Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain additional knowledge and empirical evidence regarding independent variables, namely the effect of institutional ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The number of companies that were sampled in this study were 180 companies. The method of determining the sample used in this study used purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that institutional ownership had no significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), while the independent board of commissioners and audit committee had a significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Abstract

The challenges of today's higher education institutions, apart from the rapid environmental changes on one side and the other, are that universities must provide various facilities and infrastructure as well as attractive programs to support the process of "delivery" of educational services to their learning citizens so that they can provide the best service. in the “service encounter” for this of course this activity requires the executors to be careful in making the right policies and marketing programs so as to attract prospective students and to be able to register as students. Related to this, in this study the researcher analyzed the primary data which was collected using a questionnaire with the sample being all high school students in the Greater Tangerang Region and processed using statistical methods using SPSS, calculating using numerical methods and to see the relationship and the effect using multiple linear regression method where the Variable "Market-ing Mix 7P" (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process and Physical Evidence) as an independent variable which turns out to have a significant and positive influence on the Decision to Choose Private Higher Education

Abstract

Basically, in achieving success, you must have a character which must be able to have personality in carrying out every problem in all phases of life. Early age must be trained so that it has a dignity and also has a form of personality that has value for future provision. Success can be achieved and pursued by focusing on how each person tries to make progress in every process when doing something new within themselves. Success requires something which needs will in everyone and also every human being. Humans are equipped with curiosity so that they have other things in themselves with different values. Erenos High School needs it as a form and also part of the development of all students to achieve success in the future. The activities were carried out and also carried out with great enthusiasm which were carried out in the school hall. The activity received a good and also positive response and lots of feedback from the participants.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya, Tuhan telah menciptakan setiap manusia dengan berbagai talenta yang sesuai dengan kasih karuniaNya, yang masing-masing dapat digunakan untuk menjalani kehidupan yang diberikan kepada mereka. Unik bahwa setiap ciptaan memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangannya sendiri, dan dengan keadaan ini diharapkan bahwa manusia saling membutuhkan satu sama lain. Untuk berbagi kehidupan yang diberikan. Pembelajaran adalah pilihan yang tepat untuk mencapai tujuan meningkatkan kemampuan diri dan memaksimalkan talenta yang diberikan oleh Sang Pencipta. Pembelajaran ini dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan formal di lembaga pendidikan atau melalui pelatihan soft skill dan hard skill. Kedua metode ini dapat dilakukan secara bersamaan, dan hasilnya adalah nilai yang diterima oleh mereka yang mengikutinya yang memungkinkan mereka untuk menjadi lebih baik dan lebih cerdas. Sekolah Erenos merupakan lembaga pendidikan Formal yang dalam proses pembelajarannya selain pembelajaran formal, juga mendorong peserta didiknya untuk aktif dan terlibata dalam kegiatan oraganisasi di sekolah salah satunya adalah OSIS. Melalui kegiatan OSIS para peserta didik diberi kesempatan untuk aktif didalamnya melalui berbagai peran. Pilihan untuk terlibat dalam organisasi memerlukan komitmen yang konsisten dan disiplin disamping kertampilan lain misalnya kepemimpinan dan kerjasama, terkait dengan hal hal ini maka untuk melengkapi para peserta didik yang akan terlibat dalam mengelola kegiatan OSIS tersebut dengan mengembangkan potensi kemampuan memimpin dan kerjasama sebagai tim. Terkait dengan hal ini maka FEBIS Universitas Matana diberi kempatan untuk melengkapi calon pengurus OSIS SMP dan SMA Erenos melalui kegiatan “Inbound Training Leadership and Team Buliding” dengan tema “to become a great leader” dengan metode ceramah dan simulasi dengan terlebih hadulu melakukan pretest untuk mengetahui potensi kepemimpinan yang ada dalam diri para peserta.

Abstract

Providing a variety of facilities and infrastructure as well as engaging programs to support the process of "delivery" of educational services to their learning citizens is one of the challenges facing today's higher education institutions. This allows them to provide the best service possible during "service encounters," but it also necessitates that the executors be careful and make the appropriate policy decisions. Related to this, in this study the researcher conducted interviews with informants/informants who were high school students in the Greater Tangerang Region to obtain primary data which was then processed qualitatively using the case study approach "Marketing Mix Strategy 7P" (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process and Physical Evidence) and the Decision to Choose a Private Higher Education in Tangerang Raya. This research is expected to enrich the literature on the development of service marketing management science.to enrich the literature on the development of service marketing management science.
