Abstract

This study aims to determine the skills of students in doing Passing Under Volleyball in Class VI students at SD Negeri 112 Seluma Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative which is carried out to determine the value of independent variables, either one or more (independent) variables without making comparisons or connecting with other variables. The population in this study were students who were in class VI SD Negeri 112 Seluma. Sampling in this study using total sampling, because the entire population was used as a sample of 32 students. The data analysis technique used is percentage. From the results of data analysis, description, testing of research results, and discussion, it can be concluded that the passing ability of Class VI students at SD Negeri 112 Seluma is at the level of qualification in the "good" category of 56.25 % (18 students), the "medium" category was 34.37% (11 students), and the "poor" category was 9.38% (3 students). So that it can be concluded that most of the Class VI students at SD Negeri 112 Seluma have been able to do underhand passes well.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the coordination of the ankles on the accuracy of shooting in soccer games in Sukasari Village club. The method used in this research is correlational quantitative method. The population in this study were 20 athletes in Sukasari Village, while the sample in this study were 20 athletes (all). The instruments in this study were the Standing Long Jump test, the Mitcel Soccer test, and the At The Ball shooting test. The data analysis requirements used were the Lillifors normality test and the homogeneity test. The data analysis used was the product moment correlation analysis with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the coordination of the ankles (X) on the shooting accuracy as indicated by rx1x2y = 0.920 r (0.5) (20) = 0.444.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Determine the level of forearm pass skills in volleyball learning in MAN 1 MODEL Bengkulu City. The method used in this research is to use quantitative descriptive analysis method, with the calculation of the study population used as research samples based on calculations in the form of numbers with statistical calculations. The population of this research is 30 students. The data collection technique in this study is a data processing technique that looks at the data analysis of forearm pass skills. The implementation in this study used was to provide an assessment in the form of time used during the test of forearm pass skills in volleyball and observing the implementation of the tests given, after which it was converted to T-score data to see the categories of volleyball forearm pass skills in MAN 1 MODEL Bengkulu City. From the results of the research analysis carried out, namely: 13 people (43.33%) were at a score of ≥ 47, 12 people (40.00%) were at a score of 40-46, 5 people (16.67%) were at a score of 27- 39, 0 people (0%) were in 17-26 and 0 people (%) were at a score 16. Based on the data, the results of the analysis show that the level of basic forearm pass skills in MAN 1 MODEL Bengkulu City is in the good category with an average score of 44.9 forearm pass.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of plyometric training and weight training with reaction speed toward limb muscle of male volleyball players. The method of the study was treatment design level 2 x 2 , where the independent variable was classified in two parts. The findings were: (1) overall, there is different significant effect of plyometric training and weight training toward limb muscle power of volleyball players (Fh = 0.58 <Ft = 4.00), (2) there is interaction between training methods and reaction speed toward limb muscle power of male volleyball players of SMA IQRO IT Bengkulu city (Fh = 28.39> Ft = 3.97), (3) volleyball players who have high speed reaction have better limb muscle power if using training method rather than training with the Plyometric training method (Fh = 5.35> Ft = 4.01). (4) Volleyball players who have low reaction speed have better limb muscle power if trained by weight training method (fh = 5.12> ft = 4.01). In Conclusion, volleyball players who have high reaction speed are more efficient trained by weight training, meanwhile volleyball players who have low reaction speed are more efficient trained by plyometric training Keyword: Plyometric Exercise Method, Reaction Speed, Power of Leg Muscles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of arm muscle strength to smash skills in the game of volleyball on extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 2 Seluma. This study uses the correlation method, which is a correlation analysis technique with product moment statistics, this study uses a sample of 24 students taken by purposive sampling technique. Students have the level of arm muscle strength in the adequate category with an average of 13.46 and the level of smash skills have a level of smash skills in the good category with an average of 18.33, t-count ≥ t-table is 7.62 ≥ 2 .07 at the significance level α = 0.05 (0.5%). Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between arm muscle strength and smash ability Keywords: Arm Muscle Strength, Smash Skills

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze teaching methods and learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu Selatan. The data collection technique is through a questionnaire and is included in the type of descriptive research. The results showed that the classification of male learning outcomes who got perfect scores was one person (2.27%), who got good grades five people (11.36%), who got average scores of 11 people (25.00%), who got 20 people (45.45%) less score, while seven people (15.91%). At the same time, the girls got excellent marks ten people (40.00%), who got good marks five people (20.00%), who got average scores five people (20.00%), who got fewer marks two people (8,00%), while those who get a score of less than once are three people (12.00%). The conclusion is that the teaching methods and learning outcomes of high school students in physical education subjects at SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu Selatan are in a suitable category. Abstract

Lompat jauh merupakan salah satu olahraga atletik dimana seseoang mengkombinasikan kecepatan, kekuatan, dan kelincahan untuk melempar dirinya dari papan tolakan. Olahraga ini telah menjadi bagian materi dari kurikulum pendidikan yang harus dipelajari. Lompat jauh adalah suatu aktivitas dalam atletik dengan gerakan yang dilakukan di dalam lompatan yang sejauh-jauhnya. Lompat jauh membutuhkan penguasaan teknik dasar yang baik dan benar, adapun lapangan lompat jauh yaitu jalur awalan 30-40 meter, panjang bak 9 meter, lebar bak lompatan 2,75 meter, lebar lintasan awalan 1,22 meter, lebar papan tumpu 20 cm, panjang papan tumpu 1,22 meter, bak lompat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah sebuah penelitian yang dilakukan untuk memahami sebuah fenomena secara mendalam dengan peneliti sebagai instrumen utama. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mewawancarai bagaimana “Penerapan Pendekatan Bermain Terhadapa Pembelajaran Lompat Jauh Di Kelas X IPA 1 SMA Negeri 2 Argamakmur”. Dalam hal ini peneliti melakukan wawancara dengan guru olahraga SMA Negeri 2 Argamakmur. Wawancara dilakukan pada saat peneliti melaksanakan penelitian di SMA Negeri 2 Argamakmur, serta wawancara dilakukan secara terstruktur dengan berbagai pertanyaan yang telah di susun Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang telah direduksi penerapan pendekatan bermain terhadap pembelajaran lompat jauh di Kelas X IPA 1 SMA Negeri 2 Arga Makmur sangat efektif dilihat dari jawaban yang telah diberikan oleh informan karena dapat meningkatkan minat siswa dan siswi dalam pembelajaran lompat jauh. Hasil dari wawancara terhadap guru dan siswa mengatakan bahwa dengan diterapkannya pendekatan bermain terhadap pembelajaran lompat jauh proses belajar menjadi menarik dan meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa dan siswi.

Abstract

Fighting games are regional games from Indonesia that we can now meet and play with children. This game is a team game consisting of two teams, each team consists of 5-7 people. The core of the game is to confront the opponent so that he can't get past the line with the rules that have been determined. To win a player must collect points by passing the guards from the row to the last row, and vice versa. This study aims to determine the results of the development of the method of plyometric training (Scissor Jump, Stride Jump Crossover, Lateral Bound) and for playing games. Plyometric is a method of training that focuses on movement at high speed. The method used in this study is research-based development (R & D), aimed at developing plyometric training products. The research sample is the fifth grade students of SD North 98 North Bengkulu, amounting to 28 people. In the initial observation researchers have obtained data in the form of pre-tests and the results of interviews from both teachers and students. Based on the results of the study using the plyometric method shows that the basic physical condition of the fifth grade students of North Bengkulu Elementary School 98 in the good category. This is evidenced by the results of cognitive and psychomotor tests that have been conducted on small group trials with the acquisition of a percentage of 20% (2 people) with very good categories, 50% percentage (5 people) with good categories, 10% percentage (1 person) with enough categories and a percentage of 20% (2 people) with less categories. Whereas in large group trials there was a percentage of 21% (6 people) with a very good category, a percentage of 43% (12 people) with a good category, a percentage of 25% (7 people) with enough categories, and a percentage of 11% (3 people) with less category. Thus, it can be concluded that the plyometric method is feasible to be used for fifth grade students of North Bengkulu Elementary School 98. Suggestions to teachers assess that the use of the plyometric method is an alternative in the learning process, especially traditional games.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan analisis minat bermain kasti pada siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 84 Kota Bengkulu. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitiatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 84 Kota Bengkulu sebanyak 28 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah lembar observasi, wawancara, angket atau kuisioner serat dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian kualitatif menggunakan moel Miles dan Huberman berupa pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat bermain kasti siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 84 Kota Bengkulu masuk dalam kategori “Baik” berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi data yang diperoleh dengan hasil kategori Sangat Baik sebesar 15%, kategori Baik sebesar 64%, kategori Cukup Baik sebesar 18% dan kategori Kurang Baik sebesar 2%.
