Abstract

In an effort to improve empowerment of creative economy, enterpreneurship and management for small business and cooperation is the basis for author to improve the empowerment through training. Training is one of the way to improve the competence of people for generating optimal performance that suitable with the expectation. The study was conducted by using survey method with interview, observation techniques, and questionnaires. The title of this community service activity is Enterpreneurship Training for Small Business and Cultivated Cooperative at Rusunawa Cipinang Besar Selatan. The purpose of this activity is to develop an improve the enterpreneurship as well as improving the management skills of small business and cooperation at Rusunawa Cipinang Besar Selatan. This activity are developing enterpreneurship, market and marketing analysis, business management, partnership, production efficiency, financial management, and business proposal can be useful in developing the business. Abstract

Social media is an effective tool for millennials to learn many things nowadays. However, not all millennials understand how to use social media as a something useful, including entrepreneurial spirit. Therefore, this programme held to 1) emerge teenagers ‘entrepreneurial spirit through social media; 2) socialize social media ethics with its functions for learning. The method used was cooperative learning which matched for teenagers such as explanation, games, question and answer, sharing experience, case study, and discussion. Based on activities evaluation, both knowledge and spirit of the participants (teenagers) about entrepreneurship and social media ethics increased. Furthermore, there will be follow up programs by visiting some entrepreneurship facilities such as Management Business Development Centre (PPMB), Carrier Development Centre (CDC), and Capital Market Laboratory of Economics Faculty Universitas Negeri Jakarta. By this program, we expect that the participants are motivated to develop their entrepreneurship spirit. Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Teenager, Social Media

Abstract

MODEL EVALUASI KIRIKPATRICK DAN APLIKASINYADALAM PELAKSANAAN PELATIHAN (LEVEL REAKSI DAN PEMBELAJARAN)DI PUSAT PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN PERUM JAKARTAHania AminahFakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri JakartaEmail: haniaaminah@gmail.comABSTRACTIn order to avoid the inefficiency of the training, the training should be measured. Theresearch aim to determine the effectiveness of information and training through theimplementation of the evaluation model is to implement two levels which consist of reactionsand learning levels, using Kirkpatrick’s model. This research was conducted at the Learningand Training Center of Central Jakarta, with a sample of all participants of training. Datacollection using a questionnaire that has been tested by using content validity, whereas testsuse SPSS.The results showed that the reaction of trainees are satisfied with the implementation of thetraining that was conducted and the results are good and improving learning are assessedfrom the pre-test and post-test. The resulting increase in the difference was significant, butwhen viewed from the aspect of knowledge, understanding and application, the result of thedifference increased, but not significantly.Keywords: Training, Evaluation, Kirkpatrick Model, Employees

Abstract

The purpose of this study are 1) determining the description of the workload, career development and job satisfaction in PT Askrindo, 2) testing empirically the effect of career development on job satisfaction at PT Askrindo, 3) testing empirically the effect of workload on job satisfaction at PT Askrindo, 4) empirically examining the influence of career development and workloads together on job satisfaction at PT Askrindo. Research conducted on 84 employees of PT Askrindo. The data collection technique using a survey method that is distributed questionnaires and processed by SPSS. This study used a descriptive analysis and explenatory. Results of regression showed that there is a significant positive effect between career development and job satisfaction, and there is a significant negative effect between workload and job satisfaction. Career development and work load together affect the job satisfaction of employees. Keywords: Job satisfaction, career development, workload.

Abstract

In order to overcome the problem of unemployment in Indonesia as well as improving the competence of the students, it is the basis for the writer to be able to increase competence, through training. Training is one of to improve a person's competency with the aim to produce optimal performance in line with expectations. The aim of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of soft skills training for the competence of student at Faculty of Economics State University of Jakarta. The study was conducted by using descriptive and explanatory survey. The data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study showed that the effectiveness of soft skills training has a positive and significant impact on student competence, where the influence of an impact on a student's self-concept, increase motifs, and knowledge, so that students have the competence to speak in public.
