Abstract

In Indonesia, the anemia prevention program for pregnant women is done by providing iron supplements as many as 90 tablets during pregnancy. However, many pregnant women refuse or do not comply with this recommendation for various reasons. The compliance of taking Fe tablets is less than 90% of iron tablets that should be taken. The compliance of pregnant women to take iron tablet is an important factor in ensuring an increase of hemoglobin levels of pregnant women. The right information and right method related to anemia become very important for the community and become very important in order to reduce the risk of maternal death. The purpose of this community service was to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about anemia, the impact of anemia, and the importance of fe tablets. The method was in the form of counseling and giving Fe tablets to pregnant women classes in Jatinom, Kec. Kanigoro, Kabupaten Blitar. The result showed the knowledge and compliance of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets were 5 participants (25%) in good category, 10 participants (50%) in fair category, 5 participants (25%) in lack category. After the counseling process, there was an increase in the knowledge and compliant to take the Fe tablet. There were15 participants (75%) in good category and 5 participants (25%) in moderate category.

Abstract

The most difficult period for women is going through a transition period in the post partum phase, such as changes in physically, psychologically, emotionally and socially. The existence of anxiety, panic attacks, fatigue, feelings guilty, the inability to take care of the baby and the absence of support from partners and family are the main factors causing the post partum blues. The purpose of this community service was to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about the post partum blues syndrome, the impact of post partum blues, introduction, and prevention as early as possible post partum blues. The method was n the form of counseling and providing education to a class of pregnant women in Jatinom village, Kanigoro, Blitar district. The result showed knowledge of pregnant women in the introduction of post partum blues syndrome were 5 participants (25%) in the good category, 5 participants (25%) in the sufficient category, 10 participants (50%) in the poor category. After the counseling, there was an increase in knowledge of the introduction of the post partum blues syndrome by 15 participants (75%) in the good category, 5 participants (25%) in the sufficient category.

Abstract

Corruption is a despicable act and a form of social disobedience of society. Corruption always has a bad impact on the life of the nation and state. Anti-corruption education from an early age is one of the powerful pillars in combating the dangers of corruption from an early age. The purpose of this community service program was to initiate anti-corruption values in the community from an early age. This community service activity was carried out by Lecturers of the Nursing and Midwifery Department in cooperation with the students of 2nd Semester of Nursing and Midwifery Department of STIKes Patria Husada Blitar. The activity were held on July 2022. The method used in this activity was a lecture session and question and answer about corrupting behavior in the school environment with leaflet media. The activities were carried out in accordance with the planning of the subject lesson. The activity was carried out on freshman at TKN Bendogerit 1 Blitar City, SDN 02 Plosokerep Kota Blitar, SMPN 1 Sanan Kulon, Blitar Regency and the Ibn Mas'ud Sum Islamic Boarding School Foundation Garum, Blitar Regency with the total number of students was 265 students.  The initiation of anti-corruption values must be carried out from an early age, starting from basic education to higher education. planting anti-corruption values in schools can strengthen the character of students, namely the initiation of the value of honesty, concern for others, responsibility, respect for others, discipline, simplicity, and fighting power or persistence in learning.

Abstract

Anemia in pregnancy was still one of the main health problems in Indonesia, the main cause of anemia in pregnant women was a lack of nutrients needed for erythrocyte synthesis, especially iron, folic acid and vitamin B12. One complete prevention of anemia was by gives moringa biscuits which can be consumed by pregnant women as an additional food or complementary food. The method used in implementation this community service was through 2 activities. The first activity was provided education to Jatinom posyandu cadres, Blitar Regency. The second activity was trained in make a Moringa biscuits. The results of the service showed that the knowledge of service participants before provided education was 50% cadres in the poor category, 30% cadres in the sufficient category, and 20% cadres in the good category. Knowledge after being given education was 80% cadres with good knowledge and 20% cadres with sufficient knowledge. Increasing health cadres' knowledge about anemia prevention will create positive rights for pregnant women because health cadres' knowledge will be transformed to pregnant women in their area. Apart from being transformed, health cadres will also support and accompany pregnant women in implemented anemia prevention. It was hoped that this will reduce the rate of anemia in pregnant women
