Abstract

Anemia in pregnancy is one of the risks to watch out for because it can affect the health of the mother and fetus. One factor of anemia in pregnant women is maternal disobedience in consuming iron (Fe) supplements. The purpose of this research was to determine the correlation of side effects of iron (Fe) supplement with the compliance of pregnant mother TM III in Work Area Cukir Public Health Center, Diwek District, Jombang Regency. The design of this research used an analytic survey with a retrospective cohort approach in Work Area Cukir public Health Center in Diwek District, Jombang Regency on June 27 2018 to August 27 2018. The independent variable in this research was Side Effects and dependent variable compliance.Population in this research is pregnant mother TM III and was used simple random sampling technique from the population of 94, there were 76 Instrument respondents who used recall data and interview guide. This research uses Chi-Square statistical test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that most of the 58 (76.3%) pregnant mother experienced side effects of nausea and vomiting and constipation and found that most 51 (67.1%) were not compliant in consumption iron (Fe) supplements. Analysis of the results of this research with the Chi-Square test showed there was a correlation between the side effects of iron (Fe) supplementation and the compliance of pregnant mother TM III in Work Area Cukir Public Health Center, Diwek District, Jombang Regency, the value (p value = 0,000<ɑ = 0,05). value (r) 0,513 moderate relationship level. The dose of iron (Fe) supplements above 60 mg can cause side effects that are not acceptable in pregnant mother resulting in non-compliance in drug use. Pregnant mother need to consumption Fe tablets during pregnancy, because maternal iron needs increase during pregnancy.

Abstract

Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in Indonesia is 22.23 per 1000 live births where neonatal mortality contributes 59% of infant deaths.The purpose of this research is to find a risk factors neonatal jaudience in neonates in Kediri Hospital. Design the research uses design descriptive research with a single variable the risk factors neonatal jaudience on neonates. Included in this study is a neonates with neonatal jaudience in Kediri Hospital on Januari - December 2015 about 34 respondents to technique sampling using a total of sampling. Data collection with record medical research conducted on 12-17 December 2016. Data analysis uses data analysis descriptive.The risk factors neonatal jaudience, among other : from the age of gestation, neonates preterm 19 ( 56 % ), aterm 15 (44%); the heavy born, neonates BBLR 24 ( 71 % ), normal weight 10 (29%); the sexes, neonates men 20 ( 59 % ), women 14 (41%); the complications, neonates with complications ( asphyxia / sepsis / sefalhematoma ) 24 ( 71 % ) and without complications ( asphyxia / sepsis / sefalhematoma ) 10 (29%); the breastfeeding, neonates were breastfed <8x/hari 7 (21%),neonates were breastfed ≥8x/hari 27 (79%). Neonatal jaudience most occur in neonates preterm, neonates with a weight low birth, neonates men, and neonates with complications ( asphyxia /sepsis / sefalhematoma ) and almost all occur in neonates given ASI ≥8x/day.

Abstract

Kehamilan merupakan faktor risiko Covid-19. Pemberian vaksinasi Covid-19 dapat membantu mengurangi risiko infeksi SARS-CoV-2 dan mencegah kejadian morbiditas dan mortalitas pada ibu hamil. Hal ini sesuai dengan rekomendasi dari pemerintah Indonesia yang menyatakan bahwa ibu hamil tetap mendapatkan vaksinasi Covid-19. Namun demikian, ibu hamil memiliki kondisi fisiologis berbeda sehingga menimbulkan kekhawatiran adanya efek samping merugikan yang bisa terjadi bagi ibu atau janinnya setelah divaksinasi. Didukung masih sedikitnya hasil penelitian di Indonesia yang melaporkan mengenai kejadian efek samping pada ibu hamil pasca vaksinasi Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran efek samping pemberian vaksin Covid-19 pada ibu hamil. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 01-10 Juli 2022 di Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Kusuma Pertiwi Kepung Kediri. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 100 ibu hamil yang sudah divaksinasi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 ibu hamil memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengolahan data melalui tahapan editing, coding dan tabulating. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hampir seluruhnya mengalami efek samping lokal yaitu sebesar 47 responden (94%) dan sebagian kecil mengalami efek samping sistemik yaitu sebesar 3 responden (6%). Vaksinasi Covid-19 tidak memiliki efek samping yang membahayakan bagi kondisi kesehatan ibu dan janin. Memiliki manfaat vaksinasi lebih besar untuk melindungi ibu dan janin dari penyakit Covid-19 yang parah sehingga vaksinasi Covid-19 dapat direkomendasikan kepada ibu hamil dengan pertimbangan manfaat yang didapatkan lebih besar dibanding risiko potensial atau efek samping yang akan dialami oleh ibu hamil setelah pemberian vaksinasi Covid-19.
