Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and communication on work productivity of the Padang Job Training Center (BLK) employees. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, so that from the population there are 59 respondents, the data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the variables of work discipline and communication on work productivity of the Padang Job Training Center (BLK) employees obtained Y = 6.747 + 0.931 X1 + 0.178 X2 + e. The results of the t-test that were carried out showed that the variables of work discipline and communication had a significant effect on the work productivity of the Padang Job Training Center (BLK) employees. The results of the F test proved that the variables of work discipline and communication had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the work productivity of the Padang Job Training Center (BLK) employees. This can be proven by the value of Fcount > Ftable or 534,421 > 3.16 and a significant level of 0.000 Alpha (α) 0.05 while the coefficient of determination is 94.8%. (BLK) Padang, while the remaining 5.2% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of remuneration and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously on the performance of the employees of RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang In the Scope of the Directorate of Finance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used was total sampling so that the entire population was used as a sample in this study as many as 74 nurses, the data collection methods used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and library reviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the t test, it is known that remuneration (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.042 <0.05 and the value of tcount (2.066) > ttable (1.666) organizational commitment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with significant value 0.000 <0.05 and tcount (6.115) > ttable (1.666). Based on the results of the F test, it is known that the remuneration variable (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance together with a value of Fcount (26.029) > Ftable (3.13) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. While the results of the coefficient of determination test obtained an Adjusted R-Square value of 0.407. This means that the ability of the remuneration variable (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) in explaining employee performance variables is 40.7% while the remaining 49.3% is explained by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan dan pengembangan SDM secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kompetensi kerja pemerintahan Nagari Kudu Ganting Barat, Kecamatan V Koto Timur Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total Sampling, sehingga dari populasi tersebut terdapat sampel sebanyak 42 responden, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linear berganda, variabel pendidikan dan pengembangan SDM terhadap kompetensi kerja pemerintahan Nagari Kudu Ganting Barat didapatkan nilai Y= -0, 001 + 0,307 X1 + 0,676 X2 + e. Hasil uji t yang didapatkan bahwa variabel pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi kerja pemerintahan Nagari Kudu Ganting Barat dengan nilai signifikansi 0,014 ≤ 0,05, variabel pengembangan SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi kerja pemerintahan Nagari Kudu Ganting Barat dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 ≤ 0,05. Hasil uji F diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 ≤ 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel pendidikan dan pengembangan SDM secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi kerja pemerintahan Nagari Kudu Ganting Barat. Hasil koefisien determinasi didapat dari nilai Adjusted R square sebesar 68,8 % sedangkan sisanya 31,2 % dijelaskan oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Carrier Development (pengembangan karir) dan Employee Welfare (kesejahteraan karyawan) terhadap Work Spirit (semangat kerja) pada SPPBE PT. Gubah Lingkungan Serasi di Kecamatan Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kuantitatif Deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling, yang mana seluruh populasi dalam penelitian ini diambil sebagai sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan regresi, yaitu Y = 4,839 + 0,225X1 + 0,396X2 + e. Dari hasil uji t yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa variabel Carrier Development berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Work Spirit pada SPPBE PT. Gubah Lingkungan Serasi di Kecamatan Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, karena uji t menghasilkan nilai thitung  >  ttabel 3.112 > 1,677 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003 < 0,05, sedangkan untuk variabel Employee Welfare ditemukan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Work Spirit pada SPPBE PT. Gubah Lingkungan Serasi di Kecamatan Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, karena uji t menghasilkan nilai thitung  >  ttabel, yaitu sebesar 5,906 > 1,677 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dari hasil uji F terbukti bahwa Carrier Development dan Employee Welfare secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Work Spirit pada SPPBE PT. Gubah Lingkungan Serasi di Kecamatan Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, karena uji F menghasilkan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel, yaitu sebesar 21,671 > 3,20 dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Disamping itu, untuk hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 45,8% dan sisanya sebesar 54,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of communication and work supervision on the work productivity of the employees of the Nagari Batu Manjulur Government, Kupitan District, Sijunjung Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. the population totaled 62 employees, so that from this population there were a sample of 62 respondents, using probability sampling technique and sampling using saturated samples. Data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires and library research. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test, f test and the coefficient of determination. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the variables of communication and work supervision partially and simultaneously on the work productivity of Nagari Batu Manjulur Government employees, Kupitan District, Sijunjung Regency, obtained Y = 1.874 + 0.884X1 + 0.446X2 + e the results of the t-test conducted found that the communication variable has a significant effect on the work productivity of Nagari Batu Manjulur Government employees, Kupitan District, Sijunjung Regency because the t test produces a tcount > ttable 11.766 > 1.671 and a significant 0.000< 0.05 the work supervision variable has a significant effect on the work productivity of Nagari Batu Manjulur Government employees, Kupitan District, Sijunjung Regency, because the t test produces a t count > t table, namely 8.131 > 1.671 and a significant 0.000 < 0.05 the f test results prove that communication and work supervision simultaneously have a significant effect on the work productivity of Nagari Batu Manjulur Government employees, Kupitan District, Sijunjung Regency, because the F test produces Fcount > Ftable, namely 509.931 > 3.153 and a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. while the results of the coefficient of determination were 94.4%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how consumer purchasing decisions at KFC Veteran Padang City Branch are influenced by physical evidence, reliability and responsiveness. This research is correlational research with a quantitative approach. In this study, data was obtained by filling out questionnaires and interviews. This research used 100 respondents as samples using the Simple Random Sampling technique. This research uses multiple regression analysis to analyze the data and uses SPSS 21 to process the data. The main results are: 1). Tangible variables (X1) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions 2). The reliability variable does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, 3). The responsiveness variable does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the simultaneous F test, the variables physical evidence, reliability and responsiveness influence purchasing decisions at KFC Veteran Branch. The results of the R square test can be explained by the independent variable, namely 30% of purchasing decisions and the remaining 70% can be explained by other variables not included in this research model.
