The development of information and technology science can help librarians and users in informa-tion tracking. Internet services can facilitate a variety of information, both in the form of ebooks and ejournal. While electronic information is a new source of information can be read or used when already connected or using electronic media such as computers, lektop and notebook. The sources of electronic information, especially in the field of Islaman there is a program that must be installed into a laptop or computer such as Maktabah Syamilah program and there is a collection of ebook or ejournal that can be downloaded using internet facilities, such as a collection of software books Ara-bic as well as an online source of information online such as Maktabah Waqfeyah and Lisan Arabiy.

Efektifitas penelusuran hadis melaui CD-ROM di perpustakaan IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang Zulfitri Zulfitri

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kepada pengguna perpustakaan, terutama yang akan menelusuri Hadis Nabi Saw pada kitab aslinya, apakah suatu hadis itu benar-benar ada sumbernya, begitu juga jalur sanadnya, apakah periwayatannya sampai ke Nabi atau tidak, lalu bagaimana nilai hadis tersebut, apakah dapat dijadikan pegangan atau tidak, artinya bagi pengguna yang sedang melacak hadis dan mentakhrij hadis tersebut, maka diperlukanlah suatu program yang bisa lebih efektif dan efisien dalam melakukan penelusuran. Ada beberapa keunggulan yang bisa diperoleh yaitu penelusur hadis antusias sekali dalam melakukan penelusuran, waktu yang digunakan dalam penelusuran lebih singkat, hasil penelusuran bisa dikopikan ke word, bentuk dan ukuran tulisan bisa diedit sesuai kebutuhan, rujukan dari setiap hadis yang ditemukan dapat diperoleh secara cepat, mulai dari nama pengarang kitab, judul, penerbit, tempat terbit, tahun, jilid dan halaman kitab, program bisa juga dikopikan ke DVD bagi pengguna yang ingin mengoperasikan sendiri pada computer atau laptopnya, petugas perpustakaan dan pengguna dapat melakukan kerja sama untuk mencarikan hadis yang dibutuhkan dalam jumlah banyak. Pemerintah RI saat ini telah mempunyai perhatian besar terhadap koleksi naskah kuno, terbukti dengan adanya beberapa undang-undang yang berkaitan dengan pemeliharaan naskah kuno. Sementara dari kalangan masyarakat Indonesia, ada yang sudah punya perhatian terhadap naskah kuno ini dan masih ada yang belum. Masyarakat yang sudah punya perhatian telah menyibukkan diri dalam hal pengumpulannya, penelitian dan pemeliharaan terhadap koleksi kuno, sebagaimana yang telah dilakukan oleh beberapa organisasi dan perguruan tinggi. Masyarakat yang belum punya perhatian masih membiarkan naskah kuno tersimpan rapi di rumahnya sampai turun temurun, dan bahkan ada yang menjual keluar negeri. Berkaitan dengan hal pemeliharaan koleksi naskah kuno ini, pustakawan diharapkan berperan aktif mulai dari pengumpulannya, pemeliharaan dalam bentuk preservasi fisik dengan cara konservasi dan restorasi, menerjemah, menelitinya, mengalih mediakan agar informasinya tetap terpelihara dan lain-lain.

Abstrak. Kesiapsiagaan bencana merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang harus diketahui oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat dalam hal manajemen bencana. Kurangnya pengetahuan akan kesiapsiagaan bencana akan berdampak langsung pada sikap seseorang dalam hal menanggapi bencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai perbandingan pengetahuan dan sikap kesiapsiagaan bencana pada kecamatan yang telah terkena dampak langsung dan yang tidak terkena dampak langsung bencana di kota Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh yang berdomisili di Kecamatan Kutaraja dan Lueng Bata dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi-square (p =0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Kecamatan Kutaraja dan Lueng bata telah memiliki pengetahuan kesiapsiagaan bencana dengan baik adalah (49,0%) dan kurang baik (51,0%) dalam hal kesiapsiagaan bencana. Hasil uji chi-square menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan masyarakat dengan sikap kesiapsiagaan bencana tentang kesiapsiagaan bencana (p=0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap kesiapsiagaan pada masyarakat yang terkena dampak langsung dan dampak tidak langsung dari bencana tsunami pada responden penelitian di Kecamatan Kutaraja dan Lueng Bata. Disaster preparedness is one of the important factors that should be recognized by all levels of society in terms of disaster management. Lack of knowledge on disaster preparedness will have a direct impact on one's attitude in responding to disasters. This study aims to assess the comparability of knowledge and attitude of disaster preparedness in sub-districts that have been directly affected and not directly affected by the disaster in the city of Banda Aceh. The type of this research is descriptive with the cross-sectional approach. The population in this study is the people of Banda Aceh who are domiciled in Kutaraja and Lueng Bata sub-district with a sample of 100 people. The data were collected by using questionnaires that have been tested for their validity and reliability. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using chi-square test (p = 0,05). The results showed that the people of Kutaraja and Lueng Bata sub-districts had good knowledge of disaster preparedness (49.0%) and unfavorable (51.0%) in terms of disaster preparedness. The chi-square test shows that there is a significant correlation between community knowledge and disaster preparedness attitude on disaster preparedness (p = 0,05). The conclusions of this study are the different levels of knowledge and attitudes of preparedness in the communities directly affected and the indirect impact of the tsunami disaster on the research respondents in Kutaraja and Lueng Bata sub-district.Keywords: Disaster preparedness, knowledge, attitude, community

Abstract: Imam Bonjol Padang UIN Library in its daily life is trying to be more advanced and developing, especially with the help of information technology facilities, which has helped many library tasks, such as by implementing the SLIMS application in library management, both collection data collection, membership collection, borrowing and collection returns. and others, the benefits are felt, librarians can work more efficiently and effectively, as well as the visitors who are served, they feel the benefits, such as not having to linger in searching books in the library. In addition, the use of information technology in the library that has just been implemented is the use of video media about library services in providing material to new students of UIN Imam Bonjol Padang with Library Program and Service Socialization Activities (Library Guidance). By varying the guidance maetri with the video appearance, making the guidance activities more interesting and not boring for new students. The service video that was displayed was the result of the final project product of the Department of Library Science Adab and Humanities UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Selain itu, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di perpustakaan yang baru saja diterapkan yaitu penggunaan media video tentang layanan perpustakaan dalam memberikan materi kepada mahasiswa baru UIN Imam Bonjol Padang dengan Kegiatan Sosialisasi Program dan Layanan Perpustakaan (Bimbingan Pemustaka). Dengan memfariasikan maetri bimbingan dengan penampilan video, menjadikan kegiatan bimbingan lebih menarik dan tidak membosankan bagi mahasiswa baru. Adapun video layanan yang ditampilkan itu adalah hasil dari produk tugas akhir mahasiswa jurusan Ilmu Perpustakaan Fakultas Adab dan Humaniora UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Video tersebut berdurasi 10 menit, menampilkan jenis-jenis layanan perpustakaan, tata tertib dan tata karma, prakek peminjaman dan pengembalian koleksi, penelusuran buku dirak dan penjelasan tentang syarat menjadi anggota perpustakaan dan pengurusan surat bebas perpustakaanKata kunci :. Abstract: The term accreditation is no stranger to educational institutions, especially universities. Accreditation is a comprehensive process of evaluation and assessment of the commitment of tertiary institutions to the quality and capacity of the implementation of tertiary institutions, to determine the appropriateness of programs and educational units. Information systems and facilities that show learning in tertiary institutions and study programs also include the priority assessment of accreditation, including information systems in libraries, one of which is the institutional repository. Institutional repositories are very instrumental in supporting the accreditation of this study program, namely increasing the reputation and ranking of the relevant institutions and increasing the visibility of the writers, especially lecturers of a study program. The ranking of an institution can be measured through a webometrics conducted by The Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cientificas (CSIS), which is a research institute based in Spain. This ranking is done to show the breadth or affordability of access to a digital repository of a university with its web indicators including global visibility, size, rich files and scientific impact repositories.Keywords: Accreditation, Institutional Repositories, Universities and Study Programs.Abstrak : Istilah akreditasi tidak asing lagi bagi instansi pendidikan, terutama perguruan tinggi. Akreditasi merupakan proses evaluasi dan penilaian secara komprehensif atas komitmen perguruan tinggi terhadap mutu dan kapasitas penyelenggaraan Tridarma perguruan tinggi, untuk menentukan kelayakan program dan satuan pendidikan. Sistem informasi dan fasilitas-fasilitas yang munujang pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi dan program studi juga termasuk prioritas penilaian dari akreditasi, di antaranya sistem informasi di perpustakaan, salah satunya adalah repository institusi. Repositori institusi sangat berperan dalam menunjang akreditasi program studi ini, yaitu meningkatkan reputasi dan peringkat lembaga yang bersangkutan dan meningkatkan visibilitas para penulis terutama dosen dari suatu program studi. Adapun peringkat suatu lembaga dapat diukur melalui webometrik yang dilakukan oleh The Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cientificas (CSIS), yaitu lembaga riset yang berkedudukan di Spanyol. Pemeringkatan ini dilakukan untuk menunjukkan keluasan atau keterjangkauan akses repositori digital suatu perguruan tinggi dengan indikator webnya antara lain berupa visibilitas global, size, rich file dan impact repository ilmiah.Kata kunci : Akreditasi, Repositori Institusi, Perguruan Tinggi dan Program Studi.

AbstractThis study aims to provide an impact on students' writing skills through the Kumon method in class X SMK Nur Hasanah 2 Medan. The data obtained were analyzed by means of quantitative analysis to calculate the average value of each group using pre-test and post-test. The study consisted of 2 classes, in the sample the researcher chose class X-1 which consisted of 20 students as the experimental group and X-2 which consisted of 20 students as the control group. The total is 40 students. During this study, researchers have discovered the importance of which impact in classroom experiments using the Kumon method. Students have obtained good grades but in the control class students have obtained low grades. In this study, the results show that the average of the experimental group is better than the average of the control group. Mx = 16 while My = 12 where t (impact) = 1801. After the data is analyzed, it turns out that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The data can be concluded that the importance of students' abilities using the Kumon Method. In the teaching process, especially in writing skills.. Kata kunci: Writing Ability, Kumon Method.

Nowdays, there are still many students have difficulty in mastering some terms of simple present tense, such as in understanding why some sentences used auxiliaries, is, am, and are, they also confuse in understanding â€“s/-es addition of verbs and the use of do/does in Interrogative sentence. The purpose of this research is to know Jeopardy game give effect or not in learn simple present tense. The method of this research was quantitative research method.Â The sample of this research consisted of 35 students of 7A the experimental class and 35 students of 7C as the control class. From the data that has been analyzed, the researcher found that the mean of the post-test result of experimental class is 30,28, while the mean of the post-test result of control class is 25,48. The result of computing the t-test shows that the t- observed is higher than t-table or it can be showed as follow: t-observed is 1,8 and t-table is 0.05. It means that t-observed is the higher than t-table (1,8<0.05) with df 68 at the level of significance a=0,025. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. It can conclude that in the teaching and learning process by using Jeopardy Strategy in simple present tense text is effective to use.

Globalization is one of the changes in the pattern of life in a group of individuals or a society that has headed towards modernization. This era of globalization will certainly result in people who tend to choose new cultures that are fresher and simpler, causing local culture to begin to erode and be forgotten and even a shift in values from the local culture. This is one of the factors that causes local culture to be abandoned and also forgotten nowadays. The absence or reduction of the younger generation who are successors and inheritors of local culture and wisdom has made interest in learning and getting to know one's own culture begin to fade. Today's young generation has neither the effort nor the interest to preserve local culture or local culture which is Indonesia's wealth in this era of globalization. The research method used is a qualitative method with literature study techniques in data collection. Based on the narrative from Malinowski, cultures that are in a higher caste and are active will have a great influence on cultures that are lower and tend to be passive. And this influence can occur in cultural contact. This theory is clearly visible in the current era of globalization. This can be seen from the shift in Indonesian cultural values which have begun to lean towards the west with the rapid flow of incoming information. This is of course a force that can influence people's thinking. In order to overcome this, it certainly requires awareness of the importance of local culture as identity and also national identity. It is the obligation of every society to preserve and also maintain culture with the help of the younger generation as heirs to that culture.

Social media is one of the devices that is now owned by almost all people. And social media is one of the ways for account owners from social media to interact easily without being disturbed by distance and time. As well as costs and also a much cheaper place. Because you only need to use the internet network alone. The use of social media is indeed one proof of how the development of science and technology is very sophisticated. And social media is a community need that is very profitable for society. Like 2 sides of a coin, apart from providing benefits, social media can also provide disadvantages for society. Especially in the socio-cultural sector and its changes. With the existence of social media, socio-cultural changes related to norms, habits, attitudes and also values contained in the community environment, will slowly erode and may be forgotten by people with new habits or norms. The progress and development of this technology can be seen by the increasingly advanced civilization of society and also on the social media side. And this development should pay attention to the impact that can arise in the community. Apart from providing losses, it turns out that there are distinct advantages for the community in introducing culture, traditions and also local wisdom to the community, especially in the province of North Sumatra.
