum limit of bad loans determined by Bank Indonesia of 5%, then the performance of savings and loan cooperatives "2011-2015" is said to be good. The cause of credit in the cooperative savings and loan "riass" of which from the debtor who is likely due to his business less smooth, stuck, even bankrupt, due to the character of the debtor is less good, and or because of the lost guarantee that causes the debtor does not pay. From internal cooperatives due to human error, fictitious credit, and / or misalignment of credit analysis. From other parties due to natural disasters or can also be due to technological developments.

Abstract

The aims of this study was to know narrative text development among non English University students at Lubuklinggau. This study focused on writing narrative text by using generic structure and grammatical feature. This research was conducted at the first semester students of accounting Bina Insan University Lubuklinggau. Based on the data analysis from the test which was given to the students, can be concluded that. The students correct answer in grammatical feature was 46,33%, in orientation was 74%, in evaluation was 53,16%, in complication was 56,83% and in resolution was 58,83%. It means that the students ability in writing narrative text reviewed from generic structure and grammatical feature is still low. The result of the students test is also can be seen from the students score skill level, there are 16 students in low level and 14 students in medium level. And  the average of students score was 57.7. From the result of the test above, the researcher concluded that the students development in writing narrative text is still low, they are still confuse about the rule in writing narrative text, such as about grammatical feature and Generic Structure. therefore teachers have to find  creative techniques and good methods in teaching narrative text, in order to students will be more interested and understend when teaching and learning process occurs. Keywords: Writing, Narrative Text, Generic Structure, Grammatical Feature

Abstract

Memasuki era digital pada masa new normal saat ini, Bahasa Inggris merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat mendasar dan penting. Selain itu, Bahasa Inggris juga sangat berpengaruh bagi kemajuan sebuah pendidikan, terbukti dalam perkembangan sistem pendidikan saat ini Bahasa Inggris telah dimasukan sebagai salah satu mata pelajaran yang diujikan dalam Ujian Nasional. Dalam menghadapi Ujian Nasional, siswa kelas IX SMP 1 Muhammadiyah Lubuklinggau masih banyak yang mengalami kesulitan untuk menjawab soal Bahasa Inggris. Salah satu faktor penyebab dari permasalahan siswa tersebut adalah kurangnya latihan yang efektif dalam menjawab soal Bahasa Inggris dengan menerapkan strategi-strategi menjawab soal serta belum memiliki kepandaian untuk memprediksi soal yang akan muncul pada saat Ujian Nasional. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah upaya pengabdian kepada masyarakat guna membekali siswa untuk menjawab soal Bahasa Inggris dengan mudah pada saat menghadapi Ujian Nasional sehingga siswa terlatih untuk menggunakan strategi atau cara efektif dalam mengidentifikasi untuk memilih jawaban yang tepat dengan waktu yang cepat. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil pemberian soal pre-test diketahui bahwa nilai terendah adalah 50,00 dan nilai tertinggi adalah 70, 00 dan hasil pemberian soal post-test diketahui bahwa nilai terendah adalah 70,00 dan nilai tertinggi adalah 90,00. Dengan demikian, dari hasil soal pre-test dan post-test tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kenaikan peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam menjawab soal Bahasa Inggris.
