Abstract

Universitas Bina Darma is a university that has a vision to become an international standard university driven by innovations in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The aim of this research is to support the vision of Universitas Bina Darma by creating an inventory information system for the university-wide implementation. The research uses Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) which defines the data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, and its implementation. EAP consists of four levels, where by the top level is planning initiation, the second level consists of two stages namely business modeling, and current systems and technology, the third level consists of three stages of data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture. Lastly, the bottom level is implementation or migration plans. The results of this research is in the form of the Inventory Information Systems that has several menus, among others: procurement menu, maintenance menu, move transfer menu, space menu, loan space menu, asset menu and request menu. This Inventory Information System facilitates the faster processing of inventory data so as to produce quality report  that is timely available when needed by the leadership, as well as facilitates the supervision of existing inventory.

Abstract

This research aimed to construct the meaning of longing for the tradition of ngirup cuko pempek as a friendship communication for the people of Palembang in the Covid-19 pandemic era. This longing communication research is qualitative one. The object of research, namely the behaviour of longing for tradition ngirup cuko pempek. The research subjects are Palembang residents who often travel out of town. The research data used participated observation, interview and documents analysis obtained from informants. The data analysis technique used an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results of the research showed, 1) Ngirup cuko is the local wisdom and eating culture of Palembang citizens; 2) The meaning on the longing philosophy on ngirup cuko pempek shows love for the traditions identity of the region, kinship and togetherness, the friendship, as well as typically Palembang culinary promotion.

Abstract

Tik Tok is an application that provides unique and interesting special effects that users of this application can easily use to create cool short videos that can attract the attention of many people who see it. The Tik Tok application is a Chinese social network and music video platform that was launched in September 2016. This application is a short video creation application with music support that is very popular with many people, including adults and minors. This Tik Tok application can also make its users known or famous. The existence of adolescents is important in socializing. The existence of teenagers is also a symbol that teenagers can get along and choose connections with other people. Existing for a teenager is a pleasure in itself. Because its existence is often connoted with pleasant things. For example, having lots of friends and connections, being an important person and some of the pleasures of being with other teenagers like being able to express themselves freely and doing things that are trending for other teenagers. This is what makes the lifestyle of teenagers in general change. They try to always exist so that sometimes they are too exaggerated and wrong in their search for existence. This research uses a qualitative research type with a phenomenological approach, and the location of the research is at Syulthan Thaha Saifuddin State Islamic University Jambi, and the data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentation, data sources are taken from local officials, and interviews with users of the Tiktok application. Abstract

The existence of TikTok social media has created a new phenomenon among youth. An influencer is also known as someone who has the ability to influence other people in making decisions to buy a product. TikTok influencers are people who are famous for having a fairly high popularity, namely by having a large number of followers, which is tens to hundreds of thousands. Someone is said to be an influencer because of the large number of followers or fans on TikTok and this can also be seen from the interesting video content that is liked by other TikTok users. Influencers use TikTok to build their personal brand according to their skills and interests. Based on gender, influencers are divided into several types, namely travel influencers, fashion influencers, food influencers, lifestyle/socialite influencers, comedy influencers, and beauty influencers. TikTok @andinishidqin05 has around 56.4K followers and 1.8 million likes (as of July 14, 2022). The author sees Andini Shidqin Maza has something interesting as an influencer. It can be seen from his who has 56.4 thousand followers and can form good personal branding on TikTok so that he can attract the attention of several big brands in Indonesia to use his services as endorsers. Abstract

Communication in education sector carried out by teachers and student, The main requirements are creation and communication of an effective learning and communicators in delivering learning material. Since December 2019, during the Covid-19 Pandemic, it is necessary to apply appropriate communication strategies in delivering learning materials. This study aims to reveal the Communication Strategy in Online Teaching Learning Process During Pandemic Covid-19. The subject was student and teacher in 6 th grade Xaverius 4 Palembang Elementary school. This research used descriptive qualitative research, data collection techniques used observation by reviewing online teaching and learning activities, interviews with 6 teachers as key informant and data analysis using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. As the result, the Teacher Communication Strategy that was produced in an Effort to Improve Student Learning Process at SD Xaverius 4 Palembang During the Covid-19 Pandemic period using online communication media and social media, Zoom and Whatsapp.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted for formulate strategies that will be proposed to support the implementation of the human resources information system that has been carried out at PT Asphalt Bangun Sarana. Respondent data obtained through a questionnaire from the results of the questionnaire can be analyzed using the SWOT method and then mapped with 3 stages of change management, (Lewin's Model). From the results of the mapping, strategic priorities will be obtained using the AHP decision-making technique. the results of the AHP, strategic priorities were obtained for infrastructure improvement and human resource planning for the unfreezing stage, changes to the application system and SOP updates at the movement to the state stage and finally in the refreezing stage, prioritizing routine and ongoing matters like a training for all employees. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi-strategi yang akan digunakan untuk mendukung implementasi sistem informasi sumber daya manusia (human resources information system) yang telah dilakukan di PT Asphalt Bangun Sarana. Data responden diperoleh melalui kuesioner dari hasil kuesioner tersebut dapat dianalisis dengan metode SWOT dan selanjutnya dipetakan dengan 3 tahap manajemen prubahan yaitu Lewin’s Model. Dari hasil pemetaan tersebut selanjutnya akan di peroleh prioritas strategi dengan menggunakan Teknik pengambilan keputusan Analisis Hirarchy Prosess.  Dari hasi analisis tersebut diperoleh prioritas strategi pada peningkatan infrastruktur dan perencanaan sumber daya manusia untuk tahap unfreezing, perubahan sistem aplikasi dan pembaharuan Prosedur-prosedur opaerasional (SOP) pada tahap movement to the state dan terakhir pada tahap refreezing adalah dengan mengutamkan kegiatan rutin dan berkelanjutan.contohnya pelatihan untuk semua karyawan.

Abstract

Persuasive communication will be effective if it can influence someone's attitude. Palembang Branch of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is trying to persuade traders at Padang Selasa Market through socialization that has been carried out to educate and make traders aware of being able to take part in the labor social security program. This research aims to determine the persuasive communication of the Palembang branch of the BPJS Ketenagakerjan program for traders at the Padang Selasa Market. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. Using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. This research uses AIDDA theory to measure the effectiveness of persuasive communication used by the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan team when socializing with traders at the Padang Selasa Market. The results of this research are that the persuasive communication applied in socialization to Padang Selasa Market traders is quite effective seen from the persuasive communication techniques used and measured using AIDDA theory

Abstract

PF Entertainment is a community of lovers of Korean-style modern dance or Korean Dance Cover which uses the mass media Instagram as an information medium for the public to introduce their existence and activities. However, as time goes by, this media competes with other media such as TikTok, which is currently very popular. The aim of this research is to utilize knowledge of Instagram media in introducing the existence and activities of PF Entertainment. This study uses a qualitative method. The theory used is Effective Communication Techniques. The result of this research is that by using Instagram, of course the admin always updates the activities carried out with 2 to 7 pieces of information in one month so that followers can follow and find out about developments in the PF Entertainment community.
