Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan bauksit yang memulai kegiatan pertambangannya sejak tahun 2009. Kegiatan pengangkutan bauksit dari area penambangan ke washing plant maupun ke stockpile menggunakan rangkaian kerja alat muat dan alat angkut. Alat yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengangkutan bauksit khususnya di Pit A menggunakan 2 unit Excavator Kobelco SK330 dan 37 unit alat angkut Dump Truck Marcedez Benz Axor 2528 C dimana pengadaan alat muat dan angkut tersebut dengan skema sewa alat. Salah satu konsep dalam pengelolaan industri pertambangan adalah memperoleh keuntungan sebesar-besarnya, mengingat pentingnya hal tersebut maka perlu untuk mengetahui biaya kepemilikan dan operasional agar dapat mengendalikan biaya yang dikeluarkan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi biaya kepemilikan (owning cost) dan biaya operasional alat (operation cost) untuk skema beli dan sewa alat menggunakan analisa Net Present Value (NPV). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan asumsi umur pakai alat lima tahun, diperoleh bahwa Nilai NPV untuk beli alat muat yaitu Rp. 16.945.147.370 dan biaya sewa sebesar Rp 30.041.150.318. Sedangkan NPV untuk skema beli alat angkut yaitu Rp 215.892.393.567 dan biaya sewa sebesar Rp 303.142.516.855. Sehingga pemilihan skema beli alat lebih menguntungkan karena biaya pengadaan alat muat dan alat angkut yang lebih rendah.

Abstract

Bauxite mineral commodities in Indonesia are very abundant, based on Pusdatin data, 2016. Bauxite mineral mining is carried out by the method of selective open mining (surface mining), where in its application this method tends to change the morphology in a fairly large area. PT. Laman Mining is one of the mining companies currently operating in Ketapang Regency, and produces residual deposits. From the research conducted it was found that the tailling disposal angle can be made up to 80 degrees and in model two the level should not exceed 45 degrees with factor of safety 1.398. and tailing residues are also utilized, through compressive strength testing, it is found that sample 1:1 have medium quality and sample 1:2 low quality based on SNI.

Abstract

Geoelectric resistivity method is a geophysical method commonly used in the interpretation of the subsurface by injecting an electric current down the surface to obtain information about the distribution of the value of resistivity of the rock. This study aims to identify the structure of a quartz vein (vein) which is thought to contain gold mineral at the location x. Measurements carried out as many as three tracks with electrodes spaced 5 meters, each 75 meters long, and the penetration depth of 15 meters from surface. Results obtained from the data processing is done with a software tool Res2dinv the form of a cross section 2D resistivity. From the data processing is seen that possible zonasilification as quartz vein (vein) and is thought to contain gold mineral found at an elevation of 602-610 meters . While the 3D model of the interpolated trajectory I and II shown that uric guess shaped Massive Vein.
