Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dan hubungan timbal balik antara penerimaan sektor pertambangan dan penggalian dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, dengan menggunakan pendekatan Vector Autoregression VAR. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berbentuk data kwartal selama periode 2000.1-2013.1 Proses pengolahan data dimulai dengan uji unit root,  uji kointegrasi, lag lenth criteria, penggunaan Vector Autoregression serta impulse respon function. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan ada hubungan satu arah antara sektor pertambangan dan penggalian dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Proses Rekrutmen dan Seleksi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Puskesmas Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Proses Rekrutmen dan Seleksi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Puskesmas Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 52 responden. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F dan uji t dimaksud untuk mengetahui secara simultan dan secara parsial pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (a = 0,05). Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel Proses Rekrutmen dan Seleksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai puskesmas meuraxa kota Banda Aceh. Sedangkan secara parsial Proses Rekrutmen dan Seleksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai puskesmas meuraxa kota Banda Aceh

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play an important and strategic role and play a key role in terms of employment, poverty alleviation and economic growth in the region. In Banda Aceh, the existence of MSMEs is very important as a means of livelihood for the community. SMEs have become an alternative provider of employment opportunities in Banda Aceh City, especially as unemployment numbers are rising in Banda Aceh City after oil and gas depletion and slow industrial growth. The survey included a sample of 100 of his MSME entrepreneurs spread across Banda Aceh. Each subdistrict was selected by MSME entrepreneurs using a targeted sampling method. Depiction of MSME performance situation was descriptively analyzed by describing various aspects such as MSME development, MSME age, and number of employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: the effect of compensation on the performance of the Central Bureau of Statistics of South Aceh Regency, the effect of work discipline on the performance of the Central Bureau of Statistics of South Aceh Regency, the effect of career development on the performance of the Central Bureau of Statistics of South Aceh Regency and the effect of compensation, work discipline and career development has a significant effect on the performance of the Central Bureau of Statistics of South Aceh Regency. The sample used in this study were 40 employees. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the F hypothesis test and the t hypothesis test with a significant level of 5%. The test results prove that compensation and work discipline have a simultaneous and partial effect on the performance of BPS employees in South Aceh Regency, while employee career development has a simultaneous but not partial effect

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium-sized companies (MSMEs) play a critical role in improving societal well-being. However, empowering programs are critical to the success of MSME practitioners. Despite considerable initiatives in Banda Aceh to empower MSMEs, the direct impact on practitioner welfare remains unknown. The purpose of this quantitative study is to investigate the impact of empowerment effectiveness and MSME performance on practitioner wellbeing in Banda Aceh. The study includes 9691 MSMEs, based on data from the MSME Office of Cooperatives and MSME Aceh, and using random sample methodologies. A Likert scale was used for measurement. The data show that, while empowerment has a moderate impact on MSME welfare, MSME performance has a strong and meaningful influence. Furthermore, empowerment effectiveness and MSME success, when combined, contribute significantly to the welfare of MSME practitioners in Banda Aceh, accounting for 31.014% of the variance. This study emphasizes the necessity of not only empowering MSMEs but also improving their performance in order to significantly boost practitioner welfare
