Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to determine financial performance using Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) in the 2014-2019 Bank Of BUMN Go Public . The method used in this study is a Quantitative Method, using Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) analysis tools. The results of this study that by using Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) the result at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk worth positive on EVA and also MVA or EVA> 0 and MVA> 0, this shows that the BUMN Go Public Company has succeeded in creating economic value-added companies and also market added value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial effect and simultaneous effect of activity and liquidity on profitability in a case study of automotive companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The data that has been collected is analyzed by the method of data analysis which first tests the classical assumptions before testing the hypothesis. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression with t test, F test and the coefficient of determination test (R2) at the level of significance of 5% (0.05). The results of the study concluded that activity partially has a significant positive effect on profitability while liquidity has a significant negative effect on profitability. And simultaneous positive and significant impact on profitability. Keywords: Activity, liquidity, profitability.

Abstract

Investment as a variable that affects the economy as a whole, especially in creating employment opportunities where the expansion of employment opportunities is one of the main problems in development, both in the past or present. To determine the effect of foreign investment and domestic investment on employment in Samarinda city. Through data on foreign investment and domestic investment on employment in Samarinda during 2013 until 2017. Then it will be analyzed using multiple regression analysis tools, then investment through domestic investment and foreign investors have a significant positive influence on employment, especially in the city of Samarinda, because with the changes in PMDN and PMA investments towards the increase in the number of workers . Secondary data obtained and discussed using multiple linear regression tools which are then reformulated into multiple regression estimation models. The analysis shows that investments in Foreign Investment and Domestic Investment have a significant impact on employment in Samarinda. Then after the calculation of partial investment, Foreign Investment has a greater impact on employment than Domestic Investment in Samarinda City. With the mining sector, trade and industry and other sectors need labor in their activities. The factors of production are one of the workers who participate in producing goods and services.Keywords: Domestic Investment, Foreign Investment, Labor

Abstract

This study aims to determine the amount of the difference between the budget for production costs and realization and to find out the causes of the difference in production costs in 2017-2018. The method used in this study is the variance in raw material costs, labor costs, and factory overhead costs. The results of the analysis in 2017-2018 are known to occur in the total beneficial difference in the cost of raw materials with the value of each year amounting to Rp 11,471,520,000.00 and Rp15,786,734,500.00. The total difference in direct labor costs has a beneficial difference in 2017-2018 of Rp 2,286,118,743.81 and Rp 1,624,088,292.00. Whereas for the total difference in factory overhead costs in 2017-2018, there was a favorable difference with the value of each year amounting to Rp 3,602,637,118.19, and Rp4,284,051,954.26. Keywords: Budget, Variance, Production.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the effect of 5C Principles, namely: Character (X1), Capacity (X2), Capital (X3), Collateral (X4), and Condition of Economy (X5) on bad credit (Y) at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Sangasanga Unit for the period 2015-2018. This research was conducted in Sangasanga District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. In this research using primary data obtained from the distribution of the Sangasanga Unit BRI customer questionnaire as many as 100 respondents. Sampling is done by probability sampling technique using Slovin formula. The type of data in this study is quantitative data and uses the method of multiple linear regression analysis analyzed in statistics with the help of SPSS version 23. Testing of the hypothesis used is a partial statistical test (t test) and simultaneously (f test). Partial test results in this study indicate that Character has a positive and significant effect on bad credit, Condition of Economy has a positive and significant effect on bad credit, while Capacity has a negative and not significant effect on bad credit. Capital has a negative and insignificant effect, Collateral has no effect negative and not significant to the existence of bad credit. Simultaneous test results show a significance value of 0,000 which means that Character (X1), Capacity (X2), Capital (X3), Collateral (X4), and Condition of Economy (X5) have a joint effect on bad credit (Y) on PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Sangasanga Unit.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the variables that affect the third party funds during the period of January 2016 to December 2018. The analysis of the research included the multiple regression analysis, descriptive analysis test, classical assumption test, and also the hypothesis testing. The rest results partially show that exchange rate (0,002) had a positive and significant effect on third party funds and BI Rate (0,073) had a positive and no significant effect. While the exchange rate and BI rate (8,590) had a positive and significant effect on the third party funds Regional Banking of East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan or Bankaltimtara.
