Abstract

Pelaksanaan penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai berdasarkan fakta di lapangan masih terdapat kelemahan diantaranya adalah belum sesuainya penilaian dengan pencapaian prestasi kerja dengan keadaan sebenarnya. Penulisan ini betujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Penilaian Prestasi Kerja Pegawai di Pemerintah Kota Magelang dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dan diperoleh hasil bahwa penerapan penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai menggunakan unsur SKP dan Perilaku Kerja sudah memenuhi persyaratan sebagai sistem penilaian prestasi kerja, namun dalam pelaksanaannya belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Adanya kecenderungan memberikan penilaian dengan nilai rata-rata tidak terlalu buruk atau baik dan atas dasar subyektivitas pada capaian dari hasil kerja PNS. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya standar kinerja jabatan dalam upaya penyusunan Standar Teknis Kegiatan penyusunan SKP untuk mengurangi subyektivitas dalam penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai dan PNS perlu menentukan capaian kerja harian atau bulanan supaya atasan dapat melakukan penilaian prestasi kerja sesuai dengan kinerja pegawai sehingga hasil penilaian dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dan hasil penilaian dapat digunakan untuk sarana perbaikan peningkatan kualitas kerja pegawai.

Abstract

A cultural and population changes have a biggest influence, the older Asian population, India became the second most influential country after the United States, the high investment costs, the lack of competence and competitiveness of Indonesian human resources as the second largest country after India resulted in the ASIA business situation and required Indonesia changed to become a country that counts in ASIA through the development of mindset and character based on local wisdom owned. The methodology using a literature study review and research is descriptive of local wisdom as a local cultural collaboration received by both internal and external environments and its findings are recommended to decision-makers for practical action in solving problem Characteristics of sharing organizational culture implemented in the economic, cultural, social sector is the mindset to establish relationships with business actors through the use of culture, chinese trade, using the number of workers of low-educated classes, local raw materials, gender and anti-monopoly attitude through equal dimensions value harmonious, loyal, work together, survive and high spirit.

Abstract

Background: According to the fact, there is chance that the Zingiber officinale volatile oil can be developed for treatment elephantiasis in man. However, up to now there was no study yet on the efficacy of the phytopharmaca against filaria.Objective: The clinical trial was designed to know the effect and the safety of application of Zingiber officinale volatile oil as anti-filariasis agent in the treatment of Brugia malayi infection in Kalimantan area.Methods: In this study, 40 patients suffered from filariasis malayi were divided into 2 groups. Zingiber officinale volatile oil in honey syrup was given to each patient of group I. Honey syrup as plasebo was given to each patient of group II. The treatment was given for 28 consecutive days each. The density of microfilariae before and after treatment of each group were recorded and assessed using Pre-test and Post-test by using probit analysis.Results: This study showed' that the average value of microfilaria density before and after treatment count per 60 ul blood in placebo group were 64.9 ± 96.4 and 90.4 ± 122.0. While in volatile oil's group were, 92.1 ± 118.3 and 56.6 ± 77.0 respectively. MfD50 of placebo group before and after treatment is 27.75, and 44.99. MfDso of volatile oil's group before and after treatment is 44.42, and 37.06.Conclusion: Zingiber officinale volatile oil can be developed for treatment elephantiasis in man.Key words : microfilaria density - phytopharmaca - volatile oil - filariasis malayi - elephantiasis.

Abstract

There are many government policies in overcoming pandemics, starting with social distancing, working from home for most state civil servants, eliminating worship activities, staying at home movements, and reducing economic activity outside the home. However, the spread of the virus continues to increase, and the policy continues with the Enactment of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM). Implementing the Garut district government's approach seeks to lower the level of PPKM by implementing rules that can prevent and break the chain of transmission of the COVID-19 outbreak. The concept of Regional Autonomy can answer the current problems of local government bureaucracy if its implementation is adjusted to economic, social, political, and cultural conditions. This research uses a type of qualitative research with an exploratory approach. The results showed that local-level government through regional autonomy has a significant role, especially in handling covid-19. The implementation of policies at the central level must be executed quickly and appropriately by local governments. Autonomy exerts a substantial influence on the change of governance at the regional level.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan penelitian ini yaitu membahas pengaruh pelaksanaan kebijakan pembinaan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) terhadap kinerja bisnis dalam mewujudkan efektivitas kelangsungan usaha di Kabupaten Garut. Metoda penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksplanasi dengan pendekatan teknik evaluasi, teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam pembahasan dengan teknik analisis causal effectual yang mengkaji dan menganalis hubungan rasional sebab akibat antara pelaksanaan kebijakan pembinaan UMKM, kinerja bisnis dan efektivitas kelangsungan usaha. Fokus penelitian adalah pemilik UMKM yang tergabung dalam Asosiasi atau Himpunan UMKM di wilayah Kabupaten Garut menggunakan sampling proporsional dengan teknik Slovin diperoleh jumlah sampel atau responden sebanyak 96 orang. Hasil pembahasan menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan kebijakan pembinaan UMKM berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja bisnis dan efektivitas kelangsungan usaha. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa efektivitas kelangsungan usaha dapat terwujud apabila kinerja bisnis dilaksanakan secara optimal yang didukung oleh pelaksanaan kebijakan pembinaan UMKM dengan baik dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelaksanaan mekanisme pengeluaran negara terhadap manajemen anggaran satuan kerja kementerian/ lembaga dalam mewujudkan efektifitas penyerapan anggaran di wilayah kerja KPPN Garut. Metode yang digunakan analisis deskriptif dengan teknik survey. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penerapan pendekatan cooperative learning (CL) tipe STAD dalam upaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar IPA siswa Kelas VI.B SD Negeri 32 Cakranegara. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah sebagai bahan kajian dan bahan temuan dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran di kelas senyatanya. Bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dalam proses pembelajaran dan bagi siswa untuk meningktakan motivasi belajar yang berdampak meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dua siklus, masing-masing siklus kegiatannya adalah; perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Hasil akhir tindakan pada siklus II menunjukkan bahwa hasil observasi guru memperoleh skor rata-rata (4,21) dan hasil observasi siswa mencapai skor rata-rata (4,21). Sedangkan dampak dari peningkatan motivasi belajar adalah meningkatnya perolehan hasil belajar siswa mencapai nilai rata-rata (89,00), artinya indikator keberhasilan (> 4,0) telah terlampaui. Karena indicator keberhasilan telah terbukti penelitian dinyatakan berhasil dan dihentikan pada siklus II.

Abstract

Indonesia as the country with the opportunity cost of investment and the highest corruption in ASIA business caused a cultural and population changes which is affect to family structure in the development business and state. Based on those conditions, Indonesia must change fast become count country in ASIA to build character through local knowledge possessed a vast country and large The shift in the pattern of the surviving members of regional communities is an indicator of impending shocks to the mindset, ways of thinking, feeling and reacting based on the environment and the condition of the demands of the behavior of the members together are embraced and accepted by the organization to act and solve problems, adapt and unites members of the organization through a shift in values, norms and cultural rules significantly (mean) the impact of the shock towards the life of the nation both by employers and stakeholders organizations in Indonesia. ASIA development of the business sector in the 21st century emphasizes ethical investment. Ethical investments In the 21st century, supporting ethical organization, including in developed countries the problem of ethics and organizational behavior into consideration when deciding policies and financial. The idea of ethical investment had various depend on each country, and company cultural perception. The application of ethical investment strategies of individual, non-profit organizations, governments and companies to attract potential investors, in the hope that the fund is managed in a way that does not have a negative impact on society, including Indonesian society. The influence of cultural, social and geographical had very strong impact to employers and stakeholders behavior. The diversity behavior is fundamental basic considered in fundamentals treatment will support the success of Indonesia development over this years. It will deal with the honesty, integrity in the right employees, strong leadership and support for ethnic behavior. Those conditions would cause a shock to the human resources therefore need nation quality recovery in national policies circle in order to determine direction of attitudes change and nation view as an interactive consequence in organizational culture characteristic which is owned Indonesian HR should be able to function as a tool to support the implementation of the development progress through employee competence and leadership. The Indonesian efforts to increase capacity and competence of the Human Resources (HR) with respect to resilience in the face of 2020, namely the implementation of a characteristic of organization culture that will affect the way work is done and how employees behave based on the philosophy of Pancasila and the results of research in the form of build character first through local wisdom in the sunda level; like "sareundeuk saigel sabobot sapihanean, penance grindstones penance foster compassion, silih simbeuh mean to share (Sharing). Abstract

Kondisi masyarakat Indonesia sudah tidak mudah lagi untuk bersaing di abad 21 secara regional dan internasional memerlukan pendongkrak yang kuat melalui transformasi nilai karakteristik budaya organisasi sharing atau berbagi sebagai kearifan lokal yang sudah di reubonding dengan adanya penyesuaiain nilai-nilai yang pundamental berupa nilai-nilai baru yang adopsi dari pengaruh perubahan dua wilayah yang berbeda sehingga dapat dijadikan modal sosial berupa pola berpikir dan berperilaku bagi daerah perbatasan guna mengatasi berbagai persoalan ber-bangsa dan bernegara dalam Asia Futura Shock tahun 2020. Untuk bersaing di abad 21 secara regional dan internasional memerlukan pendongkrak yang kuat melalui transformasi nilai karakteristik budaya organisasi sharing atau berbagi berupa nilai-nilai baru yang adopsi dari pengaruh perubahan dua wilayah yang berbeda sehingga dapat dijadikan modal sosial berupa pola berpikir dan berperilaku bagi daerah per-batasan guna mengatasi berbagai persoalan berbangsa dan bernegara dalam Asia Futura Shock tahun 2020. Metologi dideskriptifkan terhadap nilai kearipan lokal se-bagai kolaborasi budaya lokal yang diterima lingkungan internal dan eksternal serta temuannya direkomendasikan kepada pembuat keputusan untuk bertindak praktis dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Pola pikir landasan berperilaku menggunakan kearifan lokal silih simbeuh merupakan karakteristik yang paling tepat dalam mengatasi kesenjangan ekonomi, budaya, pendidikan, sosial pada sebuah daerah perbatasan dengan jenis nilai karakteristik sharing; sama rukun dan gotong royong, sama setia dan bertahan-sama semangat juang tinggi, dengan sikap dan pola pikir; hubungan dengan “pengaman” dan pelaku usaha lain penggunaan budaya dagang Cina, hubungan pelaku usaha dengan sumber modal dan pemasok bahan baku guna mengatasi berbagai masalah di perbatasan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of Productive Asset Quality (KAP) and Non Performing Loans (NPL) to the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) with profitability (ROA) as an intervening variable at Conventional Rural Banks (BPRK) in the area of ​​the Kantor Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (KOJK). From the second quarter of 2020 to the third quarter of 2021, the research sample consisted of 30 BPRK with a total of 180 research data. Data were collected using the cluster sampling method. Path analysis technique was used to analyze the data. The results of the analysis show that Productive Asset Quality (KAP) has a positive and insignificant effect on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Non-Performing Loan (NPL) has an insignificant negative effect on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Productive Asset Quality (KAP) has a significant positive effect on profitability (ROA). Non-Performing Loan (NPL) has a significant negative effect on profitability (ROA). Profitability (ROA) has a significant positive effect on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). And profitability (ROA) does not significantly mediate the effect of Productive Asset Quality (KAP) and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR).
