Abstract

AbstrakPT. Lippo Karawaci, Tbk. bergerak diberbagai bidang, salah satunya bidang property. Proses peminjaman dan pengembalian dokumen customer masih bersifat manual, tingginya intensitas peminjaman dokumen customer, serta terdapat peminjam yang tidak bersedia menandatangani log book peminjam menyebabkan resiko kehilangan dokumen juga lebih tinggi, selain itu data peminjaman hanya ditulis dalam satu buku sehingga memungkinkan data peminjaman tidak tercatat, terjadinya kerusakan berkas, serta pencarian dokumen sangat sulit. Untuk itu, diperlukan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web  yang dapat membantu mengatur proses mulai dari  peminjaman sampai dengan pengembalian dokumen customer. Perancangan sitem aplikasi berbasis web ini menggunakan prototype model dan Unified Modeling Language dengan pengujian menggunakan Blackbox Testing, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, studi pustaka serta wawancara, serta menggunakan SWOT sebagai metode analisa. Dengan  sistem aplikasi berbasis web  ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi dalam proses peminjaman dan pengembalian dokumen customer.Kata Kunci: sistem aplikasi, peminjaman dokumen, web AbstractPT. Customer document borrowing and returning is still manual, the high intensity of borrowing customer documents and there are borrowers who do not want to sign the borrower's log book causes the risk of losing documents too, other than that the borrowing data is only written in one book so that the borrower's data is not recorded, damage, and document search is very difficult, For this reason, a application system is needed that can help regulate the process from borrowing to returning documents. Aplication System design uses prototype models and Unified Modeling Language by testing using Blackbox Testing, data collection techniques using observation, literature study and interview and using SWOT as an analytical method. Abstract

Congestion in Tangerang has become a daily sight. Many steps have been taken by the government to overcome congestion. However, congestion still happens. Therefore road users must find their own way to solve the problem. One effective way is to find the shortest alternative route that can be traversed by using Dijkstra Algorithm. The use of Dijkstra's Algorithm can provide a solution because Dijkstra's algorithm gives the output of the fastest and shortest path from the origin to the destination.
