Abstract

The computer lab is one of the media facilities for learning and research at the University of Bina Darma Palembang, where the performance of the computer labs greatly affect the quality possessed by a laboratory computer, to maintain the performance of a computer lab needed a strategy to continue to enhance the development of the computer lab. Utilization of cloud computing for data storage, application software together as well as the use of infrastructure and hardware on a computer network. The design of cloud computing for computer laboratorium Universitas Bina Darma Palembang aimed at a preliminary design for a computer lab development as a center of learning and research for faculty and students. The design uses a cloud computing service model of Software as a Service (SaaS) and using the model of private cloud computing.

Abstract

Local government education offices Ogan Ilir is the government agency that is engaged in education. Local government education offices Ogan Ilir Inventory goods are now using Information Systems, but has not used a special program to summarize all the information. Given the high level of knowledge of data loss due to mutation and retired employees, the education office there is no one system that can organize, collect, document and knowledge transfer data into information. This situation raises awareness of the importance of the application of process knowledge system (Knowledge Management Sytem). Expected to facilitate the Education Office in processing the inventory of goods, knowledge-coordinated and well-organized. Based on the description above, the authors conducted a study with the title "Designing Knowledge Management Systems In Local Government Education Office Ogan Ilir”.

Abstract

The development of information technology is not only beneficial for humans, but often also used for negative purposes. Crime by utilizing digital image technology is very easy to do using a computer, so it is not surprising if more and more cases of cybercrime occur. The spread of digital images on social media in the form of images or videos raises public anxiety that these images or videos cannot be considered reliable evidence, because both images and videos can be easily engineered. The purpose of this study is to analyze a digital image that has been manipulated or engineered using a particular software or program. Image manipulation techniques that will be used are: Image splicing, copy-move, and retouching images. While the analysis tool uses the ELA method introduced by Krawetz which is available online from the website (https://29a.ch/photo-forensics/#forensic-magnifier) ​​and Jpegsnoop software.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Hotel Telaga Biru Pagaralam, aims to create a new system that can overcome the problems that occur in the Hotel, especially in terms of booking rooms. The current room booking system is still done manually, which is still recorded in the book when guests check in until check out, then it is given a receipt as proof of payment in advance to the guest according to the length of the guest staying. In addition to coming directly customers can book a room by contacting the hotel by phone. For this, researchers are doing the action of making a system engineering information-based hotel reservation with the system development strategy using the Web engineering method, the tools used in the design are Unified Modelling Language (UML), in the development of this application authors use the PHP and MySql programming language as the Database of room booking systems. This system generates a system that allows customers and hotel to make bookings.

Abstract

Abstract : Wi-Fi technologies are widely used generally using IEEE 802 wireless standardization. 11a/b/g which works at a frequency of 2.4 GHz. These devices are found in almost all places, such as in offices – Government offices, private companies, entertainment venues, and educational venues. Currently the need for Wi-Fi (wireless fidelity) is very much needed, because nowadays many gadget devices that have been equipped with Wi-Fi so that with Wi-Fi Everyone can access the Internet everywhere. Based on the results of a field survey conducted on the WLAN network in the office of the Dinas Pendidikan Kayuagung in South Sumatera, from all computer units in the office is connected to the Internet through a network cable or wireless network, that the wireless network felt is still less optimal because there are some areas that are not covered or affordable by the Wi-Fi network. The researcher aims to redesign and rebrand Wi-Fi networks based on the scope of the area to be more optimal. While the research method to be used is the method PPDIOO (Prepare Plan Design Implement Operate and Optimize).

Abstract

Malware salah satu virus yang memiliki banyak cara dalam menginfeksi sebuah data dan dapat memberikan kerusakan yang berbahaya, seperti yang terjadi pada salah satu rumah sakit ternama, dimana malware menyerang seluruh data yang ada sehingga data tidak dapat diakses kembali oleh pihak yang terkait. Malware bukan hanya menyerang data, tetapi dapat merusak sistem operasi yang sedang digunakan karena rentan untuk disusupi, salah satunya adalah sistem operasi windows. Malware sangat sulit di intifikasi dengan file data yang asli jika tidak menggunakan bantuan tools analisis, dengan hal tersebut penelitian akan melakukan analisis dan pengujian terhadap tingkah laku malware, sehingga dapat diketahui pola dan jenis malware dengan 2 metode analisis yaitu metode surface analisis (Pestudio, Strings, Exeinfo dan Virus) dan runtime analisis ( Regshot, CaptureBAT, Noriben Malware Analysis). Analisa yang dilakukan menciptakan lingkungan kerja sebagai tempat uji coba, sehingga tidak menggangu sistem utama yang telah berjalan. Dengan uji coba yang dilakukan, jadi didapatkan bahwa File dengan nama "games.exe” dapat dikatakan malware karena memiliki strings dan dapat menggandakan diri ke folder system32 yang dibuktikan dengan MD5.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi pengolahan data yang cepat dan akurat sangat dibutuhkan oleh sebuah perusahaan ataupun kantor pemerintahan terutama pada Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika (BMKG) kota Palembang Pengolahan data peralatan yang digunakan masih menggunakan Aplikasi Komputer biasa yaitu Microsoft Word dan Excel , Penggunaan paket aplikasi tersebut dirasakan kurang memadai karena aplikasi tersebut tidak dapat mengelompokkan sejumlah data dengan kriteria-kriteria tertentu, misalnya laporan data daftar inventaris stasiun berdasarkan kegunaan dan jenis peralatan. Selain itu data antar tabel tidak dapat direlasikan sehingga akan menimbulkan redundancy data hal ini dirasa kurang efisien membuat waktu menjadi sedikit terhambat, tentunya pada laporan peralatan inventaris tersebut. Untuk itu perlu penerapan pengolahan data peralatan inventaris yang lebih baik dan cepat dengan membangun sebuah aplikasi pengolahan data inventaris, metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode prototype, Metode sangat ini cocok digunakan untuk mengembangkan sebuah perangkat yang akan dikembangkan Kembali. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem inventaris peralatan yang dapat memudahkan pegawai dalam mendata barang inventaris serta memudahkan pegawai dalam membuat laporan data barang inverntaris.
