Abstract

Child Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) is one of the communities established by the DKI Jakarta government in order to build a communication platform. RPTRA is managed by a group of individuals who have good intentions in managing it. Not only that, managers are sometimes faced with other tasks, which also require the role of all management members. As in other groups, group dynamics occur within them. For example, in the form of things throwing work responsibilities, reporting to each other, resulting in the process of working together being hampered and making the work process not smooth. The implementation of the webinar activity is carried out with the asynchronous method, in the sense that the participants and the team do not conduct the seminar on a live broadcast. But by communicating in WhatsApp groups, questions and evaluations using the g-form, delivering material through YouTube media. Through outreach activities which lasted for approximately five hours and carried out asynchronously, the counseling provided benefits for the participants.   Keywords: Malaka Sari Village, RPTRA manager, Team Work   Abstrak   Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (RPTRA) merupakan salah satu komunitas yang didirikan pemerintah DKI Jakarta guna untuk membangun wadah berkomunikasi. RPTRA dikelola oleh sekelompok individu yang berniat baik dalam melakukan pengelolaannya. Tidak hanya itu, pengelola terkadang dihadapkan dengan tugas-tugas lainnya, yang juga membutuhkan peran dari seluruh anggota pengelola. Seperti pada kelompok lainnya, dinamika kelompok terjadi didalamnya. Misalnya yaitu berupa hal-hal melempar tanggung jawab kerja, saling melapor satu dengan lainnya, sehingga mengakibatkan proses kerja bersama menjadi terhambat dan membuat proses kerja menjadi tidak lancar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan webinar dilakukan dengan metode asinkroni, dalam artian bahwa peserta dan tim tidak melakukan seminar secara siaran live. Melainkan dengan berkomunikasi di dalam WhatsApp group, pertanyaan dan evaluasi menggunakan g-form, penyampaian materi melalui media youtube. Melalui kegiatan penyuluhan yang berlangsung kurang lebih selama lima jam dan dilakukan secara asinkroni penyuluhan memberikan manfaat bagi peserta.   Kata kunci: Kelurahan Malaka Sari, Pengelola RPTRA, Kerjasama

Abstract

Relationship satisfaction is an interpersonal evaluation and the main assessment in a relationship by involving thoughts and feelings, where in this study the feeling in question is satisfaction. Individuals who feel relationship satisfaction will have better mental and physical health and have the readiness to change bad behavior for the better. Relationship satisfaction can be influenced by the quality of communication. As technology develops and the COVID-19 pandemic changes the quality of communication changes, giving rise to phubbing behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine whether phubbing behavior was able to predict relationship satisfaction in dating students at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. The research method used is quantitative-causality with convenience sampling technique. The results showed that phubbing behavior was able to predict relationship satisfaction significantly because p = 0.000 or p <0.05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, which means that phubbing behavior is able to predict relationship satisfaction in students who are dating at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. The next research is expected to be able to examine other factors and increase the literature so that the research becomes better.

Abstract

Police officers from the Mass Control Unit (DALMAS) are a police unit with the task of providing security against demonstrations. The chaotic conditions of the demonstration became a reality that they had to face while on duty. The rioting of the demonstrators not only poses a big risk, but in the rioting there are also efforts that can provoke DALMAS members to become emotional and aggressive, in other words provoked. The provoked variable is a very interesting study, but from the many results of research on aggressive behavior, a measurement scale that can be used to obtain quantitative data has not been found. This study tries to compile constructs and items to be able to measure the state of being provoked. The measurement construct was compiled and tested for conformity by involving 5 assessor panelists, and then 35 members of DALMAS were involved to conduct trials to determine the reliability of the items. The result managed to get a number of items that can be used to measure the state of being provoked, the measurement bits show a fairly accurate reliability. Although the existing items are able to measure variables, these results have not involved a large number of respondents.   Keywords: Instrument, Provoked Scale, Research   Abstrak   Petugas polisi satuan Pengendali Masa (DALMAS) merupakan satuan kepolisian dengan tugas melakukan pengamanan terhadap aksi demonstrasi. Kondisi unjuk rasa yang rusuh menjadi kenyataan yang harus dihadapi mereka saat bertugas. Aksi rusuh dari demonstran tidak hanya memunculkan resiko besar, tetapi dalam aksi rusuh juga terjadi upaya-upaya yang dapat memancing anggota DALMAS menjadi emosional dan agresi, dengan kata lain terprovokasi. Variabel terprovokasi menjadi suatu kajian yang sangat menarik, namun dari sekian banyaknya hasil penelitian mengenai perilaku agresi belum ditemukan skala pengkuran yang dapat digunakan untuk mendapatkan data kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menyusun konstruk dan butir untuk dapat mengukur keadaan terprovokasi. Konstruk pengkuran disusun dan diuji kesesuaiannya dengan melibatkan 5 orang panelis penilai, dan selanjutnya sebanyak 35 anggota DALMAS dilibatkan untuk melakukan uji coba untuk mengetahui keterhandalan butir. Hasilnya berhasil mendapatkan sejumlah butir yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur keadaan terprovokasi, bitur pengkuran memperlihatkan kehandalan yang cukup akurat. Meskipun butir-butir yang ada sudah mampu mengukur variabel, namun hasil ini belum melibatkan responden dalam jumlah yang besar.   Kata kunci: Instrumen, Skala Terprovokasi, Penelitian
