Abstract

ABSTRAK Program Sadar Wisata telah diluncurkan sejak tahun 2003, hingga kini belum menampakan perubahan dan hasil yang signifikan sesuai yang diharapkan, oleh masyarkat maupun pemerintah. Khususnya bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung ke destinasi,  Hal ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan index daya saing pariwisata dan perjalanan, Indonesia berada pada peringkat ke 70 dari 140 negara. Suatu peringkat yang masih rendah bila dibandingkan dengan Singapur, Malaysia, Thailand, meskipun Indonesia memiliki   kekayaan alam dan budaya yang indah mempesonakan.  meskipun sudah banyak program dan kampanye yang dilakukan seperti bebas visa kunjungan ke Indonesia dan  visit year Indonesia. Peringkat ke 70 yang didapat oleh Indonesia karena masih adanya beberpa hal yang masih kurang  seperti   kebesihan, keamanan dan keselamatan serta pelayanan,Menyadari hal tersebut penelitian ini difokuskan untuk menemukenalkan dan mengimplemtasikan kata-kata bijak kearifan lokal Sunda dalam membangun karakter sadar Wisata pada masyarakat  di destinasi. Peneltian ini menggunakan metoda penelitian  kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan multidisiplin, alasannya penelitian ini dilakukan secara alamiah dengan menggunakan berbagai metoda, teori, teknik dan instrument. Tujuannya adalah untuk mendapatkan data yang  faktual di lapangan, sehingga menghasilkan penelitian yang akurat dan valid. Hasil penelitian ini secara khusus   dapat menjadi acuan untuk daerah destinasi di Jawa Barat  dalam membangun karakter sadar wisata masyarakat di destinasi melalui kerarifaan lokal Sunda, dan pada umumnya untuk destnasi diwilayah Indonesia.Kata kunci: Sadar Wisata, Membangun karakter dan kearifan lokal Sunda ABSTRACTSadar Wisata Program has been launched since 2003, but isn’t show changes and significant results as expected, by the community or the Government. Especially for tourists who travel to the destinations, it can be seen the competitiveness index based on tourism and travel, Indonesia ranks 70th out of 140 countries. A rating is still low when compared with Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, although Indonesia has a wealth of beautiful natural and cultural glamour. Although there have been many programs and campaign done like visa-free visits to Indonesia and visit Indonesia year. 70th rank obtained by Indonesia because while some things still are lacking such as clean, as well as the security and safety service, Aware of this research is focused on finding and implementation of local wisdom in building a character aware of Tourism on communities in the destinations. Research used descriptive qualitative research methods with a multidisciplinary approach to research, the reason this is done naturally by using a variety of methods, theories, techniques and instruments. The goal is to get factual data in the field, thus producing an accurate and valid research. The results of this study in particular can be a reference to regional destinations in West Java in building character aware tourist communities in the destinations through the local wisdom of sundanese, and in General for the destnation in Indonesia.Keywords: Conscious tourism, building character and local wisdom of Sunda

Abstract

Production of PT. Dahana in 2011-2016 continues to increase, 3 main sectors such as services, Drilling & Blasting, Explosive Manufacturig continue to increase. In order to maintain its existence in the service industry and manufacturing explosives, PT. Dahana continues to make improvements on all lines of the company by applying Total Quality Management / integrated quality management. The implementation of quality management emphasizes the needs of service users both at home and abroad. The quality improvements applied to Total Quality Management focus on improving the quality of output, and reducing production costs but productivity and quality are increasing. Based on it is interesting to see the implementation of integrated management system that has been run by the management of PT. Dahana Subang in an effort to maintain its existence increase production in the range of 2011-2016. The method used in this research is qualitative. And the results obtained that the principles of integrated quality management is running well, in addition to the renewal of management system is done with the design of SIMADA (Quality Management System Dahana) for the quality of service and Manufacturing is maintained quality.
