Abstract

The development of information technology is very rapid. Computers are tools that are created to facilitate human work for all fields. It cannot be separated from the business field, if it cannot compete by using technological advances, the company will be left behind. At present there are still companies selling medical devices where the sales system still uses manual systems. The manual system has problems such as errors in recording, inaccuracy of reports made and delays in finding the data needed. The design of a computerized information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this company. The system is made using the waterfall method to be easy in the process, and with a computerized system can be achieved an activity that is effective and efficient and accurate. Because it's easier in data processing and faster in presenting the information.

Abstract

The development of information technology is very fast and can provide significant impact in all aspects of human life. This development led to the change of the role of technology in the world of business or organization. Information technology that does not support the needs of businessestoday need to be aligned with the strategy and objectives of the Organization so that the need to set up an outline of the strategic planning of information systems. The three main objectives of the efforts of the application of information system (SI) and information technology (it) within anorganization. The first, repair work efficiency by performing automation processes that manage information. Second, improve the effectiveness of management information in order to satisfy the needs with decision making. Third, improve the competitiveness or enhance the Organization'scompetitive advantage by changing style and way of doing business (Ward & amp; Peppard, 2002). The basic concepts used in drawing up the framework for strategic planning of information systems and information technology (SI/TI) at a College is the methodology put forward by JohnWard and Joe Peppard. Framework for strategic planning of information systems and information technology (SI/TI) proposed consists of 5 stages, namely: stage- 1-identification of the Organization, namely the stage-2: analysis of the business environment and information, stage-3SI/TI target, 4-stage determine strategic SI/TI and stage-5 is a plan and implementation. Analysis of the strategy of using the PESTEL analysis methods, analysis of BCG Matrix, an analysis of Porter's Six Force, SWOT analysis, Value Chain Analysis, analysis of the CSF and the BalancedScorecard.The results of the research is creating a framework of planning strategy that integrates TI SI/so it makes it easier for management to manage a resource to generate needed information, accurate, can be used jointly by all the parties.

Abstract

Abstrak - Kebutuhan akan telur ayam di Indonesia masih sangat tinggi. Karena telur ayam salah satu sumber protein hewani yang mudah didapatkan oleh masyarakat dengan harga yang masih terjangkau. Pertenakan merah putih masih mengalami kegagalan dalam produksi telur sekitar 30%. Dikarenakan pencatatan dan manajemen pemeliharaan masih manual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dapat berdampak pada peningkatan produktivitas ayam sehingga mengurangi resiko kegagalan dalam produksi telur dan mempengaruhi tingkat keuntungan. Maka perlu dibangun sistem informasi recording ayam. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Rapid Application Development (RAD). Metode RAD digunakan karena dapat dilakukan dengan waktu yang cepat. Hasilnya dengan menggunakan system recording, produktivitasnya jadi lebih tinggi dan tingkat kegagalan produksi menurun.Katakunci: peternakan ayam, RAD, sistem recordingAbstract - The need for chicken eggs in Indonesia is still very high. Because chicken eggs are one source of animal protein that is easily obtained by the public at an affordable price. Red and white breeding still fails in egg production around 30%. Because maintenance records and management are still manual. The purpose of this study can have an impact on increasing chicken productivity thereby reducing the risk of failure in egg production and influencing profitability. Then the construction of chicken recording information system. This system is designed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) software development method. The RAD method is used because it can be done with a fast time. The result is by using a recording system, productivity is higher and the rate of production failure decreases.Keywords: chicken farm, RAD, SIRAM
