Abstract

College life cannot be separated from problems faced by students. This problem is one of the obstacles in completing the study. Droped out students are detrimental to higher education institutions because it will reduce the performance index and harm the students themselves. The purpose of the research is to produce a prediction system for students who will drop out of college using data mining by processing data from ITB Swadharma for the period 1992 to 2019 and modeling using the Chaid algorithm, the results are visualized with the tableau application. The results of the study reveal the fact that the study time is the main factor that influences the prediction of dropout students with a chi-square value of 15,714, factor of accreditation status with a chi-square value of 16,874, gender is the factor with a chi-square value of 5.292.

Abstract

MNC Vision is a company that has many divisions in it. In mechanical engineering division, there’s a problem in handling damage complaints from employees. Due to the lengthy procedure, the complaint handling often does not follow the applicable procedures, causing difficulties in preparing reports and determining priority. Based on analysis and field observations, the mechanical engineering division requires a helpdesk ticketing system that simplifies the process of registering damage, determining priorities and reporting to the management. Registration of complaints per day continues to grow and causes the need for a helpdesk ticketing system to be quite urgent, therefore researchers use the RAD Rapid Application Development method in designing to speed up system design time.MNC Vision sebuah perusahaan yang memiliki banyak divisi didalamnya. Dalam salah satu divisi yaitu mechanical engineering mengalami permasalahan dalam penanganan komplain kerusakan dari karyawan. Karena prosedur yang panjang, sering kali pelaporan kerusakan tidak mengikuti prosedur yang berlaku sehingga menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pembuatan laporan dan menentukan prioritas penanganan komplain. Berdasarkan Analisa dan observasi dilapangan, divisi mechanical engineering membutuhkan sebuah sistem helpdesk ticketing yang mempermudah proses pendaftaran kerusakan, penentuan prioritas dan pelaporan kepada pimpinan. Pedaftaran complaint perhari terus bertambah dan menyebabkan kebutuhan akan sistem ini cukup mendesak, oleh karena itu peneliti menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) dalam perancangan untuk mempercepat waktu perancangan sistem.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important asset as the main determinant of the company's success. Therefore, efforts to improve the effectiveness and performance of employees in a company are one of the important factors in improving company performance. This paper discusses how to evaluate the Knowledge management system and its development based on the evaluation results. The purpose of this study is to provide suggestions and directions for the development of KMS at PT. King Photo Group. The results of the analysis show that the performance of KMS is still not good at the interface, so it is necessary to focus on the development in that section. The author uses the PSSUQ (Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire) to evaluate and 8 Golden Rules as a reference at the development stage

Abstract

Along with the times and technology, computers are an electronic medium that plays a very important role, and continues to dominate various work processes in order to make it easier, more effective and efficient. PT. Vallery is a company engaged in the sale of fire extinguishers located in Jakarta. The orientation of this company is to meet the needs of the Indonesian people for practical, safe, environmentally friendly fire prevention and extinguishing devices that have received worldwide recognition. To smoothen its operations, it requires a system of selling goods that is right and able to attract consumers. PT. Vallery still experiences problems in presenting inventory reports and sales reports, because document storage is currently done manually using ledgers in the recording process. Searching for sales and inventory data takes a long time because you have to open the data stored in notes and ledgers, so that it has an effect on the slowness of the sales and reporting process.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology, humans have a desire to find out the latest information as quickly as possible. The desire arises so that between each computer can interact with each other and form a network. Making a web page as a provider of information on the internet, allows all the desired information to be displayed and accessed by everyone in all corners of the world through HTML. PT. Sarana Trans Sumatra, a company engaged in the field of Ship Freight Expedition (EMKL), serves EMKL shipments with Less Container Load (LCL) and Full Container Load (FCL) services. So far there have been problems in controlling goods due to the frequent occurrence of duplicate data and the lack of information on the whereabouts of goods to customers. A logistics delivery tracking information system is needed to track the position of goods, and provide precise and accurate data to improve customer service. The aim of the research is to design an information system that can provide information to customers regarding the status of goods shipments, control goods and present data accurately. Feasibility test results The system is designed technologically very feasible, easy to operate according to plan.Berkembang pesatnya teknologi informasi, manusia mempunyai keinginan untuk mengetahui informasi terbaru secepat mungkin. Timbul keinginan agar antara tiap komputer dapat berinteraksi satu sama lain dan membentuk jaringan. Pembuatan web page sebagai penyedia informasi di internet, memungkinkan Segala informasi yang diinginkan dapat ditampilkan maupun diakses oleh semua orang di segala penjuru dunia melalui bahasa HTML. PT. Sarana Trans Sumatera, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Ekspedisi Muatan Kapal Laut (EMKL), melayani pengiriman EMKL dengan layanan Less Container Load (LCL) dan Full Container Load (FCL). Sejauh ini terjadi kendala dalam pengontrolan barang dikarenakan sering terjadi nya duplikat data dan kurangnya informasi keberadaan barang kepada customer. Diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi Tracking pengiriman logistik untuk melacak posisi barang, dan memberikan data yang tepat serta akurat untuk meningkatkan pelayanan pelanggan. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk merancang sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat menyediakan informasi kepada pelanggan mengenai status pengiriman barang, melakukan pengontrolan barang dan menyajikan data secara akurat. Hasil uji Kelayakan Sistem yang dirancang secara teknologi sangat layak, mudah dioperasikan berjalan sesuai dengan rencana.

Abstract

Pada tanggal 2 Maret Tahun 2020, pemerintah mengumumkan ada dua kasus pasien positif Covid-19 di Indonesia, sebagai awal pandemi covid di Indonesia. Berbagai tindakan telah diambil oleh pemerintah untuk mengendalikan penyebaran Covid 19. Salah satunya adalah pembatasan sosial berskala besar bagi masyarakat. Berdasarkan data dari media bahwa laju pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia terjun bebas di tahun 2020. Pemerintah menyebutkan penyebabnya adalah adanya pembatasan sosial berskala besar. Diperlukan peran serta pemerintah, akademisi dan masyarakat untuk bersama sama membangkitkan ekonomi. Salah satu kegiatan ekonomi yang dilakukan adalah pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah. Untuk menggerakan usaha usaha UMKM ini diperlukan pemicu, wawasan dan motivasi dalam pengembangannnya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan seminar dan pelatihan bagi mahasiswa, masyarakat umum dan para UMKM tentang wawasan dan implementasi dari bisnis online. Pelatihan dilakukan secara online dan tatap muka dengan para mahasiswa dan pelaku UMKM dapat diterima dengan baik dan penuh antusias dari peserta, meski dilakukan dalam waktu yang terbatas.

Abstract

Every company has goals, plans, and dreams about the future of the company. This vision and mission can be achieved if there is a measurement strategy as a measuring tool for achieving the company's vision and mission. Purchasing KPI is assessed from the results of the assignment performance given starting from the assignment of purchase requests, and purchase orders to warehouse receipts put together in one report. This assessment is required regularly, be it annually, every six months, or every three months every month. The goal of this research is to design purchasing performance appraisal applications as a basis for assessing and evaluating performance target achievements. The research method uses qualitative research by collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and literature study. The results are in the form of a prototype of a performance appraisal application that makes it possible to monitor employee performance. The results of monitoring and assessment will be able to improve employee performance.Setiap perusahaan mempunyai  tujuan (goal), rencana (planning) dan impian (dream) tentang masa depan perusahaannya. Visi dan misi ini dapat dilakukan jika adanya strategi pengukuran sebagai alat ukur tercapainya visi dan misi perusahaan. KPI bagian purchasing dinilai dari hasil kinerja penugasan yang diberikan apakah tepat waktu mulai dari penugasan purchase request, purchase order sampai  warehouse receipt dijadikan dalam satu report. Penilaian ini dilakukan secara berkala, baik itu per tahun, per enam bulan, per tiga bulan hingga per bulan. Tujuan penelelitian adalah merancang aplikasi penilaian kinerja purchasing sebagai dasar dalam menilai dan mengevaluasi capaian target kinerja. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian berupa purwarupa aplikasi penilaian kinerja yang memungkinkan untuk memantau kinerja pengawai dan hasil pemantauan dan penilaian tersebut akan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
