Abstract

Career development is the process of implementation (implementation) career planning. Employee career development can be done through two pathways, namely through education and training (Training) and through non-training (Weighman, 2002). Career development of an employee to occupy a position position is influenced by factors that include the attitude of employers and co-workers, experience, education, achievement, and factors fate. Research Labbase (2010) mentions factors that consists of education and training (training), work performance, work experience and expertise of employees simultaneously significant effect on career development. The problem that often arises is how to optimize career development in Central Java Training Agency. The results of research that education has positive influence on employee performance, the Training Agency of Central Java Province can develop and improve employee to follow training, Technical Guidance, Courses and Workshops, which is expected by the employees participated in some of these education can improve employee performance; Education positive influence on career development, career development of an employee. Discipline is not able to moderate education on job performance, Career development in Central Java Training Agency can be optimized through increased education, competence and job performance of employees. To enhance the career development of the Province of Central Java Training Agency may consider the education and competence of employees, because the view of the results of the study are positive influence between education and competency to career development.Key words : Antenseden Career Development in Central Java Training Agency

Abstract

The research was conducted on Kesbangpol dan Linmas Kota Salatiga with the aim to determine the effect of Quality of Work Life and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance. The research data obtained through questionnaires to 63 respondents who are employees of Kesbangpol dan Linmas Kota Salatiga using census. The results of the data obtained is processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with PLS Smart Program. The results show that quality of working life contributing positively and significantly to Employee Engagement and Employee Performance, also Employee Engagement contribute positively and significantly to Employee Performance.Keyword: Quality of Work Life, Employee Engagement , Employee Performance

Abstract

Global fenomena has condition a business activities must be manage more proffesional andinvolve the stakeholders. The traditional market as a public service have many competitiveat the future, like mini market and modern market. This study was designed to investigatepossibility of traditional market management to be region company especially on market institutionin Semarang municipality. The concept based on to revitalization of traditional marketmanagement to be health market. The population on this study are the buyers, the sellers,the communities, the assosiation of seller, and market coordinators. All of markets in Semarangmunicipality as a object of study. The amount of markets are 47 units. The variables ofstudy are focus on organization and human resources management, stakeholders, law, andbenchmarking. The study use descriptive approach with quantitative and qualitative analysis.The result show that organization structure and human resources capability of market institutionin Semarang municipality is not relevan with current condition. The organizational cannotcreate and support the competitiveness in industrial markets. Capability of human resourcesin market institution is not relevant for answer the era competitiveness. The recommendationof the study focus on reorganization of market institution and increase capability of humanresources management to increase market institution competitiveness.Keywords : Organization and Management, Regulations, Benchmarking, Traditional Market

Abstract

Human resources is a very important factor as a driver in the face of global current era. The competitiveness of an organization depends on human resources owned. Particularly associated with either organization and organizational commitment of teacher performance. This study aims to analyze the performance of the teachers SMK Negeri I Bawen Semarang District. Variables used in this study is to use a variable of transformational leadership and work ethic of Islam. Transformational leadership and the Islamic work ethic serves as the independent variable in analyzing the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri I Bawen Semarang District. In addition to these two variables, there are still other variables used in this research thatorganizational commitment variable that serves as an intervening variable. This research usesensus method with a number of respondents as much as 78 teachers at SMK Negeri I Bawen Semarang District. Teknik of data analysis used in this study using data analysis techniques using the sruktural equation model Smart PLS (Partial Least Squere ). The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership variables and the Islamic work ethic has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. Variable transformational leadership, Islamic work ethic and organizational commitment showed positive and significant impact onthe performance of teachers.Keywords :Transformational leadership, Islamic work ethic, organizational Commitment and teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and obtain empirical evidence of a significant effect of ethical leadership and psychological empowerment on satisfaction PPLP athletes Southeast Sulawesi , to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the significance of the influence of ethical leadership and psychological empowerment on the performance of athletes PPLP Southeast Sulawesi and to find the significance of the effect of satisfaction work on the performance of athletes PPLP Southeast Sulawesi . Problems in the lift in this study were 1 ) How does the performance athlete Ethical Leadership Southeast Sulawesi PPLP 2 ) How PsychologicalEmpowerment influence on performance ( achievement ) Athletes PPLP Southeast Sulawesi 3 ) How does Ethical Leadership on Job Satisfaction Athletes PPLP Southeast Sulawesi 4 ) how to influence Psychology Empowerment on Job Satisfaction Athletes PPLP Southeast Sulawesi 5 ) how does Job Satisfaction to Performance ( achievement ) Athletes PPLP Southeast Sulawesi.The research was conducted on athletes PPLP Southeast Sulawesi . Data was collected by questionnaire and literature with a number sampel to many 90 respondents consisting of 11 female respondents and 79 male respondents . The data analysis technique used is the Patrial Least Square (PLS) analysis is a powerful metoode therefore does not assume the data to be certain scale data, not need many assumptions and sample size should not be large . The results showed that ethical leadership variable had no significant effect on performance , psychologicalempowerment have a significant effect on performance , ethical leadership significant effect on satisfaction, psychological empowerment significant effect on satisfaction, and satisfaction have a significant effect on performance.Keywords : Ethical Leadership, Phsycological Empowertment, Satisfaction and Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test a model in which social capital and information technology predict innovative behaviour  and human resource performance. A total of 105 respondents completed questionnaires on social capital, information technology, innovative behaviour, and human resource performance. Results from structural equation modeling based smartPLS 3.0 confirmed that 1) social capital was positively related to innovative behaviour and human resource performance; 2) innovative behaviour was positively related to human resource performance; and 3) information technology moderated the relationships between innovative behaviour and human resource performance.Keywords:  Social    capital,    Innovative. behaviour, Information technology, Human resource performance.
