Abstract

The use of capital letters is one element of the grammar of the Indonesian Spelling General Guidelines (PUEBI). According to the Large Indonesian Language Dictionary (KBBI), capital letters are letters of a special size and shape (larger than ordinary letters), usually used as the first letter of the first word in a sentence, the first letter of the name itself, and so on. The use of capital letters in a paper is required. However, the ability to use letters of public capital still tends to be not so good. The problem is writing that has not followed the Indonesian Spelling General Guidelines (PUEBI) rules. Settlement steps on how to implement an Indonesian Spelling General Guidelines (PUEBI) rule into the software. Therefore, the author will try to make a software that can automatically detect if there are errors in writing according to the rules of general Indonesian spelling guidelines (PUEBI) on documents, journals, bibliography and scientific works

Abstract

At a time when the times are increasing, it cannot be denied that almost some people use social media as a means of communication. Not only is it a means of communication, even social media is a place to show their habits. Without realizing it, the more information that is spread on social media regarding self-information, it will make information that can benefit others. User Behavior Analytics as defined by Gartner is a cybersecurity process of detection of insider threats, targeted attacks and financial fraud. The UBA solution looks at patterns of human behaviour and then applies algorithms and statistical analysis to detect meaningful anomalies of those patterns. Gephi is an open-source network visualization platform that can be used to analyze various cases using graph visualization. One of these analyzes can be done by using data that has been scraped from social media, Facebook, social media, Bina Darma University to get data visualization of the cases being tested. From these results, the graph clustering process is carried out in Gephi to obtain data clusters. The results will then be analyzed and identified so that they can become material for information about social media user behaviour.

Abstract

E-learning is an electronic distance learning system that uses network and computer technology. There are many models of using e-learning, one of which is the use of e-learning at Bina Darma University during the COVID-19 pandemic, where more use of e-learning and online learning systems during the pandemic period, for this reason the quality of e-learning services can be measured using Webqual. Webqual is a method used to measure website quality based on end users. Webqual is structured in research on 3 dimensions, namely Usability, information, and service interaction. This study aims to determine the quality of the e-learning website of Bina Darma University as student learning taken by 101 students and to find out the most influential indicators in the quality of e-learning. If the alpha value is greater than the R table, then the consistency of the R table is declared valid. On the Likert test scale, it is known that the usability dimension or indicator gets the highest usability level, so the usability dimension has a positive effect on user satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is based on the observations and experiences of researchers, that now the internet has become a basic need for an agency, almost all Directorates of Water Resources (SDA) have a computer network. The Directorate of Water Resources (SDA) Central Sumatra River Basin VIII has implemented a network to support the performance of the Directorate of Water Resources (SDA), but still has problems where the network often experiences disconnections due to damage, interference with switches, damage to cables and network connectors. and Hang routers. To meet the internet needs at the Directorate of Water Resources (SDA) Central Sumatra VIII River Basin, stable internet is needed, therefore a failover method is needed. The problem in this research is that there are frequent disturbances in the internet network. The transfer of the main internet line to the backup path is done manually. Given how important the network is to support performance at the Directorate of Water Resources (SDA), the authors suggest to create a failover backup system for Mikrotik routers in the Directorate of Water Resources (SDA). This research uses the Action Research development method, which consists of Diagnostic, Action planning, action taking, evaluating and e-learning. With this application, it is hoped that if there is a problem with the router device, it will not interfere with the use of the existing network. On the internet network of the Directorate of Water Resources (SDA) Central Sumatra River Region VIII.

Abstract

The problem of poverty is a dilemma that the Government must solve. One of the Government's programs is the welfare program for the Family Hope Program (PKH). Tanjung Lubuk district, implementing the Family Hope Program experienced several obstacles in identifying PKH recipients, one of which was selection, limited, and close to officers so that it could lead to the provision of PKH assistance on target. Another problem is that the recipients of the data used are still using old data that has not been updated regularly, so many people who deserve assistance do not receive assistance. The research variables used were 35 variables. The output categories were entitled to receive and not entitled to receive PKH. The research method uses Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) 3. The data are from 654 low-income families in Tanjung Lubuk District. The data used are 90:10 for practice data and 80:10 for test data. The learning rate values are 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, and 0.9, while the learning rate reduction is 0.1, the minimum learning rate is 0.01, the window is 0.1, 0.5, and the m value is 0.1, 0.5. The accuracy obtained is 94.4%.

Abstract

Dorongan pangan non tunai/ cash merupakan bantuan sosial pangan dalam wujud non tunai dari pemerintah yang diserahkan pada keluarga tiap tiap bulannya lewat metode akun elektronik yang dipakai guna membeli materi pangan di e- warung yang berkolaborasi dengan bank. Riset ini bermaksud guna mengenali informasi terkait faktor- faktor internal/ dalam serta eksternal serta determinan strategi yang bisa dipakai dalam pengembangan strategi. Kemajuan elektronik gerai terkesan lambat sebab tertinggal dalam teknologi data di dalam usahanya. Pada riset ini memakai analisa SWOT guna memastikan strategi pengembangan sistem data.. Hasil penelitian kekuatan terhadap peluang perlu dilakukan promosi dan sosialisai langsung kepada masyarakat terutama masyarakat yang membutuhkan bantuan program E-Warong. Serta melakukan pengembangan produk untuk melayani dan memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat, kekuatan terhadap ancaman melakukan evaluasi serta monitoring lebih detail guna mencegah hal yang tidak di inginkan terutama dalam saluran program E-Warong, kelemahan terhadap peluang, dengan melakukan evaluasi terhadap pihak pengembang dan membagi tugas antara para pengembang untuk mengetahui apa yang dibutuhkan masyarakat saat ini, kelemahan terhadap ancaman, melakukan kajian dan evaluasi secara menyeluruh untuk mengetahui kekurangan yang dimiliki pada Produk.

Abstract

The popularity of social media in recent years since it was first discovered in the late 1990s has continued to grow, especially Facebook and Instagram which became popular in 2010. This is because social media connects hundreds of millions of people around the world without understanding geographic boundaries. Instagram social media is a group of applications based on the internet and web.2.0 technology that allows the exchange and creation of user-generated content. This study examines the Pagaralam_Insta media account which focuses on information media in the fencealam and surrounding areas and analyzes how Instagram users interact with the content uploaded by the Pagaralam_Insta account (User Behavior Analytic). The results showed that the level of posts that users were interested in was News and Promotions. In news, there is interest from users, it can be seen that the number of nodes and edges formed is long, as well as the topic of Promotional news.

Abstract

Dengan makin berkurangnya jumlah IPv4 yang tersedia maka perlu dipertimbangkan penggunaan IPv6. Akan tetapi IPv6 sendiri masih memiliki celah keamanan antara lain celah keamanan serangan flooding Router Advertisement palsu. Router Advertisement flood sendiri adalah merupakan serangan IPv6 DoS di jaringan lokal. Serangan ini membanjiri segmen jaringan lokal dengan malicious Router Advertisement untuk menggantikan entri routing yang sah pada antarmuka suatu host. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mempelajari respon Sistem Operasi dengan platform Windows terhadap serangan IPv6 Router Advertisement di jaringan, serta memberikan rekomendasi solusi untuk menutup celah keamanan tersebut. Pengujian serangan dilakukan dengan dua tahapan yaitu pengiriman paket flood RA dengan single prefix dan multi prefix.

Abstract

There is a problem with the Regional Leadership Council (DPD) of the Golongan Karya Party (Golkar) in South Sumatra in managing party membership data, namely that the system currently being used is not optimal in arranging membership documents and archives. Apart from that, searching for member data, both active and inactive, is also difficult. This research aims to develop an E-Member Application for the South Sumatra Golkar Party DPD based on Mobile Web using the Extreme Programming method which is expected to be able to assist Party management in managing member data effectively and efficiently. The functional test results show that the Mobile Web-based E-member application developed can be used to manage member data, discussion forums and KTA.Keywords: E-member; Mobile Web Application; Golongan Karya Party; Extreme Programming AbstrakTerdapat permasalahan pada Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) Partai Golongan Karya (Golkar) di Sumatera Selatan dalam mengelola data keanggotaan partai, yaitu sistem yang sedang digunakan saat ini tidak optimal dalam penataan dokumen dan arsip keanggotaan. Selain itu, pencarian data anggota baik yang masih aktif maupun yang sudah tidak aktif juga menjadi sulit dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Aplikasi E-anggota DPD Partai Golkar Sumatera Selatan berbasis Mobile Web menggunakan metode Extreme Programming yang diharapkan mampu membantu manajemen Partai dalam mengelola data anggota secara effektif dan efisien. Hasil pengujian fungsional menunjukkan aplikasi E-anggota berbasis Mobile Web yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan untuk mengelolah data anggota, forum diskusi, dan KTA.

Abstract

The Department of Industry of Palembang City does not yet have an effective data presentation system, so presenting data to make decisions takes a long time. This research aims to utilize Business Intelligence to visualize data and map cases of small and medium industries in the food sector in Palembang City using Tableau, which is one of the Business Intelligence platforms to assist in viewing and understanding data. With this research, management can visualize the case of small and medium industries in the food sector in Palembang City. The results of data processing show that the Small and Medium Industry area of the food sector dominates in the city of Palembang. This makes it easy to display IKM visualizations and helps in managing data easily and in an integrated manner.Keywords: Business Intelligence; Visualization; Small and Medium Industry in the Food Sector; Tableau AbstrakDinas Perindustrian Kota Palembang belum memiliki sistem penyajian data yang efektif, sehingga penyajian data untuk mengambil keputusan memerlukan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan memanfaatan Bussines Intellegence untuk Visualisasi data dan pemetaan kasus industri kecil menengah sektor pangan di Kota Palembang menggunakan Tableau, yang merupakan salah satu platform Bussines Intelligence untuk membantu dalam melihat dan memahai data. Dengan adanya peneletian ini, manajemen dapat memvisualisasikan data aktivitas Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) sektor pangan di Kota Palembang. Hasil pengolahan data memperlihatkan wilayah Industri Kecil Menengah sektor pangan yang mendominasi di kota Palembang.
