Abstract

Loyalitas pengunjung merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam kelangsungan suatu bisnis wisata, dan dapat terjadi jika pengunjung mendapatkan pengalaman yang berkesan saat mengunjunginya. Oleh karena itu salah satu strategi marketing yang harus diperhatikan adalah memaksimalkan experiental marketing agar pengunjung memberikan loyalitasnya dengan cara berkunjung kembali. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuisioner yang disebar di Taman Wisata Edukasi D’kandang sebagai alat pengambilan data dan pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah SPSS 17. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa faktor-faktor dalam experiental marketing yaitu sense, feel,think, act dan relate secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Taman Wisata Edukasi D’Kandang dan juga yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas secara parsial adalah faktor sensedan feel. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi marketing Taman Wisata Edukasi D’Kandang yang tepat adalah dengan mengoptimalkan experiental marketing khususnya yang berkaitan dengan sensedan feel sehingga loyalitas pengunjung dapat terbentuk

Abstract

One of the form of authorities that has been given by the goverment in order to fulfill the autonomous region for managing the areais the financial aspect. The purpose of the performance measurement of the goverment is to improve the goverment’s performance itself, allocate the resources that we have, and make some decisions to realize public accountabilities. The form of performance measurements for the goverment is done by conducting a financial analysis of The regional Expenditure Budget (APBD) that has been established and implemented before. The type of research that has been conducted by the researcher is quantitative descriptive. The result of studi indicate financial perfoemance of the city goverment of Bogor is good. It means that the average amount of PAD Bogor from 2012- 2016 is 26,96 % which is compared with the total regional incomes.The effectiveness of Bogor’s regional financial management could happen because it uses an effetive relationship pattern on average above 100%. The ratio of direct expenditure to total expenditure in Bogor from2012 – 2014 experienced the highest increase, the highest ratio is happened in 2014 54,21%. The PAD growth ratio shows a positive result despite of showing a sharp decline in 2016 of 8,61%.

Abstract

The use of smartphones increasingly increasing in line with the increasing infrastructure of internet access to the entire territory of Indonesia. In addition, the price of smartphones are increasingly affordable and become a trend makes the use of smartphones reaching the corners of the archipelago. Indonesia as a country with the fourth largest population in the world, became a potential smartphone market share for smartphone manufacturers, all world-renowned brands compete fiercely seize the big smartphone market in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the factors that affect the buying interest of Xiaomi smartphones, namely product quality and price perception. The sample in this study consists of 94 students in ASM BSI Jakarta who have been using Xiaomi smartphone. Research data using primary data of questionnaire distributed result. The results showed that product quality significantly influence buying interest, price perception have significant effect to buying interest, product quality and price perception simultaneously have significant effect to buying interest.

Abstract

The activity of a company requires quality human resources. Humans are a resource factor that is different from other resources because humans are creatures that have strong feelings and desires. Therefore, human resources must be able to be fostered and managed effectively and efficiently in order to provide optimal results for the company. Relationship patterns that occur between superiors and employees are strongly influenced by leadership style, is one of the factors that influence the behavior of others to work and strive to achieve company goals, because the success of an organization is very dependent on the effectiveness of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee work motivation Guidance and Learning Consultation Nurul Fikri Ragunan. In this study, the number of respondents was 40 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire with data analysis using a normality test, linearity test, simple regression analysis, t-test, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed leadership style towards employee work motivation Guidance and Learning Consultation Nurul Fikri Ragunan. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient shows the amount of 0.754, it means that the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance is quite strong. The coefficient of determination or R Squared = 0.568 which means that the organizational culture has a contribution to employee performance by 43.2% while the rest is influenced by factors other than leadership styleKeywords: Leadership Style, Motivation of Employee Work

Abstract

Human resources is one important factor for the progress of a company, one of the aspects that affect the achievement of human resources that have high performance is the motivation of work. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT Dagsap Endura Eatore Jakarta. The author uses the method of observation, questionnaires, study documentation. The author distributed questionnaires to 56 respondents by using Likert scale. Data analysis technique using correlation coefficient, determination, regression equation, then writer process the data by using SPSS version 22. Based on calculation of correlation coefficient obtained equal to 0,750 which mean, there is strong relation between work motivation to employee performance at PT Dagsap Endura Eatore Jakarta. From result of calculation of coefficient of determination obtained result of equal to 0,563 or 56% and the rest 44% influenced by other factors like compensation, promotion, training, and seen from regression equation formed Y = 14,774 + 0,650X this indicate that without work motivation employee performance of 14,774 units and if the motivation to work increased 1 unit it will increase the employee performance of 0.650 units.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe era of globalization is characterized by increased competition, control over natural resources is not yet a guarantee of a company is able to win the competition, because this globalization era, followed by the rapid advances in innovation and creativity embodied in technological advancements. Human Resources (HR) is the key to win the competition in this era of globalization, for competent human resources to be able to produce a variety of creations and innovations that will lead to the value added at each business process. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Transformational Leadership Style and Human Capital both partially and simultaneously the Employee Performance. This research was conducted by PT Barkah Jaya Mandiri against 55 employees and the collected data is processed by multiple regression. Penellitian results showed that transformational leadership, positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Human Capital positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Transformational Leadership and Human Capital simultaneously positive and significant influence on employee performance. Penellitian results showed that transformational leadership, positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Human Capital positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Transformational Leadership and Human Capital simultaneously positive and significant influence on employee performance.Keywords :Leadership Style, Human Capital, Employee Performance.
