Abstract

Komputer merupakan peralatan yang diciptakan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia saat mencapai kemajuan baik di dalam pembuatan hardware dan software. PD Mega Sukses Abadi membutuhkan adanya suatu sistem informasi yang menunjang dan memberikan kemudahan dalam bekerja. Pada dasar tersebutlah peneliti melakukan penelitian mengenai sistem persediaan barang di PD Mega Sukses Abadi yang sampai saat ini masih menggunakan catatan manual. Pada PD Mega Sukses Abadi saat ini persediaan barang yang berdasarkan kebutuhan dari pihak gudang, marketing dan direksi Perusahaan belum mempunyai program persediaan barang yang terkomputerisasi secara online dan terintegrasi sehingga ketika sales mengirimkan permintaan barang pada bagian gudang, pihak gudang memerlukan waktu untuk memeriksa ketersediaan barang dikarenakan jenis barang yang banyak, memiliki dua gudang dan penyimpanan barang yang tidak tersusun rapi, bagian gudang sulit untuk mengetahui ketersediaan barang yang diminta sehingga terjadinya keterlambatan pengiriman barang ke konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan bagian gudang menemukan barang yang diminta bagian pemasaran sehingga tidak ada lagi keterlambatan pengiriman barang dan stok barang tercatat dengan baik dan rapi

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan faktor penting bagi setiap masyarakat untuk membangun karakter serta akhlak yang baik dengan bertujuan untuk bermanfaat di kalangan masyarakat. Tentunya, sarana informasi diperlukan dengan bertujuan untuk menyampaikan informasi mengenai data pendidikan maupun kegiatan-kegiatan pendidikan bagi siswa maupun guru. Dengan adanya sarana informasi yang baik maka akan mempermudah pihak sekolah untuk menyampaikan informasi dan diterima dengan baik oleh siswa dan guru. Pada sekolah MAN 3 Nganjuk yang masih menggunakan metode konvensional dalam menyampaikan informasinya. Hasil permasalahan yang penulis dapatkan pada sistem informasi akademik konvensional adalah diharuskan datang ke sekolah untuk menyampaikan maupun mendapatkan informasi dan masih menggunakan media kertas sebagai sarana penyampaian informasi yang tentunya perlu mengeluarkan biaya operasional yang tidak sedikit hanya untuk menyampaikan informasi saja. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dengan membuat sistem informasi akademik berbasis website, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi modern salah satunya adalah internet, dapat membuat sarana informasi yang dapat mempermudah pihak sekolah untuk menyampaikan informasinya secara gratis dan tidak terkekang oleh waktu untuk mengetahui informasi tersebut karena dapat diakses dimana saja dan kapan saja serta tanpa perlu datang ke sekolah untuk menyampaikan maupun mendapatkan informasi.

Abstract

To support the workers get effectiveness and efficiency in their job at the company, normally a company facilitating the development of job training for employees being creative, how to think, how to act, knowledge, skills, and work ethic. The training record system currently in use at PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia (BSIN) can still work, but less efficient because there are some things that can not be accessed on the page. For the examples, anyone who has been training on the theme to be searched, and when retrieving data from training record into Excel is very messy. For this reason, this journal is written to discuss the design of training record information systems that will renew the appearance of the training record pages that already existed and will cover pre-existing deficiencies. The design of this information system is a solution to the existing problem, and with the design of this new information system the company activities related to the training record can run effectively, efficiently, and smoothly

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi merupakan salah satu peranan penting di semua bidang pada saat ini. Kebutuhan akan peningkatan efektifitas dan efisiensi kerja menjadi dasar penerapan TIK yang dapat menjadi solusi atas berbagai macam permasalahan yang ada. Institusi Pendidikan merupakan salah satu bidang yang diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan perkembangan TIK bukan hanya sebagai peningkatan efektifitas dan efisiensi kerja tetapi juga untuk meningkatkan daya saing lulusannya. Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu bagian pada instutisi Pendidikan yang membutuhkan penerapan TIK di dalam  proses bisnisnya, pencatatan data yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional menimbulkan permasalahan seperti perekapan data buku yang tidak sesuai dengan jumlah fisiknya hingga pembuatan laporan yang sulit karena harus mencari data secara manual. Hal ini lah yang menjadi alasan utama bagi penulis untuk dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Rapid Application Development (RAD) dipilih sebagai metode dalam pengambangan perangkat lunak karena memiliki kelebihan yang dapat menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang cepat dan berkualitas.Kata Kunci— Sistem Informasi, Perpustakaan, RAD AbstractThe development of information and communication technology is one of the important roles in all fields at this time. The need for increased work effectiveness and efficiency is the basis for the application of ICT which can be a solution to various existing problems. Educational institutions are one of the fields that are expected to take advantage of ICT developments not only as an increase in work effectiveness and efficiency but also to increase the competitiveness of their graduates. The library is one part of an educational institution that requires the application of ICT in its business processes, data recording that is still done conventionally causes problems such as the recording of book data that does not match its physical number to making reports that are difficult because they have to search for data manually. This is the main reason for the author to be able to help overcome these problems. Abstract

In a place to learn to dance ballet from the ground up, ballet which is a classical dance originating from the European continent, more precisely from Italy but more developed in France and one of the fields of dance that is loved and followed by various groups, ranging from children until adulthood. On Point Ballet School is a ballet dance school that focuses on teaching ballet dance from the ground up. At this time there are many ballet dance courses whose service system still uses a manual system, especially in the registration section. The registration system used by On Point Ballet School is still manual. The method used in this system is the waterfall model, which is a classical model that is systematic, sequentially in building software. The name of this model is actually “Linear Sequential Model”. This model is often referred to as the "classic life cycle" or the waterfall method so that it can provide an alternative solution on the ballet art school registration system website to facilitate registration in obtaining up-to-date information about ballet art schools at the On Point Ballet School offered. Abstract

A lease is an agreement in which a payment is made for the temporary use of an item or property by another person. Berkah Bersama Motor is a business engaged in the service sector. However, in the data collection process at Berkah Bersama Motor, they still use manual processes such as recording customer personal data in books. In this research, the software development method used is the Waterfall method. Waterfall has the advantage that it can produce a fast and quality system so it was chosen in this study. The result of this web-based motorcycle rental management and service design program is that it can simplify the process of collecting customer personal data so as to reduce the risk of data loss because the storage media is still recorded in the book.

Abstract

Pewarnaan graf adalah teknik pemberian warna pada setiap titik pada graf, yang menyebabkan dua titik yang berdekatan tidak memiliki warna yang sama. Graf dapat diwarnai dengan memberikan warna yang berbeda untuk setiap simpul. Untuk itu peneliti mengimplementasikan pewarnaan graf pada peta provinsi Jawa Barat menggunakan Algoritma Welch-Powell. Algoritma Welch-Powell merupakan algoritma yang digunakan untuk mewarnai simpul-simpul graf berdasarkan derajat sudut tertinggi. Penelitian diawali dengan pemahaman tentang pewarnaan graf dan algoritmanya. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa dalam melakukan pewarnaan graf pada peta Provinsi Jawa Barat terdapat bilangan kromatik yang diperoleh X (G) = 3 dan menghasilkan 20 titik yang membutuhkan tiga warna berbeda yaitu merah, kuning dan biru.

Abstract

Pada saat ini teknologi informasi berkembang semakin pesat dalam membantu masyarakat memecahkan suatu masalah, maupun dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efesiensi aktivitas manusia, salah satunya dalam bidang pendidikan. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi juga tentu saja kegiatan sehari-hari baik itu diperusahaan, universitas maupun disekolah menjadi lebih mudah dan hemat waktu. Pendaftaran Pesesta Didik Baru adalah salah satu proses yang tidak stabil di lembaga pendidikan seperti sekolah dan dapat digunakan untuk menyaring calon siswa yang dipilih untuk menjadi siswa berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh sekolah. SMK Plus PGRI 1 Cibinong membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi untuk mendukung dan memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan kepada siswa. Untuk itu peneliti membuat penelitianuntuk merancang sebuah sistem terkomputerisasi di SMK Plus PGRI 1 Cibinong yang saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, yaitu calon siswa harus datang langsung ke sekolah dan mengisi formulir pendaftaran pada lembaran yang telah disediakan panitia, sehingga membutuhkan banyak waktu untuk memproses pendaftaran calon siswa baru. Sistem Informasi ini akan mengembangkan aplikasi pendaftaran siswa baru menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development. Perancangan sistem informasi ini merupakan solusi terbaik dari permasalahan sekolah karena sistem yang terkomputerisasi ini dapat mewujudkan kegiatan yang efektif, efesien dan lebih kondusif.

Abstract

 SDN Rawa Badak Utara 03 is one of the educational institutions under the guidance of the government and in 2019 SDN RBU 03 implemented the E-report application in accordance with the provisions called for by the government in rule number 23 of 2016 concerning educational assessment standards. However, in the implementation of the E-report application, there are several shortcomings that teachers complain about, such as the teacher being required to first record student grades in a blank format that is downloaded from the E-report and then enter the student's grades through the excel application and re-upload it so that this is make data collection time so quite time consuming. Based on these complaints, the authors would like to propose a solution to develop the development version of the E-report application to make it easier and more effective in managing student grade data. In the stage of developing the E-report version 2 application (the author's version) the author uses the RAD (Rappid Application Development) method because the method used in the development of additional software has a relatively short development cycle. RAD has 3 stages that are structured and interdependent at each stage, while the stages are as follows: (1) Planning requirements consisting of system requirements analysis, (2) RAD design workshop which is a stage where the design involves users, (3) Implementation which is the stage of the system that has been agreed upon, built and refined and then tested. With the E-report the author's version it makes teachers save more time by only entering grades once into the E-report application without having to download a blank format to input grades and make it easier for teachers to see the grades of students who do not reach the KKM or who do not. achieved.

Abstract

Laboratory registration activities at the Hospital require good management, starting from registration, and laboratory results, this registration is still conventional where recording and reports still use paper media that is prone to tearing or loss, mistakes often occur in unexpected data storage, so from the existing problems, the author tries to design a web site portotype of laboratory registration information system design, which is used by internal circles, this design uses data collection by observation or research, interviews and literature studies, database design using Enterprise Relationship Diagrams, Logical Restructuring , as the development and design of a system with a new system can be expected to help facilitate the work of managers and the resulting information is faster, more accurate and precise in making reports, making this prototype using several software and tools such as Java, Balsamic, and MySQL.
