Abstract

This study aims to determine the process and results of counseling conducted by a counselor to a single subject who suffers from acute mental anxiety disorder through personal counseling based on the CBT Cognitive Behavior Therapy technique. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method, namely by explaining the process carried out by counselors when providing counseling to clients who suffer from mental anxiety disorders and the results obtained. The results of the first study obtained were the results of a diagnosis which showed that there were symptoms of mental anxiety based on strange habits that the client often did. These habits are in the form of touching objects around him strangely such as walls, fences, doors and electricity poles repeatedly, washing the body repeatedly more than the amount prescribed by religion when performing ablution, entering and exiting the bathroom several times and tying and removing curtains regularly. unreasonably repeated. Then the second, the counseling process that is carried out is the counselor providing personal counseling to clients by changing the client's anxious feelings through the Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach or replacing the client's irrational thinking that triggers mental anxiety with rational thinking. Furthermore, the third is the result of the counseling process, namely the client has rarely carried out these unnatural habits, even gradually these habits have disappeared.Keyword : Personal Counseling, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Anxiety

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan model literatur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskrpisikan bagaimana mengembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini, (2) mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan sosial emosional anak usia dini, (3) mendeskripsikan cara mengembangkan kecerdasan sosial emosional anak usia dini melalui keteladanan. Hal tersebut sangat penting karena kecerdasan interpersonal dan kecerdasan emosional pada anak usia dini tidak dimiliki oleh anak secara alami, tetapi harus ditumbuhkan dan dikembangkan oleh orang tua maupun pendidik PAUD dengan mengambangkan aspek sosial dan emosi anak usia dini. Itulah sebabnya diperlukan berbagai metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkannya. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan orang tua maupun pendidik PAUD dalam mengembangkan aspek sosial dan emosi pada anak usia dini, yaitu melalui keteladanan. Kegiatan keteladanan yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengembangkan sosial emosional anak usia dini antara lain keteladanan beribadah, berhubungan dengan orang lain, bekerja dan menyelesaikan masalah, berpakaian, gaya hidup, cara belajar, menyikapi lingkungan, dan banyak yang lainnya.Kata Kunci: sosial emosional, keteladanan

Abstract

The development of counseling theory can be seen from the findings made by researchers who I am to be able to solve human problems in accordance with the times. Ranging from classical to contemporary theory continues to add to the list of discoveries made by thinkers in the field of counseling. Criticisms and inputs made by current researchers on the theories of previous scientists are a scientific activity that has a positive impact on the development of science. This study aims to develop a contemporary counseling method, namely Motivational Interviewing from William R. Miller. This research method uses a literature review by reviewing various literatures including literature found in libraries, google books, and google scholar. So that the motivational counseling interviewing counseling method can be developed and relate it to the Islamic approach with the concept of the piety model from Syafiq Falah Alwaney’s theory then an effort and tawakkal approach is added to perfect the concept of developing this counseling method. We hope that by developing a contemporary counseling method from the West, namely Motivational Interviewing using the Islamic approach, the Takwa, Ikhtiar, and Tawakkal model or abbreviated as MIMTIT can be applied by counselors in the counseling process so that the counselee is able to make efforts to change with the motivation that has been found in him, then put his trust in Allah SWT. to the provisions that will occur during the transformation of the changes made.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas teori bimbingan konseling trait and factor yang dievaluasi dan dikembangkan menjadi bimbingan konseling islam dengan menggunakan metode literature review (meninjau literature yang terdapat di google books, gonggle scholar dan perpustakaan). Teori Trait and factor adalah teori yang berupaya untuk membantu individu membuat keputusan dengan cara mencocokkan trait (ciri) dengan factor (faktor) dalam konseling. Dalam penerapannya teori ini melibatkan sumber-sumber intelektual (berfikir secara jernih dengan berlandaskan pada pengetahuan saja) tanpa melibatkan peran kecerdasan emosional dalam pengambilan keputusan pada konseli. Padahal kecerdasan emosional yang matang dibutuhkan dalam diri individu dalam pengambilan keputusan (decision making) yang tepat. Peneliti juga menerapkan teori Al-Ghazali yaitu relasi antara dan hati dalam pengembangan bimbingan konseling islam agar berkonstribusi satu sama lain. Hal tersebut bertujuan agar konseli mampu dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang sedang dihadapi dengan tidak melupakan nilai-nilai islam serta melibatkan Allah dalam setiap permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi.

Abstract

Bullying is a phenomenon that occurs in various environments, including in Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to describe bullying behavior that occurs at the Ulumul Qur'an Bebesen Islamic Boarding School, Central Aceh. The data for this study were collected through observation, interviews given to pesantren students and staff. The results of the study show that bullying behavior is present in the context of this Islamic boarding school. Some forms of bullying observed include verbal abuse, psychological intimidation. The motivations behind this bullying behavior vary, including the desire to dominate, personal satisfaction, feelings of inferiority, and social differences. Factors that play a role in the occurrence of bullying at the Ulumul Qur'an Bebesen Islamic Boarding School include a lack of adequate supervision, a lack of understanding of the harmful effects of bullying, and a lack of efforts to address this problem. In addition, certain culture and social norms in Islamic boarding schools can also influence the prevalence of bullying behavior. This research highlights the importance of awareness and effective interventions to overcome the problem of bullying in Islamic boarding schools. Developing educational programs that teach about diversity, empathy, tolerance, and effective communication can help reduce bullying behavior. In addition, involving pesantren staff, parents and the community in efforts to prevent and deal with bullying is also an important step.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the proliferation of tahfidz programs in various schools, especially madrasas where students there come from a variety of different cultures. Cultural diversity not only shows cultural richness, differences in student growth and development environments trigger the emergence of prejudices that lead to delays in the learning process, less than optimal achievement and even mental stress experienced by students. This study uses a quantitative approach and a descriptive method of development (research and development) which is directed as a process used to develop and validate educational products (Borg and Gall, 1989). The product of this research is a personal social guidance and counseling program to improve students' adjustment abilities. This research was conducted at Sewon Muhammadiyah High School, Bantul, which implemented a tiered Tahfidz curriculum. The population of this research is class II students. The results showed that the personal social guidance and counseling program was significantly able to improve students' self-adjustment abilities to the Tahfidz curriculum. That is, the programs compiled have been able to increase understanding and awareness and maximize the potential possessed by students. Abstract

Nasihat yang baik merupakan nasihat yang mampu dicerna oleh setiap individu dan mampu meberikan efek yang baik pada khalayak yang menerima pesan tersebut. keberadaan Guru Bk dilingkungan pendidikan sangat penting adanya. Hal ini karena dengan keberadaannya banyak aspek yang terbantu sebagaimana tugas fungsinya. Tujuan pada penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui bagaimana layanan konseling individu yang dilakukan oleh Guru BK dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa melalui pendekatan mauidhah hasanah. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa layanan konseling individu melalui pendekatan mauidhah hasanah efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa. Keefektifan tersebut dapat terlihat dari proses peberian peringatan atau pengajaran kepada siswa agar terbebas dari segala kebodohan, dan  pengajaran tersebut dapat memberikan dan mengasilkan efek yang baik pada setiap peserta didik yang telah mengikuti layanan konseling individu.
