Abstract

Inventory system is a process to determine and manage goods that function to obtain an information about the stock of goods that exist. In this case the authors focus on controlling existing pipeline inventory at PT Fivalco Indonesia. The greater the amount of inventory of goods owned by PT Fivalco Indonesia, now the data processing in PT Fivalco Indonesia there are often problems in terms of availability of stock items such as stock shortages or excess stock even the difference in stock. Recognizing that the growing company will be more and more data is processed, then PT Fivalco Indonesia requires application programs for inventory. Therefore it is needed a inventory information system in PT Fivalco Indonesia that can determine the amount of inventory in covering all orders from consumers and also an information system that can support all activities on inventory management goods. Overcome the existing problems, the writer tries to apply inventory information system with FIFO method using Microsoft Visual Basic and MySQL database so that users work in inventory management to be efficient and effective and will facilitate the sales department to demand goods out and demand of goods in company need to check directly to the warehouse to find out information about the stock of goods.

Abstract

Perancangan dan pengembangan sistem informasi penjualan sparepart komputer berbasis web adalah sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk proses penjualan sparepart computer pada Yellow Computer. Sistem informasi penjualan sparepart computer berbasis web ini di lakukan oleh admin dan pelanggan untuk mempermudah dalam transaksi penjualan, pembuatan laporan penjualan serta memperluas promosi produk. Metode pengembangan sistem yang penulis gunakan dalam perancangan dan pengembangan sistem penjualan sparepart komputer berbasis web pada Yellow Computer menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Sedangkan dalam metode pengujian sistem menggunakan pengujian blackbox testing. Penulis dalam mengembangan sistem informasi penjualan sparepart komputer berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, CSS, dan MySQL,dan  teknik pemrograman yang digunakan adalah teknik pemrograman terstruktur.

Abstract

Era perkembangan teknologi sekarang melaju dengan sangat pesat, masih banyak perusahaan yang mengolah data keuangan secara manual, sehingga memudahkan dalam pemalsuan data, selain itu data keuangan yang akan dihasilkan belum tentu akurat. Zahir merupakan salah satu perangkat lunak yang dapat digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan data keuangan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan dalam bidang akuntansi. PT. Anugerah Raya Kencana berupa perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan busa. Perusahaan ini merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang masih menggunakan sistem manual, mulai dari pencatatan dan penyimpanan berkas-berkas data keuangan yang berhubungan dengan proses penjualan, pembelian barang, persediaan barang sampai proses pembuatan laporan data keuangan. Dengan sistem pencatatan secara manual menyebabkan sering terjadi permasalahan, diantaranya dalam proses penjualan barang menjadi lebih rumit pencatatannya karena harus mengkalkulasikan harga pokok barang secara manual menggunakan metode FIFO sehingga pada saat proses berlangsung sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatannya, terjadi pencatatan ganda pada jurnal, mempunyai resiko yang membutuhkan waktu lama dan lebih sulit saat terjadinya proses pencarian berkas data keuangan, sering terjadi selisih antara pencatatan persediaan dengan barang yang ada digudang, serta kurang akuratnya laporan yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan permasalahan penulis mengimplementasikan suatu sistem informasi yang terkomputerisasi menggunakan Zahir. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Diharapkan implementasi Zahir ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk menunjang pengolahan data keuangan pada PT. Anugerah Raya Kencana.

Abstract

Along with the development of increasingly rapid and sophisticated information technology in the current era of globalization, it has provided many benefits in doing a job. One of them is in the field of education, which can help school activities run effectively and efficiently in making financial reports to facilitate the process of analyzing financial statements. So that school leaders can see more clearly the financial condition based on accurate data. However, currently, RA Az-Zahra's school in making reports still uses written accounting records, from recording transactions to making financial reports such as tuition income, exam income, other income obtained from uniform sales, cash out and operational costs. Sometimes this causes errors in the accounting cycle process due to irregular recording and storage of transaction data, and is less effective than using a computerized system. The results of recording financial statements using Zahir Accounting show results that are balanced with the results of recording manual financial statements. So to overcome this problem, the application of Zahir Accounting is a solution to reduce the risk of errors in the accounting cycle recording process so that it can produce financial reports more quickly, accurately and efficiently. that can be used for interested parties as users of financial statements.

Abstract

A financial application is one solution to avoid errors and processing financial data twice for each financial report. Even though it is the digitalization era, there are still business processes that are carried out conventionally, although using a computer it is not optimal because it has not been integrated with the existing system, the process takes a long time and is less accurate. The method used for this research is to use the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. The implementation of Zahir Accounting is expected to simplify the process of recording financial data at the Aulia Furniture store. Aulia Furniture is a trading company that still uses conventional records such as financial reports and transactions, by still using manual recording, it is likely that there will be many errors in calculating and recording financial data, unable to see graphs of financial report developments. If you use the Zahir Accounting application in terms of storing financial data, it will be safer and neater.

Abstract

Penyewaan Apartemen pada PT. Graha kelola Mandiri adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan jasa yaitu penyewaan apartemen. Seperti perusahaan pada umumnya, penyewaan apartemen pada PT. Graha Kelola Mandiri membutuhkan adanya sebuah sistem terkomuterisasi untuk menunjang dan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih memuaskan kepada setiap customer. Sistem penyewaan apartemen pada PT. Graha Kelola Mandiri sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun masih terdapat kekurangan seperti proses pencatatan data dan transaksi membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Bahkan besar kemungkinan terjadinya kesalahan dalam penulisan suatu data dan keamanan dokumennya pun kurang terjamin, karena banyak dokumen yang tercecer dan hilang sehingga akan menjadi sulit jika akan melakukan pencarian data atau pencetakan laporan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pembuatan Sistem terkomputerisasi penyewaan menggunakan aplikasi netbeans IDE 8.1 menggunakan metode waterfall untuk mengolah data dan mempermudah proses yang terjadi di Penyewaan Apartemen pada PT. Graha Kelola Mandiri mulai dari pengolahan data unit, data penyewa, transaksi penyewaan, sampai dengan pencetakan laporan. Hasil dari aplikasi ini dapat menjadi solusi terbaik untuk memecahkan masalah-masalah yang ada di sebuah lembaga seperti Penyewaan apartemen pada PT. Graha Kelola Mandiri yang pada akhirnya akan menunjang efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam proses penyewaan apartemen.

Abstract

Rapid technological advances are currently demanding every store and company to create a business system that is more effective and efficient and good and fast service to every consumer. Therefore the application of information systems is needed that can help expedite the work process in the business system. Toko Ratu Alfamaz is a business entity engaged in trade. In improving and expediting the process of the purchasing system and the sales system, Toko Ratu Alfamaz needs a computerized system. because the system used is a conventional system. So that in running the system of buying and selling office stationery there are problems that often occur such as errors in calculating the total cost of purchase or total sales, the slow process of recording and searching data and the process of making reports requires a long time and the resulting inaccurate. Based on the conditions in Ratu Alfamaz's store, the authors designed an application system for purchasing and selling office stationery using the visual basic 6.0 programming language. The method used in this study is to use the method of observation, interviews and literature. And for software development methods using the waterfall method. The application of this information system is expected to reduce the level of errors that exist and help improve services to consumers to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

In the era of very rapid technological development, every store or company has to implement a computerized information system to create a business system that is more effective, efficient, and produces accurate data. PT Berhasil Beruntung Bersama is one company that still uses an accounting data processing system using Microsoft Excel 2010. With this recording system, problems often occur, including sales of merchandise will be more complicated because they have to calculate the cost of goods manually using the method FIFO (First In First Out), often the difference between recording inventory and goods in warehouse, is more difficult in the process of finding the data needed because it is in the form of documents. Responding to these problems, the authors are interested in conducting research on PT Berhasil Beruntung Bersama where the processing of the data the author uses a computer accounting application that is Zahir Accounting Version 5.1. By using Zahir Accounting, it can be easier for employees to record inventory, search for accounting data and save time and place of storage.

Abstract

During the Pandemic, people's behavior in shopping experienced a significant change, from what people often shopped conventionally to shopping through e-commerce. With these conditions, business people must transform digitally to maintain their existence in their business. The decrease in direct contact with consumers leads to reduced sales and disrupted productivity problems. By using the waterfall method, the problem limitation in the sales information system process starts from the process of ordering goods, processing payments, the process of making reports and journals, starting from the login, main menu, transaction menu (sales of goods), and the report menu (reports of weekly and monthly sales of goods). With data processing using computerization, it is expected to help smooth sales data processing in providing fast, precise and accurate information and can be used for decision making.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is an absolute thing done by every company, in order to evaluate the performance results of the workers in the company. In addition, performance evaluation is also to determine the ability, progress and achievement or performance results of each employee. However, sometimes, in evaluating employee performance, things are often found that cause the assessment to be inaccurate, such as an assessment that is only based on employee behavior at a glance (not comprehensive) so that it is not optimal in its implementation. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have a decision support system that can help managers make decisions in evaluating employee performance, one of which is by applying the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method, a method for dealing with multi-criteria problems in a decision support system with the same criteria. used includes ten criteria including (Attendance, Conduite, neatness of dress, Ability, Improving the results achieved, Self-development, Quality, Atitude, Leadership, Teamwork), the final result of data processing using the SMART method is in the form of ranking of the results obtained by each employee.
