Abstract

ABSTRACTUrban green open space (RTHKP) is an important component in each City Regency. The green space owned by Cimahi reaches 13.60% from a minimum of 30%. One of the RTH in Cimahi City is in the Cimahi City Government Office Complex with an area of 11,115m2. RTH assets are used for parks, motorbike parking lots for guests and the ASN of Cimahi City Government and the rest are still unregulated open green space. The purpose of this study is to describe and define existing problems. The research method in this case study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. While the data collection techniques used include scientific observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of evaluating the quality of RTH assets in the Cimahi City Government office complex are the surrounding communities and visitors need green open space with vegetation, facilities that are complete and attractive. RTH yang dimiliki kota Cimahi baru mencapai 13,60% dari minimal 30%. Satu di antara RTH yang ada di Kota Cimahi berada di Komplek Perkantoran Pemerintah Kota Cimahi dengan luas lahan 11.115m2. Aset RTH tersebut digunakan untuk taman, tempat parkir sepeda motor para tamu maupun ASN Pemkot Cimahi dan sisanya masih menjadi RTH yang tidak tertata. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendefinisikan permasalahan yang ada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian studi kasus ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu meliputi observasi ilmiah, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari evaluasi kualitas aset RTH di komplek perkantoran Pemerintah Kota Cimahi adalah masyarakat sekitar dan pengunjung membutuhkan RTH dengan vegetasi, fasilitas dan sarana yang lengkap dan menarik. Karena vegetasi, fasilitas dan sarana yang ada tidak lengkap dan tidak menarik.Kata kunci: Evaluasi Kualitas Ruang Terbuka Hijau, Ruang Terbuka Hijau

Abstract

The Wayang Windu Panenjoan Nature Tourism Area is located within the plantation area of ​​PT Perkebunan Nusantara which is located in Banjarsari Village, Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency, West Java. The total area of ​​this tourist area is only about 832.5 square meters. The hallmark of this tour is the beautiful scenery with the cool air amidst the expanse of tea plantations. The research was conducted to determine the performance of Wayang Windu Panenjoan natural tourism facilities assets as tourism potential in the Pangalengan area, based on two dimensions, namely Main Facilities and Support Facilities. Descriptive research methods with qualitative and quantitative approaches are the basis of the research methods used. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The result is that there are problems with the performance of the Wayang Windu Nature Tourism Area Facility Assets such as the absence of accommodation, unvaried restaurants, toilet conditions that are still not available. In addition, information center facilities are inadequate, parking spaces are inadequate, prayer equipment is inadequate, facilities for persons with disabilities are not available, and the number of organic and non-organic waste bins is only one. Abstract

This research on asset optimization through marketing strategies in Balai Pelatihan Kesehatan (BAPELKES) Health Departement of West Java Province. This purpose of this study is to examine depth optimizing assets Bapelkes Bandung building using 7P marketing mix analysis. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Where as techniques of data collection in this research is primary data and secondary data collection. Techniques of primary data collection was done with observation at the assets, interview to administrator and users. Techniques of secondary data collection was done with literature study and documentation study. Based on the result of research on the marketing mix in optimizing utilization the assets Bapelkes Bandung building use 7P marketing mix of product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence. The author has got the conclusion of the tools used for promotion in accordance with Bapelkes Bandung.

Abstract

The purpose of this research with title “Functional Strategies to Increase the Use of Grha Wiksa Praniti Building, Bandung” is to analyze functional strategies to increase the use of Grha Wiksa Praniti building. Used method in this research is descriptive method. Analysis of data using descriptive analysis. The result from this research is in the strategic research and development using housing innovation and technology. Production (operation) strategy is building development with environmentally friendly concept. Marketing strategy consists of market selection, product, price, distribution system/place, and promotion. Market selection is for Public Works Ministry with the main target areas of Jakarta and West Java, the product is still in good condition, for a price is not charged because in assets use suit with the main task and function, the distribution system is not needed to reach the site, promotion using brochure, using website and increase the socialization. Financial strategy performed with alocate operational budget and special maintain for Grha Wiksa Praniti building.

Abstract

Laboratorium Geosintetik memiliki aset tetap berupa peralatan laboratorium yang bernilai tinggi dan dalam kondisi masih baru.Berdasarkan elemen-elemen pemeliharaan, kegiatan pemeliharaan peralatan belum mencapai tingkatexcellence. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang pemeliharaan excellenceperalatan di laboratorium geosintetik dari segi elemen-elemen pemeliharaan yang meliputi Leadership and People, Methods and Processes, Systems and Technology, dan Materials and Physical Plant.Prosedur proyek dimulai dengan identifikasi proyek, menetapkan tujuan proyek, studi kepustakaan, pengumpulan data, perancangan pemeliharaan peralatan. Hasil perancangan  pemeliharaan adalah kebutuhan pelatihan, jadwal pemeliharaan, jadwal kalibrasi, rancangan kebutuhan material, formulir untuk kehandalan, formulir pengendalian persediaan, jadwal housekeeping.

Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul “Model Inventarisasi Aset Untuk Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD)” bertujuan untuk memberikan model inventarisasi aset yang tepat kepada PAUD agar PAUD dapat mengelola dan memelihara asetnya lebih baik guna menunjang terciptanya pendidikan yang lebih baik sehingga dapat memajukan kesejahteraan masyarakat Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan analisis pengolahan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah model inventarisasi yang sesuai untuk PAUD, yaitu pencatatan data aset secara lengkap ke dalam Kartu Inventarisasi Barang, Kartu Inventarisasi Ruang, Daftar Mutasi Barang. Setelah pencatatan inventaris, maka aset dilaporkan secara periodik agar data aset PAUD selalu mutakhir.

Abstract

ABSTRACTResearch with title The Performance Evaluation of Road Assets (Rumija), aims to evaluate the performance of road assets belonging Ruas Lingkar Selatan Road Sukabumi City based on the use dimension and safety traffic dimension on Ruas Lingkar Selatan Road Sukabumi City. Rumija consists of Road Benefit Space and certain lines of land outside the Road Benefit Space. The grand theory that used in this research is asset performance. The research method used is descriptive method with qualitative. Data collection techniques are scientific observationand  interviews . Abstract

AbstractPT. Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero) owns the building assets of block factory A-06 with an area of 5,400 m² with the condition of the building does not undergo improvement (indcondition) so that the offer price is low and the cost of repair of the building is high. There is also a waiting time when repairs are made so that investors need to wait for repairs to be completed. In the know of the performance of asset maintenance in the building of Block factory A – 06 used Key Maintenance Performance Indicators (Muchiri, 2010) based on 2 working areas (dimensions) are Leading Indicators and Lagging Indicators. The method used in the study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach through data collection techniques for both interviews and documentation studies. The result of maintenance performance evaluation of the building assets of block plant A – 06 is known that the maintenance has been done is not optimal. A recommendation to solve the problem is to make a replanning of the A – 06 block factory building asset maintenance system.Keywords: evaluation of asset maintenance performance, building asset, building, Key Maintenance Performance Indicators.AbstrakPT. Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero) memiliki aset bangunan pabrik blok A – 06 dengan luas 5.400 m² dengan kondisi bangunan tidak mengalami perbaikan (indcondition) sehingga harga penawaran sewanya rendah dan biaya perbaikan bangunannya tinggi. Terdapat juga waktu tunggu saat perbaikan dilakukan sehingga investor perlu menunggu perbaikan diselesaikan. Dalam mengetahui kinerja pemeliharaan aset pada bangunan pabrik blok A – 06 digunakan Key Maintenance Performance Indicators (Muchiri, 2010) berdasarkan 2 area kerja (dimensi) yaitu Leading Indicators dan Lagging Indicators. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yakni metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui teknik pengumpulan data baik wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil evaluasi kinerja pemeliharaan aset bangunan pabrik blok A – 06 diketahui bahwa pemeliharaan yang telah dilakukan tidak optimal. Rekomendasi pemecahan masalahnya adalah dibuat perencanaan ulang sistem pemeliharaan aset bangunan pabrik blok A - 06.Kata Kunci : evaluasi kinerja pemeliharaan aset, aset bangunan, Key Maintenance Performance Indicators.

Abstract

UPT BLK is an institution formed by the Government of Garut Regency with the main task of improving the quality and quantity of the workforce. The implementation of operational activities at UPT BLK is supported by physical assets and facilities that support the implementation of training activities for participants. Physical assets and facilities that are generally in the training center include buildings, classrooms, staff rooms, practice rooms, health rooms and others. The purpose of this study was to measure the manager's perception of the performance of physical assets and facilities of the UPT BLK of the Garut Regency Government. The indicator used is a checklist of physical assets and facilities indicators which have been translated into Indonesian. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach with an explanatory descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are scientific observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the quality of physical assets and facilities in general is still relatively low. Therefore, the UPT BLK manager must pay attention to the development of physical assets and institutional facilities that are safe, clean and conducive so as to improve the training environment towards a more effective process.

Abstract

Wisata Alam Mega Tutupan merupakan salah satu objek wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Bandung. Wisata Alam Mega Tutupan beralamat di Baros, Kecamatan Arjasari, Kabupaten Bandung dan dikelola oleh LMDH Mega Tutupan. Pada wisata alam Mega tutupan terdapat beberapa indikasi masalah pada aset wisata alam yang dimilikinya seperti toilet mengalami kerusakan. tidak adanya pemisah toilet pria dan wanita, jalan di dalam area wisata alam Mega Tutupan licin serta tidak ada pegangan tangan untuk pengaman, gazebo yang telah mengalami kerusakan, tidak adanya information center, jumlah kantin masih terbatas, sampah masih berserakan, jumlah area untuk duduk dan beristirahat masih terbatas. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui kinerja aset dari wisata alam Mega Tutupan. evaluasi kinerja aset wisata alam Mega Tutupan dilakukan berdasarkan 5 dimensi menurut (Marzuki, et al 2017): physical, environmentl, main facilities, support facilities, dan infrastructure. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan yaitu teknik analisis data deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan kinerja aset physical, environmentl, dan infrastrucutre dalam keadaan baik, sedangkan dimensi main facilities dan support facilities dalam kondisi tidak baik.
