Abstract

This study aims to find out what are the obstacles faced in managing archives in the administration section and the things that are done to optimize the management of inactive dynamic records. The method in this research is qualitative and data collection is obtained by observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that the management of archives in the Administration of Vocational High Schools has not been carried out optimally because there are still obstacles such as manual information systems in managing archives, uncluttered workspace layout, limited archive storage space, limitation of supporting infrastructure for archiving. and limited human resources in managing records. Based on the results of these studies, the archive management system is still not optimal and needs to be paid attention by the leadership so that archive management can be well organized and effective.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine the effect of implementing safety and health programs on work productivity in the new normal era at PT. Retota Sakti Pekalongan City. This research uses quantitative methods and explanatory research and the number of respondents is 90 respondents who are employees of PT. Retota Sakti. Occupational safety and health of employees is one of the determining factors for the success of companies both engaged in the production of goods and services. Productivity itself is not new in the business world, so many opinions or business perspectives are raised, how to actually measure the productivity standards of a business or company. So how much attention the company pays to the safety and health of employees in increasing their productivity. In the new normal era, it seems that it is now one of the words that are often echoed by business people. Not because the new normal era is a transition period from the COVID-19 pandemic, but precisely because the new normal era was the beginning of the revival of the productivity of business people since previously being shackled in the Covid-19 circle. This research concludes that there is an effect of work safety on work productivity and the effect of occupational health on work productivity in the new normal era. Keywords: work safety, occupational health, work productivity, new normal, covid-19

Abstract

Abstract: Competition in the increasingly stringent era of globalization companies are required to be able to win business competition with a healthy. The success of a company is determined by the extent to which leaders create and produce good employee performance to achieve predetermined goals. Providing compensation is an activity to improve employee performance. Satisfaction with compensation given by the company can influence employees to work more enthusiastically to achieve company goals. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of giving compensation to employee performance in Dafam Hotel, Pekalongan City. The method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 16.0 and data collection methods by observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires to employees of the Dafam Hotel in Pekalongan City with a total of 44 respondents using census techniques. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which has been tested using validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test can be concluded that there is a real effect between the provision of compensation on employee performance in the Dafam Hotel, Pekalongan City. Keywords: compensation, performance, employees and hotel

Abstract

AbstrakRiset ini memiliki maksud untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh penggunaan media daring dan motivasi belajar terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pada saat pandemik Covid-19. Adanya peristiwa pandemik ini berdampak ke semua sektor salah satunya adalah pendidikan, sebelum pandemik terjadi tatap muka menjadi media dalam interaksi belajar akan tetapi saat ini beralih ke sistem dalam jaringan (daring), kegiatan daring ini berlaku seluruh tingkat pendidikan. Adapun media pembelajaran dalam jaringan sudah diterapkan sejak awal pandemik menjadi alternative dalam menyampaikan materi belajar. Dari berbagai jenis media pembelajaran yang dilakukan selama pandemik ini google classroom menjadi pilihan utama yang dipilih oleh responden. Hasil riset menunjukan bahwa variabel penggunaan media daring dan motivasi belajar memiliki nilai positif berarti semakin baik pilihan dalam penggunaan media daring dan motivasi maka mahasiswa akan merasa puas. Hasil persamaan regresi dalam riset ini adalah Y1 = 0,543 X1 + 0,189 X2 dengan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,448. Objek riset ini adalah 125 mahasiswa dari Program Studi Teknologi Informatika ITS NU Pekalongan dan Program Studi Administrasi Perkantoran Politeknik Pusmanu adapun metode riset ini adalah kuantitaif deskriptif dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 19.0. Kesimpulan dari riset ini menyatakan bahwa menunjukan penggunaan media daring mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dan motivasi belajar tidak terlalu berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Kata kunci : Covid-19, Daring, Kepuasan, Mahasiswa, Motivasi Belaja

Abstract

Pengamatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengukur kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Kecamatan Pekalongan Timur, pengukuran dengan menggunakan dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang meliputi tangibles (tampilan), reliability (kehandalan), responsiveness (ketanggapan), assurance (kepercayaan), empathy (empati). Metode penulisan yang dipakai yaitu dengan metode deskriptif analisis, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, kemudian studi pustaka dan observasi. Upaya Peningkatan Kepuasan Masyarakat Terhadap Pelayanan pada Kantor Kecamatan Pekalongan Timur, perlu adanya perbaikan fasilitas pelayanan dan melakukan pengukuran kepuasan masyarakat secara berkala mengingat survei ini sangat bermanfaat untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Kecamatan Pekalongan Timur.

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to determine the depreciation of inactive archives at SMK Ma'arif NU Doro Pekalongan Regency. Measurements using inactive archives management include the determination of archive retention schedules, filing assessments, filing depreciation systems, archive transfer, archiving destruction, archive submissions and archives. The main question in this study is how the system of inactive archive depreciation in the Unit Administration SMK Ma'arif NU Doro Pekalongan Regency? The results of this study showed that the inactive filing depreciation procedure conducted by SMK Ma'arif NU Doro Pekalongan District is quite good. This will support effective archiving governance or work procedures by standardizing guidelines on the governance or work of the archives and enhancing the skills or skills of employees handling the archives. Keywords: Depreciation, Archives, Inactive Archives

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyse the effect of price cuts, product arrangement on purchasing decisions on consumer purchasing decisions at Matahari Department Store Pekalongan, especially Cardinal Shoes Ladies.To test these variables, the researcher used 100 consumer respondents in the Matahari Department Store Pekalongan. The type of research used is explanatory research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques and questionnaires. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is analysed quantitatively using multiple regression using the SPSS program. The results of the research simultaneously show that the variable price discount has an effect on purchasing decisions, the variable of product arrangement has an effect on purchasing decisions, while for the partial research results, the variables of Price Discounts and Product Charges affect p urchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to find out the implementation of administrative governance to improve service quality at PT. BAM. Measurements use principles in administering administrative governance (principles of planning, simplifying principles, savings principles, removal principles and merger principles) and reference measures of service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy). The main question in this study is how the principles in running administrative governance in PT. BAM Kabupaten Tegal. The results of this study found some things that must be improved in order to improve the quality of administrative services ie administrative governance in PT. BAM on the principle of planning and simplification that needs to improve on indicators tangibles, reliability and responsiveness. The improvement and standardization of operational procedures of SOPs will have an impact on improving the quality of services provided and running periodic employee performance evaluations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji ada tidaknya perbedaan OHC, BOPO, ROA, dan LDR pada Kospin Jasa sebelum penerapan online dan sesudah penerapan online. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Kospin Jasa sejumlah 30 kantor cabang. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purpose sampling dengan menetapkan kriteria sampel. Kriteria saham-saham yang akan dilakukan penelitian untuk dijadikan sampel penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: Kospin Jasa yang mempunyai OHC dan ROA positif selama periode amatan. Dari 30 Kospin Jasa diperoleh sampel sebanyak sebanyak 22 Kospin Jasa. Penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan Uji beda paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan yang signifikan OHC, BOPO, ROA, dan LDR pada Kospin Jasa sebelum penerapan online dan sesudah penerapan online. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Reward Instrinsik, Supervision of Work & Satisfaction of Compensation Terhadap Employee Performance. Disamping itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Work Motivation sebagai variabel intervening. Untuk menguji variabel tersebut, peneliti memilih Koperasi di Kota Pekalongan sebagai objek penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 120 karyawan di lima belas Koperasi di Kota Pekalongan. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Reward Instrinsik,Supervision of Work & Satisfaction of Compensation berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Employee Performance pada Koperasi di Kota Pekalongan. Tetapi Work Motivation sebagai variabel intervening memperlemah pnegaruh Reward Instrinsik, Supervision of Work & Satisfaction of Compensation terhadap Employee Performance pada Koperasi di Kota Pekalongan.
